The fact that it is located on a joint land with Rixos Hotel is a bit of a turn off for groups/couples looking for a quiet luxury holiday but the spaces are well split and villas are arranged perfectly to give you that secluded and private feeling. Stick to your villa, enjoy our 24/7 service, relax at Club Beach and savor the delicious food at the Club House

It was our 4th time in the last 1.5 years at Club Prive in Belek. Unfortunately, it got much worse than it was before. The last positive reviews here are probably from the people, who don’t know how it can be. It’s a nice location, you can use your own villa and the cabana on the beach and also the facilities of the hotel Rixos Premium. It’s quite beneficial for the families with children (Kids Club and Kids Pool). The villas are getting older - the doors get difficult to open, there is mold in the bathrooms, the furniture is quite worn. The food is not fresh and worse than the one you get in the main hotel. E.g. the tuna tartar was not fresh judging by the colour and the taste, the salmon in the salad was not cooked properly - quite raw, waffles for the breakfast- burned, syrniki - just a hard piece of flour without any taste of the cottage cheese. The dining carte got bigger in comparison with the one even 4 months ago, but the lack of quality is obvious. We both got food poisoning in the middle of our vacation. After that I didn’t feel safe to eat at the Club House. And the main point - service. It has just gotten terrible and we are people with not so many demands. We booked the villa for 8 nights, communicated the dates quite clearly to the lady. Only by accident already being there we learned, that the villa was booked only for 7 nights and according to the accounting lady we should change the return flight. Only after long back and forth we were “allowed” to pay for the 8th night. Waiting times - for food or buggy - at least 30 minutes, also for something small like coffee and a croissant. Problems communicated to your butler are handled in the way “your issue is very important for us”, but you never get a solution to it. Our own cherry on the top: 3 times in a raw the fast track was booked for us for the departure flight. This time we learned that, apparently, “the policy of Club Prive changed” in the airport. Nobody cared to let us know before that, even considering we were not the first time customers. Apology was not offered. The attempt to contact the higher level of the management to clarify it was not successful, which speaks also volumes about how Club Prive really “cares” about their loyal customers. For us it’s a sign to spend our vacation at the much better and modern competitors.

It gives me a great pleasure to write about our wonderful family holiday at club prive by Rixos Antalya. We stayed at a 4 bedroom villa was spacious well designed with a nice garden and privet pool. The resort was nestled in the middle of nature steps away from The beach what I liked about it that it was privet and less crowded then the hotel area. Our day is well planed with a daily renewable schedule that fits adults and kids Restaurants where delicious and different cuisines For us a family we always look for services that completes our experience I would like to highlight it below *To start with meeting oksana and seeing her everywhere in the resort on top of everything No wonder she leads a great team . *The club house restaurant became our favorite restaurant to spend our time for all meals great service as the waitress knows us know what we like to eat and they always are friendly to our kids and welcoming. Special thanks to : Barış Farnoza *The chef’s always made extra efforts on our requests we enjoyed our delicious meals. *The beach lounge and cabana although the temperature were high hot they were serving us with a smile Welcoming and asking about the kids Ice creams and fruit on the table Keeping our cabana always clean they were just a button away Also the cleaner’s did a great job with a smile and greeting us always special thanks to: Behzat Berkan And the cleaning guy who always came to greet us *Our house keeping a very nice lady although she is alone most of the time her smile is always there trying her best special thanks to Nesibe. *olga yoga instructor the kids had a blast with her . *we were lucky to attend the beach party dinner the vibes music food and decoration were magical. *last but not least our assistants during the stay Did there best to make our stay as comfortable as it can be welcoming friendly with our kids Always attentive and knowledgeable special thanks to: Hasan Akkulak Hasan Ozan Bozkaya I do highly recommend this resort for families that are looking for safe fun luxury family holiday People always makes the difference
