Had a 5 night stay here, and was pleasantly surprised given the bad reputation this place seems to have, which is unwarranted. We stayed in the Skyrise tower part of the hotel, and our room was huge, clean and comfortable, which is all we ask for when on holiday. The staff were friendly, the prices reasonable for food and drink, and you must visit the steakhouse whilst you are there too! Its an ideal place to bring a family to stay, lots for kids to do, but as two big kids we enjoyed it just as much. We got an adventurdome pass and rode on most of the rides, bought a players card which we loaded up with points so we could play on all the arcade machines to try and win tickets for prizes, had a lot of fun with that. Then of course you have the bits for the adults, the slots and table games. And slots of fun next door, which does $2 hotdogs, popcorn, and shrimp cocktails.....along with beer. Had the $2 hotdog and shrimp cocktails, very good value for money! Free parking also. I absolutely loved the theme of this hotel, I think vegas needs more hotels like this. The place was clean and tidy, as was our room, and I would definitely stay here again if going to Vegas. Didnt really use the pool so cant comment on that, and the only thing for me that let it down by a star was the elevator system, to me it was so confusing! Other than that, an enjoyable affordable experience all round :)

It was decent. Rooms were ok. Atmosphere was good. I had house keeping clean my room when we got there because it needed cleaning.(wasn't horrible)She did an excellent job. The hotel is fine. Not as bad as I had heard. It one of those things, check it out for yourself. We were only there for one night only. 🤷🏽‍♀️

What a waste of money. I am not sure what you are paying resort fees for. No housekeeping. Pool closes at 5pm. No in-room coffee machine. Only sup par fast food available. Big top eats... do yourself a favor and walk to Dennys. Our room remote didnt work and couldnt turn on tv. Called front desk was on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up and hung up. No customer service in site. Bathtub faucet couldn't be completely turned off. Seriously I should have known better. This place is aweful. I am sure there will be a comment, " we are sorry about your experience and will work to do better in the future" But they won't because they do not care. So beyond dissapointed. Day 2 No housekeeping. 3 bathtowels for 3 days for 2 people. No washcloths or handtowels. The slides in tje water park are not running. We went to the 1:30 circus show... dissapointing. Definately a dissapointment for my birthday weekend

I don’t do reviews. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Listen to the reviews people. I stayed because it was the least expensive around. There’s a reason for that. It’s beyond outdated. The AC will keep you awake all night long. Or the plumbing in the walls will. Or maybe the people in the hallway?!! Or how about the rock hard mattress? This place is so outdated it’s ridiculous. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. There’s mold in the bathroom. We actually had to change rooms because the first one had an antibiotic pill on the floor that’s used for STI’s! Ew! Nope. We should’ve stayed at Motel 6 or something. There’s no microwave, or mini frig. If you want ice, hope you’re in the first floor because that’s where it’s at. The first room I had had conditioning shampoo in it but the second one didn’t. No body wash in either of them. It DOES have a blow dryer. Housekeeping is terrible. The last person who stayed in this room, her red hair is all in the bathroom. Everywhere. It’s just gross. It’s even stuck in the lid of the ice bucket. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $15 to stay at the Roadway Inn. You’ll thank me for it, I promise. This place is the worst. I honestly don’t know how they’re still open.

I haven’t even stayed one night and I know this could be better. The rooms and the whole property hasn’t been updated in over 35 years, I bet. Rooms look like they came out of 1992. if you need power for a CPAP or anything else, you better bring power strips and extension cords because nothing in the room is equipped to handle your cell phone charging or anything. I will say this. It’s clean and somewhat maintain. It’s also safe. I just think that it’s too much money for something that has not been updated in so many years. I think there are investors looking to buy it and redo it and rebrand it. I think that needs to happen. This is a big property, but it needs upgrading, so bad. I think you could stay at the Strat or somewhere else and get better money’s worth. Hopefully this gets better.
