Nice hotel and very good staff. - Kids Club EZone was amazing and used by the whole family. They have PlayStations / Switch, Football Table and Pinball Machine - Room was spacious and clean thanks to Monir from Housekeeping who is an absolute star! Mentioned to his Supervisor Ram who did a great job as well. - The restaurants are good but lack variety, especially the International Buffet which did not change for the 4 days we were there. - The staff however are great everywhere - especially Timmi from the Thai Restaurant and Rygin from the Italian Restaurant. - Great areas for snorkeling all around - Parrot named Jack who is very Friendly and nice - Waterpark and lazy river were great - I wish there were more shaded areas - Some sort of Daily focus or Theme nights at the International Restaurant would be great - We had to book a place as the restaurants were full but the resort was very empty so I wonder how this would work out when the resort is full - Thai section at the international restaurant is very limited - the Thai Chefs are great and helpful, but I wish there was more authentic Thai food.. - only the Thai restaurant and the Waiting area by the reception have AC.. - the website and booking experience was very bad. Website was unintuitive and the Callcenter staff was just rude and unhelpful. We almost cancelled due to this. - the price dropped after we booked and there was no way Centara would honor their „best price“ guarantee for us which is dissapointing - birthday of our kid was mentioned at the booking and at check in and we were willing to pay for a cake but it was ignored until the day after the birthday when we got a small complimentary cake.. It’s a bit dissapointing as our kid saw other children getting celebrated in the restaurant etc.. We did not expect much but a little recognition. Would recommend the Hotel for Families and short stays as the food will get boring really quick, would also recommend to book over Travel Agent but not direct with Centara.

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Service, Perfect Location & World-Class Hospitality From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were absolutely blown away by the level of service, the breathtaking location, and the impeccable facilities. This was more than just a getaway – it was a truly unforgettable experience. A very special mention must go to Nabil at Reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Not only did he warmly welcome us and personally show us around the property, but he also orchestrated a beautiful birthday surprise during our dinner and along with housekeeping, arranged a lovely room setup that made the celebration feel incredibly special. His attention to detail, genuine care, and thoughtful gestures truly touched our hearts. The restaurants’ team also deserves praise for their consistently warm, friendly, and attentive service. Every meal was not only delicious but enhanced by the kind and professional staff who made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to Cathy, Terrence, Moosa, Alex, Rio, Tommi, Timmi and Kumar. Kudos to all the hotel staff! Everyone is always greeting you with a warm smile. The resort itself is stunning – perfectly located just 35 minutes by speedboat with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained grounds, and top-notch facilities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. This was easily one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable – we’ll definitely be back!

The stay was a mixed experience. Positives / Highlights - Family and kid friendly. • Exceptional Staff: • Housekeeping: Monir was an "absolute star." His service was thoughtful, thorough, friendly, and attentive, with unbelievable customer service and attention to detail. The handwritten goodbye message at the door was a wonderful surprise by Ram. • Restaurant Staff: Timmi from the Thai restaurant and Rygin from the Italian restaurant stood out for their friendly and genuine professionalism. • Airport & Check-in: The airport staff Jazz was friendly. Shuttle service is very exclusive. The travel time is bearable 45mins. The check-in experience with the Thai reception staff Khun Nan and Khun Fatimah was pleasant. Bid farewell by Khun Fatimah, Khun Nan and Khun Reji was so touch. • Facilities & Activities: • Beaches & Waterpark: The beaches were clean and well-kept, with calm waters suitable for snorkeling. The waterpark was a nice addition. Lots of beginner areas for swimming and snorkeling. • Kids Zone: The area was amazing, with engaging games for the whole family, including a new pinball machine. The staff were friendly and helpful. • Unique Encounters: Meeting "Jack," a very entertaining parrot belonging to a staff member, was a memorable and enjoyable interaction. • Dining (Specialty Restaurants): • The Thai and Italian restaurants were both very good, offering much better food quality and service than the main international restaurant. Areas for Improvement. • Website: The website is poorly designed. It lacks an option to modify a reservation, makes it difficult to compare rooms, and did not honor a price drop that occurred after booking. • Call Center: one of the staff was unhelpful, and unprofessional. • Dining (Main International Restaurant): • Food Variety: The food quality was good, but the variety became boring. Lunch and dinner menus were too similar. That said the main restaurant staffs were exceptionally friendly and hardworking. The resort has so much to offer, and when it was time to say goodbye, we truly felt like part of the family. Until next time.

An incredible holiday at Centara Mirage Maldives! Waking up to the sound of the ocean, having direct access to crystal clear water and watching the sunset right from the terrace is priceless. The room was spacious, modern, impeccably designed and equipped with all the amenities. The hotel staff deserves special praise. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Great job by the whole team! The gastronomic journey at Centara Mirage Maldives is a separate story. The restaurants offer a varied menu, from exquisite international dishes to the freshest seafood. Each dinner was a real feast for the taste buds. The hotel offers a variety of activities for all ages. We loved snorkeling right off the coast - the coral reefs are full of life! For children, this is a real paradise: the water park and kids' clubs are what you need for a family holiday. Centara Mirage Maldives is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, a family vacation or just for those who are looking for a piece of heaven on earth. The perfect combination of luxury, natural beauty and excellent service. We will definitely be back! Recommended to everyone!

From the moment we arrived at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives, we were treated like family. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning — crystal clear water, beautifully maintained facilities, and spacious, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views. What really stood out was how family-friendly everything was. There were endless activities for the kids, from the water slides to the kids’ club, which meant the adults could enjoy some well-deserved relaxation too. The food was excellent with so many delicious options, and the variety kept every meal exciting. Every detail, big and small, was taken care of — from smooth transfers to little surprises in the room. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone who wants the perfect Maldives experience!
