Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a splendid experience. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, giving the whole place such warm vibes. We travelled with our 1-year-old and every request; from her food to a bottle sterilizer, was taken care of without any hassle. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Will definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Centara Reserve Samui is by far the best of the best, a true 5 star resort that deserves every bit of its luxury reputation. I celebrated my milestone birthday here in end of August, and it was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Check-in was smooth and warm, and everyone we met was professional, kind, and thoughtful. They took time to explain all the facilities, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our room was absolutely stunning, with an amazing view, luxurious details, and immaculate cleanliness, moreover, full of surprised small details in the room. Every corner was spotless, which truly impressed me!! The atmosphere felt both elegant and comfortable, making it hard to leave the room! Breakfast each morning was another highlight, a wide variety of fresh selections served with a breathtaking ocean view. I also loved how beautifully they maintain the beach; the sand was extremely clean, you could see no trash but tiny shells beneath your feet. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warmth of the entire team. From the first minute to the last, they made us feel so special. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Ms. Natty and Ms. Sandy, for their kindness and professional care during our stay. We’ll definitely be back to this little piece of paradise.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The service here is truly exceptional — every staff member is attentive, warm, and genuinely cares about your comfort. They even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade from the Deluxe Ocean Room to the Reserve Pool Suite for my birthday, which made my stay extra special. The hotel has a convenient app where you can easily message the concierge for any requests or to book activities — super user-friendly and efficient. I also loved their daily surprise treats, which you can request each day. Another thoughtful touch is that all minibar snacks and drinks are complimentary and replenished daily. Poolside service is equally impressive. Guests can bring their own snacks, food, or drinks, or order directly from the bar. Staff are always ready to assist — offering bottled water, setting up your sunbed, and even adjusting the large umbrellas to provide more shade when needed. Everywhere you go, you’re greeted with smiles and polite bows, which adds a lovely touch of hospitality. Breakfast offers a generous spread with plenty of options, though the menu stays mostly the same each day. The property has two swimming pools — one exclusively for adults and another open to everyone — plus a fun water play area for kids (note: no lifeguard on duty). The beach is conveniently located just outside the resort. While it’s more suitable for strolls than swimming during monsoon season, it’s still a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details — I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Wish I was back there now as I write this! We stayed Nov 2025. As soon as we got out of the taxi, the hospitality from staff and management (Neil) started and continued during our whole stay. The staff handled our luggage and brought us to a sofa to enjoy a welcome drink while check-in started. The lady who checked us in showed us to our room once it was ready (by the check-in time stated on website) and explained amenities of the hotel. The property (both outside and inside) is gorgeous and well maintained. From our ocean view room, the sounds and sight of waves were well enjoyed. The room itself was spacious with a functional floor plan; it had a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and well appointed minibar. The minibar included three spirits (vodka, gin, and whiskey), beer, still and sparkling water, snacks, and some mixers - all of which were refilled daily and were included in the room rate! We enjoyed the pool a lot, both sitting poolside and going into the main pool. The pool waitstaff were helpful with towels and food/drink (the food was tasty and good portion). We did go into the ocean (which is mere steps from the pools) and watched a gorgeous sunrise while walking along the sandy beach. Breakfast had many options with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff there were again very hospitable (Wendy helped us during our stay). We did utilize the hotel shuttle service a couple times (van once, SUV the other) and they proved very helpful. The drivers, Kelvin and Auto, were very nice. The location is great - excellent beach/ocean, walkable to many stores, restaurants , and nightlife but not in the noise of it all. It was an amazing stay and if we are lucky enough to make it back to Koh Samui, we would definitely stay here again!

When my husband and I arrived at the Centara Reserve Samui in Koh Samui, we were immediately impressed. We knew from the moment we checked in that this stay was going to be incredible. Immediately after checking in, we received a moist towel, a mocktail, and a delicious piece of chocolate! The resort is stunning— modern, elegant, and perfectly located on the beach and is just 15 minutes from the airport. Every detail of the design feels luxurious, so we were super excited to stay here. The staff were phenomenal—warm, friendly, and so accommodating. We’ve never felt so welcomed and appreciated as guests. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special, and it showed. Special shoutout to the staff (Sophie, Kelvin, Auto, Wendy, just to name an few) and general manager, Neil, for making us feel so special. Our room was beautiful, with a sleek modern design. The beachfront view was a plus, and the in-room amenities were topnotch. From the well-stocked mini bar to the scented soap, lotion, and shampoos—all amazing. Honestly, we’ve never stayed at a place that offered such a unique mini bar! We especially loved the “surprise of the day” which was a fun and thoughtful touch that made us feel like VIPs. The food at Centara was a major plus. We enjoyed pool-side meals and delicious cocktails/mocktails throughout our stay. The breakfasts were fantastic, offering both à la carte and buffet options with high-quality food and plenty of variety. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying the beach, or exploring the resort’s many amenities, there is something for everyone. We’re already looking forward to trying other Centara properties and we’d definitely return to this Koh Samui location in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Centara Reserve Samui to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and relaxing trip in Thailand! You won’t regret it!
