If you choose to book all-inclusive at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket, the programme generally consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the all-day dining venue. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times). I had the pleasure of experiencing the Sunday brunch at Centara Grand Phuket, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The food selection was impressively diverse, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. Every item I tried was beautifully prepared and full of flavor — you can really tell that great care goes into both the ingredients and presentation. The overall quality of the cuisine was outstanding. The service was just as remarkable. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout the entire experience( thank you Yada, SU and Natty) also my special person khun ICE. They consistently checked in, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Their genuine hospitality made the meal even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the wine — absolutely delicious and perfectly suited to the dining experience. It complemented the food wonderfully and added an extra touch of sophistication. Overall, this was a memorable culinary experience. From the flavorful food and wide selection to the impeccable service and excellent wine, everything came together beautifully. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and looking for a high-quality dining experience in a stunning hotel setting.

We recently stayed at the Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket, and while there are some positives, overall the experience did not meet our expectations for a resort of this category. The resort feels very dated, and many of the facilities are not up to modern standards. Several areas clearly need refurbishment, and this impacts the overall comfort and experience. We have stayed in better resorts in both Thailand and Phuket, so the difference was noticeable. We opted for the all-inclusive package, but unfortunately found it to be very restrictive, with limited choices and exclusions that were not clearly communicated upfront. This took away from the “carefree” feeling that all-inclusive stays are meant to provide. Our kids really liked the kids club and had a great time there - the team there is amazing. Service at the restaurants could also be quite slow at times, especially during busy periods. That said, the staff are genuinely kind, polite, and clearly trying their best, which we really appreciated. The service challenges seem more related to systems and staffing levels rather than the people themselves. One disappointing aspect was the lack of thoughtful gestures during the stay - no small freebies, snacks, or simple touches like a cake or welcome treat, which many resorts in Thailand offer as standard and which can really elevate the guest experience. Overall, while the location and staff are positives, the dated infrastructure, restrictive all-inclusive offering, and inconsistent service mean this resort does not currently offer good value compared to other options in Phuket.

There is no option to give rating in minus so giving this property 1 Star. 1) If you are looking for a property where you can get Indian meal or a good breakfast spread or a vegetarian meals then please don’t go for this property. I was quite disappointed that after mentioning that they have Indian restaurant they are providing something what was stored and pre made . Even aloo parantha for kids was provided to us with full spices and just heated (as it was frozen). They don’t have any chef who can make it. I am really sorry but we didn’t face this issue till date. 2) if you are a coffee lover, please don’t go to this place as after 6pm there Starbucks is closes and in room dining too they said coffee is not available. I am not sure how coffee can’t be available in any hotel. 3) we asked them to provide laundry bags, to this it was told that it is chargeable. We were surprised. In any property till date , we didn’t get such rude response. Felt that they are bit rude towards Indians. 4) We asked them that we will get late a bit and we are ready to pay for that while leaving however they started calling us after every 5 min and after every 2 min staff was visiting and talking very rudely to us as if they are paying us to live there. We politely said we have a small kid but they kept following with us after every 2 min which delayed us more. 5) In the end, I was doing the remaining packing and out of my luggage bag I just took out centara grand bag which was a jute bag and as usual in every 5star property it is type of souvenir and I was about to pack it in different bag to which a boy (staff) came took it rudely from hand and said THIS IS NOT FREE. oh my god, this was quite bad. First of all dude, your bag is costing not more than 500 and we are paying 40k per night there. Have some courtesy to talk properly. Second, I was just thinking that guy was continuously checking my bag . Is this the etiquette of a 5 star staff? Very very poor staff, property, food everything.

Our experience at Centara Phuket has been exceptional and seamless from check-in to check-out! Firstly, the resort grounds are absolutely beautiful, clean and clearly well looked after — we even spotted some local wildlife like large lizards, hermit crabs, and squirrels during our stay. The rooms are modern, tidy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Housekeeping checked in daily to ensure we had fresh water and all the essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food here has been incredible! There’s so much choice and variety at the breakfast buffet as well as fantastic lunch and dinner options. We especially loved the happy hour offerings. Between all the pools and the beach access, you’re truly spoilt for choice when it comes to relaxing and enjoying your time. The staff have been outstanding — every single person went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was also impressive that every team member was aware of our package inclusions, which made everything effortless. A special thank you to O from the Ripples Pool Bar (Adults Only Pool) for being so kind, hospitable, bright and bubbly every single day - he truly made our stay extra memorable and we looked forward to seeing him each day! Another heartfelt thank you to Poona from the Spa for being so kind, caring, and attentive during my spa treatment and to Game, who was the best waiter ever and looked after us so well at dinner. A big thank you to Centara Phuket for having us — we can’t wait to come back! 🌴💛

Centara Grand Resort is an amazing place. We visited Phuket with kids and overall we all loved it. The warm hospitality of staff, the amazing water facilities (pool, beach, lazy river, pool side bar) and the restaurants were amazing. We opted for room with a pool which was very well located. The resort facilities for kids which include play room is fantastic. You can easily spend several hours lazing around the pool and enjoying sunshine and greenery. The room service is top notch and using the App makes everything very easy, like ordering room service! I requested for late check-out which couldn't be offered as they were busy but we could use the facilities on-site (pool) and get changed using facilities at gym before travelling onwards. Only thing to consider is the place is far away from airport and the roads are windy, so if you have motion sickness, be prepared.
