We arrived to go have their famous Circus circus buffet! 4 kids, 2 adults. No prices anywhere to be found. $180. They had about 12 whole items to choose from! my 4 kids only liked the fried chicken, but ate less than 3 bites because the mashed potatoes were gross and ruined their appetite. My husband got cornbread and they were hard as a rock. I was disappointed from the lack of choices they had and the food was bland! The waitress just laughed when she got our honest opinion of the so called buffet, because my 4 kids said the best part of the meal was the Pepsi and ice cream, my 10 yr old told her the food was gross and they should give us back our money because I didnt eat and her 4 yr old brother spit out his food. A chef came to our table and he apologized for our horrible experience but said he would "relay" our complaints. We got home and they charged us $32 for a tip on our card we did not authorize. We went to go walk around and one of the patrons told my husband Don't even bother it is so dead up there and everything was basically either out of order or already closed. Worst experience and huge disappointment from the minute we walked in there. I give them a whole 1 star

Beware!!!!! There is a timeshare that passes itself off as a rental car service. They say they’re going to give you free vouchers to gamble and tickets to an aquarium and all you need to do is tour a hotel. It is a lie!!! They ask you to pay $50 and that they will give you $40 back after the tour. The hotel itself was OK for the price and the pool was fun. Beware of the timeshare that says it is a car rental service and that they want to give you free vouchers to do things!

I called before we booked so we could have 2 rooms next to one another. We got there and not only did they lie to me but the place is run down with no updates. There are hidden fees i did not know about. Way overpriced for what you get. Better off staying at a motel 6. Staff was kinda rude and not really helpful. Got to the room and lamp dose not work. The smell of cigarettes in the halls is horrible i could barely breathe and i almost vomited. At least it's a place to sleep. Would really like compensation for the way we were treated but fat chance of that.

We picked this place because we had some last minute family things to tie up in town and thought it would be a good place for my son. We were wrong. The walls are paper thin. The people in the room above us were having a wrestling match all night, the people next to us were having "activities" from 330 am until 545 am. Oh and the shower head leaked and sprayed water outside the shower. We checked out within 7 hours of checking in and will not return or recommend this place. We ended up at the other family friendly resort.

For being one of the oldest hotels and casino on the strip is was nice. Free parking for 4 days is a huge bonus. The renovations on the elevators to get to the rooms was a little bit of an inconvenience but nothing to bad. Not having enough mats for the water slide was also a small inconvenience. The free circus acts in the midway were cool for the kids. Overall our stay was very pleasant.
