We spent our holiday in this resort and were generally satisfied by the offer. The rooms weren't the most trendy or well furnished (neither did the airco nor the fridge worked well); but the bedding and the overall space was good. The resort offers a wide swimming pool area with a lot of animations and activities. The food was varied and tasty. The waiters and personal went above and beyond to serve us at best. The Luna park and the side offering was also good. If you're just a couple or a family with children; you'll anyhow find what you're looking for (many 'adult only' places and activities within the club. The beach area is nice as well, although a bar beneath would be appreciated.

Had a lovely break for my surprise birthday here booked by my partner Nina. The hotel is amazing and so are all the staff we encountered during our stay.
Some reviews mentioned food, but we found nothing wrong It,there was always a great choice and warm.
Rooms were clean, tidy, and everything you needed. we stayed in the adults only area and had a great view of the sea from our balcony.
We used mainly the naturist area it was quite popular and fresh sandwiches brought out and refrigerated. Also, there was a good selection of drinks.
We have booked again this was only due to the amazing staff and facilities we enjoyed well done

The hotel is nice overall. Clean rooms, good location, plenty of pools and bars. The food was ok but I was expecting a bigger choice of local/ seafood varieties. For a 4 star hotel the choice wasn't as big as I expected. I visited the hotel 7 years ago and there are no improvements around. The beach is nice but the hotel doesn't own sunbeds there, so you have to pay extra. The staff is kind and helpful, special thanks to Miguel ( Coco Loco bar) very positive and nice person, who knows how to earn his tip.

For me this is a 3 star hotel, I’ve been to a 4* and 5* on the Island. Definitely could use some renovation.
Pros:
All inclusive buffets, drinks & a snack bar which is open through till 5pm
Right at the beach with amazing views
The food was good
Spacious room
Baby bed provided
High chairs everywhere
Cons:
Bathroom had mold I didn’t feel comfortable for my baby to go in the bathroom/ bath. Bedsheets weren’t changed once in the week, even a dirty pillow was just put back on the bed, upon arrival wanted to use the kettle to boil water for baby’s bottle but had insects, we got a new one immediately luckily.
The juices coming from the machines aren’t fresh they’re premixed so be careful with all the artificial sugar and flavor.
There was in general loads of bugs in our room and mosquitos, we got a spray which we sprayed before going for dinner.
A big problem was broken glass on the floors, it was scary to have my child learning how to walk because of that. Definitely shouldn’t have glasses in the bars or snack bar for this reason as people take them to the rooms, maybe just have the plastic ones.

Can't recommend the place, was there week a ago.
The place should have been renovated a long time ago. The rooms are okay, and the cleaning ladies are very polite and nice, but overall, the place feels old. Communication with the staff was very difficult, as almost no one speaks English.
The pool water was cold, so most of the day, the pools were empty. There is very little shade provided in the pool areas. The coolest bar in the whole hotel only operates at night. The beach is nice, but the hotel doesn't provide sunbeds there, so you have to pay extra.
The coffee from the machines is disgusting (not real coffee). You can get a decent coffee at the lobby bar, which opens at 10:00 AM. The food is the cheapest you could find, with very little variety. There weren't beer glasses or any other type of glass except wine glasses in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. In the so-called "à la carte" restaurant, you can only get wine or beer even though you paid for alcohol for a week's stay.
There are more issues, but the above already doesn't reflect the four-star rating of the hotel.
