We had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday here. The location is absolutely stunning — right by the beach with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the garden area was so peaceful. What stood out most was the exceptional service — every staff member was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The buffet had a good variety, and we especially loved the Sri Lankan dishes. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and everything felt safe and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent hospitality. Will definitely visit again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bay, Beruwala! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore. I especially appreciated the excellent service, delicious meals, and peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

If you’re just looking for a place to crash for a night or two and don’t mind compromising on room quality, this could be a decent pick. Visited this beach hotel for an office gathering, and overall, it was a good experience. It’s a highly rated hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The service was great, and the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The venue is spacious and well-suited for large gathering. our group had over 300 people, and the common areas never felt crowded. The food had a lot of variety for lunch and dinner, but many dishes lacked flavor. However, the breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. A nice place for corporate events or large group outings!

A Wonderful Stay at Cinnamon Bey! We had a truly lovely experience at Cinnamon Bey. The hotel is beautiful, with lush greenery and stunning views that made our stay feel like a tropical escape. Everything was spotless, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was the warm and friendly staff. Everyone we encountered was helpful and kind, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. A special thanks goes to the amazing assistant manager, Susantha. After we had checked out, he went above and beyond by arranging a room for us later that night so we could shower and change before heading to the airport. His kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated and made a big difference to our journey home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back!
