Amazing stay at Charmillion Club Aqua Park! The aqua park is fantastic for both kids and adults, very clean and well supervised. Rooms were spacious and spotless, thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping for his excellent work. The restaurant service was outstanding — special thanks to Hossam, Salah, Ahmed, and Mohamed for their friendliness, professionalism, and great attention at every meal. Food was fresh, varied, and delicious. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and efficient, making everything easy from check-in to departure. Great entertainment, wonderful staff, and a brilliant atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended. we would definitely return!

Just spent 9 days with my family at this hotel. It was a great place, Straight from the reception you feel welcomed. The ambience is cool,not too quiet and not too noisy. The entertainment is top notch, resturant staff very friendly, variety of food and drinks. House cleaning is done daily ( special thanks to Nagy in the house cleaning team; Mohammed and Alaa in the canteen and all other staff.

We expend 10 days in the hotel. We really enjoyed. It Is a spacious place, always lounge chairs available and easy to follow your kids from the distance. Even though is a large space everything is a sight distance. There are few shows during the nights. Nice locations but way too loud for kids. There are few places where this happen but sometimes is hard to be near the stage even in the kids club that should be less volume for them. Adults shows are a bit repetitive, magic show, belly dance, and fire malabarista ( this one was really good). It will be nice to o have something different first week is fine, Second not that much. One thing you should check is the wind. We went during Christmas and is a wind season apparently so some days could be super windy and less appealing to swim. But it not the hole data and maybe is one day so you can keep an eye to the water to plan base on that. We have great weather even during this "winter season"

Very affordable! Food is repetitive, customer service is poor. Animation team are always late and repeat the same thing over and over again. Kids club opened 1/7 days with no notice. Aqua park is lovely and rooms are great. Considering the price I would consider going again. A lot of tourists from Israel at this hotel.

I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. I’ve been staying here for four days now, and my impressions are very mixed. I came here with my children. The trip was arranged by a travel agent — a girl from Egypt. She suggested this hotel as one of the best in Sharm. I looked at the photos and reviews and agreed. Unfortunately! She booked a Superior Room Garden View at Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park for us. However, they said it was upgraded, so we were placed in a room overlooking the aqua park. I honestly don’t see what kind of upgrade that is — during the day there’s constant noise from children screaming outside the window. When we entered the room, it turned out to be just a standard room with an extra bed — basically an extremely uncomfortable folding cot. As a result, the three of us are sleeping in one bed. When I went to the reception to ask whether this was really a superior room, they said yes. I contacted the manager who organized the trip to clarify the situation, and she told me there were no other options because of Trump’s recent visit. I wanted to move to another hotel, but this one said they wouldn’t refund the money. After long back-and-forth messages, I decided to stay here. The food in the restaurant is about a 7/10. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which isn’t very pleasant in the heat. The beach itself isn’t suitable for swimming — you can only dip your feet in the water. If you want access to the coral reef, you need to walk another five minutes, and even there the pontoon isn’t finished. You have to walk through shallow water to reach the pontoon and then climb into the sea from there. The territory is large and beautiful — that’s a plus. The aqua park is great too. But the situation with the beach was a big disappointment. Also, the bed linen and towels probably used to be white about two years ago — now they’re grayish, and the duvet cover is torn. The overall cleanliness and maintenance are far from what you expect from a five-star hotel. At this point, this has been our worst experience in Egypt, and we definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel. It’s nowhere near a 5-star standard.
