Best pet-welcomed hotel we stayed so far. AMAZING! Everything is thoughtfully curated/selected. I can't recommend the resort enough. And it's also beach front. Both fur babies and human had a nice stay! The in-room dining are so yummy. I broke my Keto for the seafood /Tom-Yum and Pina Colada. Yummy!

Highly recommended family friendly resort. With great beachfront location where you can exclusively indulged in sandy beach, my kid is excited to access with pool facilities with slider and staff is very attentive and have a full eyes on situation when my kid is running around at the edge of pool. Thanks to Jane who did check in and provide an exceptional service and upgrade our room. The bellboy ( sadly i could not catch his name) is courteous and kind. Breakfast is varied and nice spread on demand. Welcome drink by having a paper cup can be improved and make it better to serve in glass at lobby at least while checking in. It appears hotel is under staffing when we would like to get a bottle of wine at beach bar and waited a while. Somehow we felt a bit upset when we tried to get a table at breakfast during peak hour and we found it empty, neat one at entrance, then decided to make it down suddenly we were informed this was reserved by owner and asked to move out. We understood but customer shall be priority and caring-oriented when it comes to hotel service industry. Above all, nice value but some cons can be implemented in accordance with centara brand.

This hotel is a budget-friendly option under the Centara brand. The quality is only average, not fantastic. The cleanliness inside the hotel is good, but the surroundings are a bit old. The breakfast options are often too sweet.

CHANATCHADA Manoraj
We stayed 1 night for 2 ADL & 1 CHD. Overall was fine for Centara brand. However, our daughter struggled in bathroom at around 6.15 AM. We called for 3rd time to ask for the assistance. Not quick action as this is concerned about the security & we did by ourselves to bring her out. No apology from all concerned even the check out time. We hope HK, Engineer and management will check carefully for the room condition before let the guest come to the room.

Had a pleasant stay here. Well trained staff. Clean room. Nice and clean swim-able private beach. Good size pool with 2 slides. Great breakfast buffet. Family friendly. Would go back again.
