Family rooms in the hotel are terrible! Fungus in the bathroom everywheere. I was afraid to take the flip flops off and bath my kids. Fungus on the tiles in the room. Cockroaches running! Children sleeping on torn beds, worse than cheap bunks. Water in the pools freezing cold! Children after 5 minutes in the pools had purple lips. They were crying because they couldn't enjoy the pool. Never come here with family! NEVER! Terrible. They call themselves 4 stars, I would not give them 2! Warm those pools for kids! Food constantly the same. My worst and most expensive vacation ever! My husband could not come to the dinner because he had a tank top. Torn beds, musty stench in the rooms, arctic cold swimming pools, cockroaches near bread area in the restaurant and you have to wear nice shirts. Insane. The rooms in this hotel can be compared to a cheap motel. I will never come here and I will never recommend anyone to come here. It is a waste of money.

The hotel is far from the city, so there's not much around except a hypermarket and the beach. Overall, the hotel is good. The food is fine, and the staff is nice, but the drinks are just average (made from pre-mixed solutions). I have to take off 4 stars because the beds were awful. The pull-out sofa was like a torture device. The hotel owner should try sleeping on it for two weeks. It was terrible. When we arrived, it was already sagging and had to be replaced with one from another room. The double bed was also quite uncomfortable. How can you relax if you can't sleep? In 15 years of traveling, I've never had such bad beds in a hotel. Other than that, the hotel and location are okay.

Had a lovely break for my surprise birthday here booked by my partner Nina. The hotel is amazing and so are all the staff we encountered during our stay. Some reviews mentioned food, but we found nothing wrong It,there was always a great choice and warm. Rooms were clean, tidy, and everything you needed. we stayed in the adults only area and had a great view of the sea from our balcony. We used mainly the naturist area it was quite popular and fresh sandwiches brought out and refrigerated. Also, there was a good selection of drinks. We have booked again this was only due to the amazing staff and facilities we enjoyed well done

The hotel is nice overall. Clean rooms, good location, plenty of pools and bars. The food was ok but I was expecting a bigger choice of local/ seafood varieties. For a 4 star hotel the choice wasn't as big as I expected. I visited the hotel 7 years ago and there are no improvements around. The beach is nice but the hotel doesn't own sunbeds there, so you have to pay extra. The staff is kind and helpful, special thanks to Miguel ( Coco Loco bar) very positive and nice person, who knows how to earn his tip.

Can't recommend the place, was there week a ago. The place should have been renovated a long time ago. The rooms are okay, and the cleaning ladies are very polite and nice, but overall, the place feels old. Communication with the staff was very difficult, as almost no one speaks English. The pool water was cold, so most of the day, the pools were empty. There is very little shade provided in the pool areas. The coolest bar in the whole hotel only operates at night. The beach is nice, but the hotel doesn't provide sunbeds there, so you have to pay extra. The coffee from the machines is disgusting (not real coffee). You can get a decent coffee at the lobby bar, which opens at 10:00 AM. The food is the cheapest you could find, with very little variety. There weren't beer glasses or any other type of glass except wine glasses in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. In the so-called "à la carte" restaurant, you can only get wine or beer even though you paid for alcohol for a week's stay. There are more issues, but the above already doesn't reflect the four-star rating of the hotel.
