This was a second trip to this hotel and it was just as wonderful as we'd remembered. The staff are amazing and so helpful. I've never stayed in a cleaner hotel and the staff are constantly cleaning and keeping the place looking fresh and new. This time we opted for a private garden with Jacuzzi and it was just incredible. The Jacuzzi was super clean when we arrived, and after accidentally getting it a bit cloudy on day 4 (sun cream meant it had a slight film on top) we told reception. Within an hour, it had been emptied, cleaned and refilled. Just amazing service. We hope to return again next year, as the hotel is so quiet, relaxing and clean, it just makes for a perfect escape.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa! 🌟 The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The cleaning service was top-notch; my room was spotless every day! 🧹 The entire property was well-maintained, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority. Overall, the staff treated us like royalty. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We spent two wonderful holidays at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa, both in 2021 and 2022. We stayed in a room with an outdoor hot tub and shower, which was ideal for relaxing in privacy. The facilities at the hotel are superb. The swimming pool and outside spa are excellent. The gym is well-equipped, modern, and a real pleasure to train in while still enjoying a holiday atmosphere. The food was consistently good. Every night offered a different selection, with fresh, varied, and local options. The dinner experience was made even more enjoyable by the live entertainment. Location-wise, the hotel is very well situated, with easy access to main beaches. Parking nearby was never a problem, which made coming and going very convenient. The team treated us wonderfully. However, we did occasionally feel a bit uncomfortable due to the presence of a manager who regularly walked around the facilities making remarks in front of guests. We often encountered him in the gym or during dinner at the restaurant, overseeing staff and being visibly upset quite often. While this did not affect the overall experience, it slightly disrupted the otherwise friendly atmosphere. All in all, Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa has become one of our favourite holiday spots in Gran Canaria, and we would not hesitate to return again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, high-quality, adults-only experience in the island.

Deserves 5*!!! Best place Ive ever stayed, everything is done well, different and detailed! Staff is great, restaurant is great, peaceful! Big thanks to Xanders the best one!! The breakfast is incredible, rooms are amazing! Me and my wife stayed for 7 days and everything went well! Everything you need they’re gonna make sure you have it. This was our second trip to club maspalomas and it was even better second time around! The grounds are very relaxing and kept meticulous. The staff are all very welcoming and do a fantastic job, special shout out to Marju (we think that's how you spell it) whose great energy and attentiveness around the pool made the drinks service extra special. We love the bungalow style rooms which have everything you could need. The pool workout classes were super fun with great instructors. The paella workshop was really insightful with a very charismatic host and great chef. Evening entertainment is always top notch, alongside the great buffet at dinner and breakfast. Thanks to all the amazing staff for another fantastic stay and we can't wait to come again!
