This was our second visit to the hotel in just 4 months and again we found it to be outstanding all round. We had a room with Bali bed again, which opens right onto the pool area. The room was modern and stylish, bed comfortable and the daily cleaning was to a very high standard. The TV has some UK channels too. We noticed that the room had been updated i.e painting, refresh etc. We think this is very important for a hotel to maintain standards. The managers/guest relations were always friendly and made sure we were having a good time. In our opinion, the hotel seemed to run like clockwork when the top managers were visible/present. The food was consistently good at breakfast and evenings; the buffet was varied and always tasty. Some buffet items could have been a bit hotter, but there is always the option of freshly cooked fish or meat at the counter. Desserts was also consistently good. Entertainment was also really enjoyable. Also there is a little shop in reception for suncream, wine, snacks which we found useful. We enjoyed a couple of massages during our week here. The massages were great, relaxing and good value. We will definitely return, probably later this year.

What an absolute pleasure. This small hotel is extremely well run. The personal service given by ALL staff members was exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for us. We had a room with Balinese beds which opened out onto the pool - very nice. Everything / everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, good quality, well cooked, we even had poached eggs and eggs Benedict one morning! We had dinner there on the first night. The buffet was very good, a lot of variety, fresh ingredients, so we ended up dining there 3 more nights. Entertainment was on during dinner, the stage was to the side of the main restaurant, it was nice to have live music playing whilst eating. Location is a little remote, so it’s ideal for a quiet getaway, though it’s only a half hour stroll to the beach and main promenade at Meloneras, which we went to a few times. Gym is well equipped and my massage at the spa was great. There are no extra charges for safes, towels, spa facilities (other than treatments). Water fountains made it easy to fill up and not have the hassle and expense of buying bottles of water. Oh - and not one reserved sun bed to be seen around the pool (which was heated)! All in all, a great stay, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Maspalomas Suite & Spa. From checking in to housekeeping. There was nothing to not like. The entertainment in the evening was great. The staff were all efficient and friendly. We enjoyed the different food choices. Guessing what colour the lights round the pool at night was going to be was fun. The complex is spotlessly clean. There is a courtesy bus to go down to the local beach which is well worth a visit. We highly recommend this complex.

Excellent and relaxing half board holiday experience here, highly recommend. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The service staff are extremely courteous and professional. The facilities are excellent - heated outdoor pool, spa facility, gym. The food buffet was a very positive surprise to us - excellent quality, daily variety of dinner options, entertainment with dinner (sadly this was the only thing very average). The a la carte restaurant also excellent quality. Fabulous cocktails. They provide a shuttle service to the beach as it’s a couple of km away but we didn’t use it

Just returned from our second stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa! 🌟 we don’t usually stay in the same place twice but this hotel is bliss if you are looking for relaxation, so we had to come back. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room and the resort in general were always spotless! The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The gym is one of the best of the hotels I have stayed in, with great views. And let's not forget about the buffet for breakfast and dinner—absolutely delicious! We booked bed and breakfast but ate at the restaurant on 4 evenings during our stay. Location is set back from the beach and main promenade, a short walk away, but this adds to the serenity of the area. Can't wait to come back!
