We had our very first family holiday at this beautiful resort, the staff were so friendly and the animation team were fantastic from the beginning of the day till the very end. The water slides were incredible and there is so much choice for children of all ages. Definitely visiting again!! There sister hotel also accommodates a sea view which has a free shuttle bus to the hotel 🏝️

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to come back! Checked in around 3am which was a very smooth check in, got upgraded without charge to a sea view family suite. The room was absolutely spacious, with lots of wardrobe space, and a beautiful balcony. The buffets from breakfast time to late night snacks were amazing, plenty of choices. We had access to all the hotels on site including use of their pools and restaurants- no restrictions. Teppanyanki restaurant is a must try- absolutely delicious Japanese food- booking is needed one day prior. The aqua park was fantastic, cool slides and rides. Lifeguards were super friendly and making sure everyone was safe. WOW the snorkelling, what an experience!! We had access to the beach which the water was shallow to do snorkelling, especially for young children this was brilliant. The dive centre was on site on club resort , staff were super professional and friendly who provided us with life jackets (additional fee) so we could snorkel in the 30m deep sea end of the pier. scuba diving was also available (15min €30 or 25min €40). Spa was good however did not have shower facilities with use of shampoo and body wash, robe and slippers were not given nor welcome drink. Downside- additional fee for ice creams & watermelon during the day. If you are interested in pool parties this was additional fee. Entertainment was repetitive.

My parents stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The food was great the room got upgraded free of charge the service was top notch. I can't recommend the resort enough a big thank you to the team for making the trip a one to remember.

The 3 hotel's and grounds are very nice and kept to a good standard. The pools are nice but a bit of a let down that the one big pool is not heated. Not a 5 star resort in my opinion maybe a 4 as it is nice and quiet but is is April would be ranked at the lower end of 4 star but this is the first time in Egypt. Staff very helpful and nice couldn't ask more there 😁 not much in the way of entertainment. Most interaction is with people trying to sell you trips,spa etc. The foods ok not much in the way of snacks around in-between meals. Try to get you paying extra for everything from fresh orange at breakfast. £4 to play pool and there's a charge on tennis in the evening and any extra shows they put on for entertainment is chargeable as well. As as had been spoken about in other posts the pillows not great and house keeping was rubbish they would take towels without leaving any then I'd spend my time chasing him to get some to no avail half of the time just get told two minutes then a hours go by you may get some .All this being said it's a nice hotel as long as you don't have high expectations.

I stayed with my family at the Charmillion Gardens Hotel in Sharm and had a wonderful experience. • The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Emil for being exceptionally cooperative and professional. • The food was delicious, with a great variety every day—especially the desserts, which were outstanding. • The hotel facilities are excellent, clean, and well-maintained. • The beach was beautiful, and I was amazed by the brightly colored fish I saw while swimming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sharm, family friendly hotel.
