I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. I’ve been staying here for four days now, and my impressions are very mixed. I came here with my children. The trip was arranged by a travel agent — a girl from Egypt. She suggested this hotel as one of the best in Sharm. I looked at the photos and reviews and agreed. Unfortunately! She booked a Superior Room Garden View at Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park for us. However, they said it was upgraded, so we were placed in a room overlooking the aqua park. I honestly don’t see what kind of upgrade that is — during the day there’s constant noise from children screaming outside the window. When we entered the room, it turned out to be just a standard room with an extra bed — basically an extremely uncomfortable folding cot. As a result, the three of us are sleeping in one bed. When I went to the reception to ask whether this was really a superior room, they said yes. I contacted the manager who organized the trip to clarify the situation, and she told me there were no other options because of Trump’s recent visit. I wanted to move to another hotel, but this one said they wouldn’t refund the money. After long back-and-forth messages, I decided to stay here. The food in the restaurant is about a 7/10. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which isn’t very pleasant in the heat. The beach itself isn’t suitable for swimming — you can only dip your feet in the water. If you want access to the coral reef, you need to walk another five minutes, and even there the pontoon isn’t finished. You have to walk through shallow water to reach the pontoon and then climb into the sea from there. The territory is large and beautiful — that’s a plus. The aqua park is great too. But the situation with the beach was a big disappointment. Also, the bed linen and towels probably used to be white about two years ago — now they’re grayish, and the duvet cover is torn. The overall cleanliness and maintenance are far from what you expect from a five-star hotel. At this point, this has been our worst experience in Egypt, and we definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel. It’s nowhere near a 5-star standard.

I will start this by saying this is my first ever review I am completely shocked and disappointed.Absolutely shocking and a huge waste of our money. Buying 7 dollar pot noodles to keep our son fed!! Food shocking honestly and my partner has an upset stomach. Flys all over the food and nothing appears freshly prepared. The food hall is like a cattle market and there is no order/people pushing children to get to each station. Before opening the hall whilst having a drink waiting. Chefs were seen on more than one occasion helping themselves with their hands to the food. Walking around on their phones and making themselves drinks which ofcourse wouldn’t be and issue if they opened on time and they were hygienic. The additional restaurants included in your stay are serving what is already in the main restaurant with the exception of the Hendi restaurant. Staff lovely and doing their best with what they have to work with. The resort specifically our room is dirty, we cannot go bare foot because it is so bad. Left clothes on the balcony to dry and dirt was washed from the roof above onto our belongings however our balcony has not been cleaned at all. There are 3 people in our room yet towels only provided for 1 maybe 2 if you don’t wash your hair. The showers are tepid at best and flow is mediocre. The additional bed for my son is a fold up and hard as a rock. We have been rotating between us all because the backache is horrendous. We do not holiday often and save incredibly hard for our trips. We have had better camping trips in the UK!! To top it off $180 spent for 3 massages and a scrub. The scrub was ok however me and my SIL went for our first of 3 massages and asked for a refund for the 2nd 2 as whilst in the spa the 2 ladies were scoffing and talking in their own language and it was very obvious it was about our bodies/us incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Dignity was not preserved an we were just expected to show our breasts and remove clothing without any dignified approach. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear incredibly upset and dissatisfied that I worked 2 jobs all year for this shambles of a break

The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed and A special thanks to Ahmad Safan at reception was so welcoming and helpful, and Mohammed kept our room spotless. It was a wonderful stay specially service they are all kind, nice and cheerful. Some one of them called Mohammed Saber has a nice attitude that made us feeling rest as if we are at home. Thanks for everything and hope to be with you again☺️

We arrived on October 29, 2025. We have room 1911. We liked everything, but today, November 2, 2025, a horror happened.. They kept us from sleeping all night from upstairs. They were making noise and dragging furniture around. We want to sleep during the day, but they're making noise again and not letting us sleep. They're dragging furniture around. What should we do? We're demanding compensation for emotional distress. And please stop bothering us.
