Very disappointing experience – beware of minibar charges! We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, which completely ruined what could have been a nice stay. Be very careful with the minibar. The only thing we did was replace the two beers that were originally in the fridge with two identical ones — exactly the same brand and type — and yet they charged us for them at the hotel’s price, claiming it’s “hotel policy.” Apparently, the original bottles had some kind of sticker, and since ours didn’t, they considered them “used.” Honestly, this makes no sense, as we left exactly the same beers, untouched in value or content. I explained I didn’t agree, but they still forced me to pay, which I find completely unfair. To make things worse, when we arrived, there were worms in the shower, which I personally had to clean with water. We didn’t even complain at the time because we didn’t want to make a fuss. But after not saying a word about that, being charged for two identical beers feels like a lack of respect for guests. Also, the attitude of the lady at reception (middle-aged) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She showed no understanding, no courtesy, and certainly no hospitality — a real shame for a hotel with such nice facilities. To be fair, the hotel itself is nice, and breakfast was fine, but the service and management decisions are absolutely disappointing. After such a pleasant stay overall, to leave with such a bad taste in our mouths is very sad. I truly hope the hotel management reflects on this, because good hospitality isn’t just about facilities — it’s about how you treat people.

I had such a wonderful stay at Chaba Cabana Beach Resort. The location is peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who prefers to stay away from the busy crowds. It’s truly a place that suits all ages and all kinds of travelers. The whole atmosphere feels so warm and welcoming – almost like being at home. The staff here are fantastic – always cheerful, helpful, and ready to make your stay comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious! Both the breakfast and the dishes at the C Front Restaurant were amazing. I even heard that the chef has won a cooking competition, and I can totally believe it from the flavors. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom came with quality soap, shampoo, and even a bathtub, which was a nice touch. The resort is also very convenient to get to, with a great location and shuttle services available, making traveling easy and stress-free. Overall, this resort really exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beachside stay.

Had the best stay at Chaba Cabana Beach Resort! The location is stunning—right on the quieter end of Chaweng Beach, which made it feel peaceful and private.🌊 The resort offers plenty of facilities including a pool, kayak, paddle board, and more. I especially loved kayaking with my friends while watching the beautiful sunset over the beach—such a memorable experience.🚣🏻‍♀️🌅 ✨The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fresh with a nice mix of Thai and international dishes, and the beachfront restaurant made every meal extra enjoyable with its amazing view.👌🏻 If you’re visiting Koh Samui, I can’t recommend this resort enough. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely stay. Rooms nicely furnished, clean and neat. Staff are very friendly. Just not that much beach available in October rainy season, only about a meter or two during low tide but you can still walk out a good 100m in very shallow calm clear water. Beautiful view.

Terrible Experience - Would Never Stay Here Again This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The service was absolutely awful - the staff were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the guests at all. The rooms were dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was disgusting, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
