We are a family of three from Poland (husband, wife and our 9-year-old daughter), and we spent a wonderful holiday at the resort in November 2025. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the incredibly comfortable stay. Our Junior Beach Suite was spacious, fresh, and very comfortable. The room was always spotless, and the daily cleaning was excellent. The staff throughout the resort were kind, warm, and always ready to help, which made our time here even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the variety and quality of the food in our restaurant, the fun excursions, and the amazing massages at the spa. The transfer between the resort and the airport was also very smooth and quick—only about 20 minutes. A very special thank-you goes to Mira, the wonderful Island Host at the reception. Without her, our stay would not have been as perfect as it was. Her experience, attention to detail, and deep understanding of everything related to the resort helped us so much and protected us from any unnecessary issues. Mira, greetings from Igor, Daria and Mirka! 😉 We truly recommend this resort and would be happy to return in the future.

We have just returned from 2 fantastic weeks at Cinnamon Dhonveli, our first time in the Maldives. We stayed in an over water suite with sunset views and it was perfect. The OWS were very spacious, had great AC and fans, fantastic amenities and were of the very highest standard. They are very private and definitely have that exclusive and luxury feel. However, the biggest asset this resort has is the amazing staff. Some shout outs to Akila and Suraj at the Rehendi Bar - Suraj also does the fire show at the beach party - not to be missed! Dilshan at the Sunset bar and the team at Rahuul Surf bar were also brilliant! Our waiters Leem, Ahmed and Latheel at Rehendi restaurant were excellent and the manager, Srimanti was always friendly and made sure everything was ok. The chefs Saha and Khair are definitely worth visiting at their stations. And of course Sattar at the pool was always great fun. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to holiday in the Maldives, we will certainly be returning!

A very pleasant experience from the food to the accommodation. The room was very beautiful, right on the beach, with impeccable daily cleanliness and very friendly staff. The meals were buffet-style, and as soon as we entered the restaurant, Bhagya greeted us with a smile on her face — a very lovely lady who made you feel “at home.” Shreef, on the other hand, was the gentleman who served us at the table, and we can say we became friends. He joked with us, brought us drinks as soon as he saw us enter the restaurant, and had a warm attitude. The chefs also came to ask if everything was okay, if we liked the food — very attentive with everyone. The beach and the water were dreamy, everything clean and well maintained.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives in an overwater bungalow with the all-inclusive package, and the entire experience was exceptional. Our flight landed early, yet we barely had to wait at the airport — the speedboat transfer was perfectly organized and departed within an hour. The ride took around 20 minutes. Upon arrival we were welcomed with genuine warmth, and after a short briefing we were pleasantly surprised that our bungalow was already ready at 10 AM (instead of the usual 2 PM). We could also enjoy the morning snack as part of the all-inclusive package right away. As GHA members we received three complimentary experiences, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We chose the Swim & Snorkel tour, a 30-minute couples’ spa treatment, and a romantic beach dinner — all of them were wonderful. The overwater bungalow was exactly like in the photos: spacious, cosy, well-equipped and with a beautiful view. Throughout the island we only met professional, kind and attentive staff, always smiling and always ready to help. One of the things we valued most was the resort’s clear commitment to sustainability and protecting the island’s ecosystem. PET bottles are not allowed on the island, no drinks are served in plastic, and transportation is done only by electric vehicles, bicycles or on foot. Everything on the island — including the beaches and the surrounding ocean — is extremely clean and well maintained. The all-inclusive dining experience was fantastic: delicious food, desserts, great variety and plenty of options. We never felt like anything was missing. There are also several activities available, such as tennis and table tennis, and the small but well-equipped gym was perfect for our workouts. Overall, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable stay. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the Maldives.🩵🦈🌅

We stayed for 7 nights in an over water suite at Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives, and it was honestly one of the most unforgettable holidays we’ve ever had. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, with a stunning open bathroom, a huge bed looking straight out onto the ocean, and direct lagoon access. One of our favourite parts was the private deck with its over-water hammock, the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. From our room alone we saw sharks, rays, and all kinds of colourful fish gliding past, it felt like living in our own little piece of paradise. We spent hours snorkeling, sleeping on the beach, and enjoying the all-inclusive cocktails and meals. The island is absolutely breathtaking, but what really made our stay special was the staff. A huge thank you to Latheef and Chef Sanjeewa for taking such amazing care of me. As a picky vegetarian, buffets can sometimes be stressful, but not here, whenever options were limited, I was offered dishes from a dedicated vegetarian menu, and Chef Sanjeewa even made me a delicious Thai curry exactly how I like it. Their kindness genuinely made the trip feel effortless. One of the most memorable moments was a 5 star three-course dinner on the beachfront, arranged especially for us for our 2nd visit. At the end, we were surprised with a thoughtful anniversary gift that we will treasure for years to come. A special shout out to Chef Khair, he was warm, friendly, and welcoming every single day. He even remembered us from 2 years ago! Nothing was ever too much trouble; he made pasta, pizza, and breakfasts exactly to our requests, always with a smile. Another thank you to our waiter Srimanti, you made the perfect cup of tea! Everything about our stay was perfect the room, the island, the food, the service, and the people. Cinnamon Dhonveli continues to exceed all expectations, and we can’t wait to come back again.
