We recently stayed here for a week, the hospitality is really good, overall treatment of the staff members is very much pleasing. The location of this stay is nothing but perfect, very convenient, hardly a 5mins walk to the beach and a nearby location to many other preferred outings like Walking Street, Soi 6 etc. Apart from the goodness of the Hotel and it's staff, the best part of our stay was the Tours and Travel arrangement section present at the Hotel. It is by far the best service I have ever taken until now. It is being managed by Nova Tours and Transport company and their staffs who are placed here in this hotel are really the best ones, especially Fern. I thank her for planning my whole Pattaya tour and all the activities I could do there. She was my one stop enquiry for each and every activity I did there. She helped me plan all my activities for 5 days and her suggestions to go Island Hopping on the ONCE Yachting will be one of the best memories on my lifetime. She suggested to go for Water Activities done at Hardtien beach, which is one of the less travelled and calm place to visit and relax around. The places she suggested are really good, and the arrangements she makes for us Tourists really made our life easy, they go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and taken care properly. For every activity she arranged for us, came with the pick-up from the hotel and dropping back to the hotel. All we needed to do was to get ready on time and take care of our food for the day, everything else would be just arranged without any worry. Thanks to Fern from Nova Tours and Transport, my Thailand visit was a memorable one and very comfortable. I would recommend her and this agency / company to each and every friends and family member of mine.

I recently stayed here for a few nights and was super pleased with the courteousness of the staff and the overall efficiency. The rooms are clean and the staff is always attentive to any of your needs. Great hospitality! Special thanks to Nova tours and transport for arranging my airport transfer on short notice, even charging me lesser than every option available in the market. I paid 30% lesser than the usual pricing for a clean comfortable sedan with a top notch chauffeur. Thank you and can’t wait to see you all soon! 🙏

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Centara Pattaya Hotel, and overall it was a good experience, though I’m not completely sure it deserves a full 4-star rating. The staff were nice, and our room was good — it had a bathtub, a balcony with a pool view, and all basic amenities. The hotel also has a main pool and a separate kids’ pool, though we didn’t get a chance to try them. The location is convenient — Alcazar Show is just about 500 meters away, and the beach is around 700 meters. There are also two nearby 7-Eleven stores, but as a vegetarian, don’t expect many veg food options there. We tried veg thali and veg ramen at the hotel restaurant — the thali was okay, but the ramen was honestly the worst we’ve had, so I wouldn’t recommend vegetarian dishes here. Better to order through Grab or visit one of the nearby Indian restaurants for proper veg food. For breakfast, the staff member at the entrance was not very friendly. Vegetarian options were limited — just poha, puri-sabji, plain rice, and fruits. One nice touch was that the food labels were written in Hindi too, which was helpful. Overall, a decent stay with supportive staff, but vegetarians may find limited options and the hospitality could be slightly improved.

Great hotel in excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and shopping centres. Swimming pool area is excellent but the pool bar was never open. Breakfast is excellent and a large selection of food available. Massage is very expensive and we found better massage for a fraction of the price in many massage parlours within walking distance. Staff were always friendly and helpful

I recently stayed at Centara Pattaya and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool area which was a great spot to unwind. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the beach. What stood out the most was the hospitality – the staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant, which made me feel well taken care of throughout. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Centara Pattaya and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to coming back again!
