Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times). My husband and I stayed at the Centara Grand Beach resort for our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience. Our accommodations were incredibly clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the resort had lots of scheduled activities for kids and adults alike throughout the day. We enjoyed the resort lazy river, quick walk to the beach, and adult pool. The spa packages were so amazing that we booked a second one for the next day. Big thank you to Dada and Orn who took care of us and made sure we were comfortable the entire time at the spa. We also did the beach-side cooking class that wowed us with incredible tastes, smells, and views. It was so fun to learn how to make some of our Thai favorites. Our cooking class hosts Han, Pakboong, and Yah made the experience one we will never forget! So grateful for the incredible memories here at Centara Grand that we will hold for many years to come 🤍

The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view. The beach in this area is lovely, with fine, golden sand. All the staff were wonderful and genuinely service-minded, from the front office to the restaurant. ​On a rainy day, I ordered in-room dining, and Khun Heart provided excellent service, delivering the food exactly as requested and ensuring it was still hot. ​Additionally, my mother requested a firmer mattress because of her back problems. The housekeeping team promptly added a topper, which made my mother's sleep comfortable throughout the stay. ​We want to express our gratitude for these small but thoughtful touches. This is why we have been loyal to the Centara brand for so long. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Absolutely perfect, there is nothing I don’t love about this hotel! Staff are soooo friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing. Bed so comfortable and the jacuzzi baths are an added bonus! We in particular loved the bbq buffet at the cove restaurant with DJ and fire show. Jiew and Yah couldn’t do enough for us, thank you! Can’t recommend Centara grand beach resort enough !

Service was great, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort as a whole is nice with a good mix of different things to do an amenities to try. The rooms however seem dated and in need of updating, also the bed was the least comfortable of the 3 hotels I stayed at on my vacation. The spa was wonderful and would definitely recommend that to anyone staying. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, the restaurant food in the evening is good but the drinks are a little over priced. However I am 99.9% sure my wife and I got food poisoning during our romantic beach dinner. This caused us to be sick for over a week even after we returned home. We had only been eating there since we arrived and even though they claimed no one else had gotten sick, we didn't have any outside food. They did remove the dinner from our bill and have the nurse call us but by then we had already been to the local medical clinic for treatment. It can happen anywhere and they tried to be accommodating even with the language barrier so I appreciate that. The other annoyances were the maintenance and location. During our 4 nights there, they had blackouts, fumigation, planned water shut off, and planned power shut off. Some of these were outside the resort's control but it didn't make for a pleasant stay. The location is also difficult, there is only a one car at a time road in or out and virtually no parking, so good luck if you're driving yourself. And if you want to walk into town you have to go down the beach and there is no sidewalk or trail in that direction otherwise. The view is great though, it's right on the beach.

Great resort- lovely beach and amenities. The food is good. Breakfasts are great and the evening has plenty of variety for à la carte and buffet options. Great vegetarian options on à la carte as well. Our servers were very accommodating, asking the chef to prepare vegetarian versions of the food on the menu. We had great service every night by our waiter’s Yah, Jack and Vhan and Jiew.
