The hotel is new and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping service was very good (at least twice per day), making our stay comfortable. We had a nice time with the complimentary paddle and kayaking, both of which were enjoyable, and snorkelling (70USD) added a fun element to our trip. The views from the hotel were quite lovely, enhancing our overall experience. I also appreciated the food at the Thai and Italian restaurants, which provided enjoyable dining options. The spa services were relaxing, and I would recommend trying them out. There was a downsides to our experience. I found that the communication app could be improved for better user-friendliness. With a few tweaks, the hotel could make the experience even better.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional service that continued throughout our entire visit. The island is breathtaking, but it’s the people who made our experience truly unforgettable. We chose a package inclusive of meals and activities, which made everything seamless and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We stayed in a Mirage Overwater Sunset Villa with Jacuzzi, which offered stunning sunset views and a peaceful atmosphere an ideal setting to unwind in paradise. The resort offered a wide range of family-friendly activities, ensuring there was always something fun for everyone. It's the perfect destination for families looking to bond, explore, and make meaningful memories. A special thank you to Baais, Azu, Sharih, Shaufa, and Kareena for organizing a truly beautiful birthday surprise for our daughter. The party was beyond what we expectedcthoughtfully decorated, joyful, and heartwarming. It's clear that the team here can organize any kind of celebration, and they go above and beyond to make it unforgettable. And a heartfelt thank you to Ameen, Esor, and Nazmul for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Your kindness and professionalism added so much to our stay. The staff are supper, specially staff at sail restaurant. Our kids loved the waters sports centre. Best Dive base leader Shimal made sure kids had enjoyable time. Housekeeping staff Sanjay and Ram made sure we had excellent time. Specially since it was my daughters birthday. Thank you Centara team.

We had a pleasant stay as a family of eight at Centara Mirage Lagoon. From the moment we arrived and departed we were warmly welcomed by Khun Nutcha, whose kind and genuine smile made us feel immediately at home as she introduced us to the resort. Khun Geniga was also very hospitable and took the time to show us the shark area and resort tour which very delightful . Khun Rejina stood out with her friendly attitude and excellent service mindset. We were also very pleased with the overall hospitality provided by the front desk, bell staff, buggy service staff, Housekeeping staff (They are very friendly and always greet us as we walked pass and they always make sure to keep our rooms clean after we left the villas) and lifeguards (They are very friendly and always looking after us while we in the water) all of whom contributed positively to our experience. Khun. Nutcha, Khun.Geniga and Khun Rejina, They are the 3 shining gems of Centara Mirage Lagoon. Thank you very very much. However, we believe the Food & Beverage service could benefit from further improvement. At Suan Bua, the head chef demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and personally greeted us at the table. The Thai dishes he prepared were authentic and reminded us of home a true highlight of our stay. One of the Thai male service staff at Suan Bua was also very kind, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the service provided by the two Thai female staff did not meet the same standard which quit disappointing . The senior Thai lady service staff did not even have any interaction with us but she goes to every table accept our table during the dinner for 2 days at Suan Bua. Their interaction was very minimal, and they did not offer the same level of warmth or even very basic courtesy such as saying thank you or a smile and have a hard tone of voice which was disappointing and inconsistent with the otherwise excellent service throughout the resort. Regarding the layout, while the resort is marketed as walking-friendly, the hot daytime weather made walking difficult. We had booked four pool villas, but due to full occupancy, our group was separated two on the sunset side and two on the sunrise side ,which made coordination more challenging as we travel with our 70 years old Grandma. We relied heavily on the buggy service, but at times, we experienced long wait times exceeding 30 minutes, not including the additional delays while waiting for responses through the resort’s app. We understand the high occupancy may have strained the buggy availability, but we would like to recommend that the resort consider providing bicycles for guests, especially those staying in overwater villas, as they are located quite far from the main facilities. This would significantly improve accessibility and guest satisfaction. In summary, we truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of many team members, especially the front office and culinary team, and we hope to see some improvements in F&B service and transportation logistics in the future. Lovely stay, Nutcha was above and beyond with her customer service. Staff were lovely and attentive. Food exceeded expectations. Although it was raining throughout our stay, it was a memorable and lovely experience nevertheless. Modern and clean atmosphere, I’m a picky person but would recommend for anyone looking for an escape from the urban life.
