My husband and I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh was so exceptional we felt compelled to share it. The hotel is immaculate, with beautifully maintained gardens, pristine pools, and a stunning beach. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the resort was outstanding. What truly sets this resort apart is its people. Every member of staff, from lifeguards and bar staff to restaurant teams, spa therapists and excursion organisers were warm, attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The service is the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world, and it’s clear that management has created a culture focused on guest happiness. The food was consistently good, with excellent breakfast omelettes and varied lunch and dinner options, including plenty of fresh, healthy choices. As well-travelled guests, only a handful of hotels have ever made us want to return and this is one of them. If you’re considering a trip to Egypt, this resort is an outstanding choice. We were truly blown away and will absolutely be back.

Great hotel. Loved it. The service was good. Could’ve been better if the bar staff were friendlier. But overall the rest of the restaurant and reception staff were excellent. A special thanks goes to Mr. Nasr Abdelfatah, Duty Manager, for his continuous care and attention throughout our stay. He made every effort to ensure that our experience was truly a 10/10. I would also like to thank the reception team, especially Ahmed, for his professionalism and attention to even the smallest details, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. For the third time, my husband and I stayed at this resort, which in our opinion offers one of the best accommodations in Sharm El Sheikh. All the staff are very polite and attentive. I would like to highlight the breakfast waiter, Mohamed Ehab, who is an incredible person; his kindness is very special, and above all, he is very polite and dedicated to his job, making my husband and I feel special. I would also like to congratulate the team at the Italian restaurant, where I was able to taste the best food in Sharm El Sheikh. Amazing Resort with all inclusive and view to sea from the pool, beech front makes so much difference too. Vide variety of fresh food, veggies, salad and deserts. Nice and clean everywhere. Enjoyed our stay and be back again. Thanks to the whole team!
