We really enjoyed our stay in Maspalomas, it has everything you can hope for. Beautiful suits (we stayed in the delux double with outdoor bathtub), delicious food, well equipped gym. Good location but not many amenities near by. Thankfully the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and they also offer a shuttle bus to the beach 3 times a day, which helps. The main highlight for us was that the hotel is adults only, so we really appreciated being able to fully relax! Staff are very attentive and will go the extra mile. A special thanks to Giorgio the lifeguard, always super friendly! We loved the free classes included in our stay (particularly the Paella class and yoga) and the live entertainment :) Thanks again to the staff for the wonderful hospitality, we will be back again in the future ⭐️

My recent experience at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa was brilliant . The reception staff provided attentive and courteous service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The housekeeping team maintained an impeccable standard of cleanliness in our room throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi service was consistently fast, allowing for seamless connectivity. Additionally, the buffet for both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were of high quality. I highly recommend this establishment for a relaxing getaway. We have booked again in September. Looking forward to our next stay.

Club Maspalomas is an excellent hotel. The suites are comfortable, spacious and very clean with daily and thourough cleaning by the housekeeping team. Similarly, the pool area, gym, sauna and restaurant were immaculately clean. The location is good with nice walks tp other resorts, the hills and, of course, the famous Dunes. We opted for B&B as we like to explore local restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with a range of high quality and fresh food. We did try the buffet on two evenings and found the food to be very good with a very good range of wines. We also ate at their a la carte restaurant on three occasions and the food here was delicious. A big shout out to Catalina for helping us select our wine and for being so helpful. In fact, all the staff are just amazing. There has clearly been a lot of investment in staff training. Everyone was so cheerful, polite and helpful - be it the managers, the waiters, cleaners and gardeners. Indeed, it is the staff and their willingness to go out of their way to help, is what makes Club Maspalomas such an exceptional hotel.

Just had another amazing stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa! 🌟 The all the staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The room and facilities were spotless thanks to the fantastic cleaning service. The breakfast and dinner buffet was absolutely delicious, with so many options to choose from. We had a suite with jaccizi and private garden which was fantastic. So good that we hardly ventured out of our private space. By far the biggest asset of the resort are the wonderful, hard working staff who not only deliver 5 star service, but also manage to maintain the 'human touch', with good humour and friendliness. Highly recommend this place! 🍽️

We stayed 10 days at Maspalomas Suites & Spa with a half-board package and had a very positive experience. The food was of high quality throughout our stay, with good variety, and the restaurant service was efficient and well organized. The staff was consistently available, professional, and very pleasant, which made a clear difference on a day-to-day basis. When we needed assistance with the partner car rental agency, they were not present at the hotel at that moment. The hotel staff immediately proposed a practical solution by offering one of their own cars, which was a real plus and handled very smoothly. Overall, a well-run resort with excellent service and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Highly recommended.
