First time at Club del Sol and food was okay but apart from that we had an awful time. No fan in the room and only on our night that the hotel system turned the aircon on. Can’t leave the door open because the noise from the other guests until about 1am. Spa where the jacuzzi and sauna not being cleaned. Bits on the the floor where there 6 days later. Hotel has the worst manager and not trained to deliver customer service. Try a different hotel if you can. Avoid at all costs!

Loved every part of our first stay in Majorca. We stayed 10 nights and wish we could've stayed longer! The rooms were a good size, we stayed in a Junior Suite in block 1 and had no issues at all. Always clean and tidy, with nice cool air con which was required every day! Great selection of breakfast and dinner buffets, so you'll always find something you'll like. Lunch was the best meal of the day, with a large menu of dishes to choose from. I disagree with the negative comments towards the entertainment team below. Yes, they do ask if you'd like to participate in aqua gym or mini golf amongst other things, but they're not pushy and quite often people do participate. The staff on the whole were fantastic. Everyone from Reception, Pool bar, Restaurant and the main bar were always punctual and genuinely looked happy to work there. There's also a mini disco for kids at 8:30pm every evening and entertainment after, which comprised of mostly singing acts, but also quizzes and a magician. The only negative is the location as people have alluded to. It's a 40 minute walk to Port de Pollensa, which we personally did three times, but there's also a bus stop which allows you to travel to Alcudia or Pollensa right outside the hotel. These leave approximately every 30 minutes but are often slightly late in peak season due to the volume of visitors. Paying by bank card is the cheapest option. If/when we return to Majorca, Club Del Sol will be top of our list of places to stay.

We were room only so can't comment on the food but our room was spacious and really clean and modern. The staff we spoke to were all lovely. It's a bit of a trek to the town but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel and a cab is only about 7 euros which was cheaper than the bus for 3 of us!

Clean hotel with friendly staff. A couple of pools to use with one dedicated just to kids. There was fighting for sun beds or anything but we did come after school holidays had finished. Entertainment was a bit ropey. All inclusive is definitely not worth it because a lot of the drinks aren’t included anyway. The location is okay if you don’t want to be in walking distance of local restaurants, however, there is a bus stop right outside with regular services that run into the evening and are pretty much always on time. The bus goes to Pollenca one way and Alcudia the other. We hired a car for a few days to see more of the island which I’d definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay for one week at Club del Sol. The overall complex is picturesque and really family orientated. The whole complex is extremely clean. Usual activities such as kids entertainment and family entertainment at night. Our room was a little on the small side, we had a one bedroom room (for 2 kids) and the living room which had a sofa bed. Don't get me wrong, it was fine, just a little small. We didn't avail much food on site so can't personally speak to the qualify of the hotel restaurant. One small gripe is the distance from both Port de Pollence & Alcudia Port. One last thing, staff are extremely friendly.
