Great location and lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean, fresh towels and clean bedding when requested. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach but we were too late most days to get it booked for the time we needed it, however, there are plenty of tuk tuks at the top of the road which is a very short 4 min walk away. 20 mins walk to ao nang beach, it's an easy walk there and back with lots of shops to nip into on the way. Pool area was fantastic, but does get busy in peak seasons. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Staff were lovely, kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in this resort (rather I would call this a hotel) for 2 days . A 5 mins ride from Ao nang , this hotel is located in a peaceful surrounding. This is the most positive point about the hotel. The most negative point about this hotel is the bathroom lavks proper drainage of water . Throughout our stay we had a messy washroom with a floor full of water. I have found other reviews as well mentioning the same issue, seems like the management never took those seriously . However they take smoking very seriously and does not even allow guests to smoke in the balcony. Well, i understand the room should be non-smoking , but a non smoking balcony doesnt make sense . You have to always bring yourself out of the hotel to smoke a cigarette. Breakfast was very mediocre, room service was done during our stay , no complaints on that . Pool view is great if you are opting for those rooms . Overall not great neither too bad .

This hotel was really great for us on our 1 week stay in krabi. Good breakfast variety, great view (room on poolside), everyone working here are great and helpful. There's free parking. Free shuttle service to the beach and back. If you want to go on a daytrip while staying here, there is tourist info in the lobby where you can easily book a tour. You might get a tour cheaper from other booths in the area, but it's convenient. Couldn't personally use the gym this time, but it looked like you could do a decent workout there. Pool was decent.

Be warned - the pictures and reviews of this hotel are very deceiving. We stayed at 5 hotels during our time in Thailand, and we were shocked by the difference in expectation vs reality with this one. The pool area and rooms are much smaller than it appears online, and both have seen better days. The pool itself was clean, but a lot of the chairs and tables were broken or dirty. The rooms were incredibly worn and there was visible mold in the shower. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was stuffy and you could hear every noise from the surrounding area. The location was not a problem, but definitely not directly in the mix. The staff was friendly enough, and we had to leave before breakfast so can’t speak to that. While I think it was priced lower than some in the area, there is definitely a reason for it.

We’ve loved Thailand so far but such a mixed experience here. We booked as the location wasn’t too far from the market and the pictures made it look great. I don’t really like writing negative reviews but hopefully this helps others. Pros: the rooms were beautiful, we chose the mountain view and it was stunning. The pool is stunning. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The main if not only reason this hotel is a yes is because of the view. Cons: Firstly, we have stayed at a few hotels now in Thailand and a common theme is the amazing service we receive. I don’t know what made this hotel different but the staff were just not as helpful which made our stay underwhelming. The breakfast options were really not great and took a long time to get an omelette; the breakfast staff were not so accommodating. They didnt have halal options also. We only had breakfast the first day and then stuck to 7/11 options which is a few min walk away. The hotel feels more like a 2/3 star hotel, they essentially squished everything on one floor. The pool, gym, restaurant (where you also have breakfast) is all on one floor. On checkout I had misplaced the receipt provided at check in which included our deposit details. Now I know they have a copy also and our car was waiting and I showed a copy on my phone. We explained all of this and apologies yet Mim at checkout said we must have the original and made us search our bags for 10 minutes, until they then printed out a new version. I take responsibility for misplacing the paper but the way they handled it? Not helpful at all and by the end I was sweating and frustrated as this all could have been avoided. Overall I think there are so many better options for hotels in the area and would definitely say to book closer to Ao Nang beach. This hotel needs to improve.
