If you choose to book all-inclusive at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket, the programme generally consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the all-day dining venue. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times). We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with a private pool for 2 nights, and it was amazing! The hotel is super clean, and while the bathroom might look a bit old with some mildew along the edges (but I get it, the weather can do that), it didn’t bother me too much. The bed was super comfy, just the right amount of softness. The staff were really friendly, always smiling and super helpful. The breakfast spread was great, with so many options. The atmosphere inside the hotel is lush, with lots of greenery around. Even though it’s a bit far from the main town, it’s still easy to walk there. The pool is HUGE, and the bartender knows how to mix drinks like a pro! He made sure to serve exactly what we wanted, and honestly, I lost track of time and wasn’t sure how I even got back to the room after that! If I ever get the chance to return to Phuket, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This place is incredible. My family and I loved the resort. It has everything we need for a relaxing holiday. We ate every day at their Coast restraint. The food was amazing, with lots of variety. I love drink in the pool and breakfast are some of the best I have ever had. The team at the restaurant was so welcoming and accommodating, a special should out to Ida is good service and friendly my kids love so much,zayid very helpful nice guys,& kid club staff very friendly.

This resort has an outstanding location. Also great water activities for the kids. While our experience at this resort was mixed (the travel desk at the hotel was super rude, hospitality wise they could have done a much better job and service levels compared to other hotels of this stature could be much better) but I would like to mention Bella at the Cove Restaurant who was super good with her service orientation. She went out of her way to ensure our needs were taken care of. Wish the hotel had more of such people. Also the duty manager helped with room related topics very well.

A big thank you to Ray, who was always friendly and helpful, and to Nuchy, the manager, whose attentiveness and warmth truly stood out. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and made us feel right at home. The resort itself is beautiful — right on the beach, with great facilities, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for experience. We’ll definitely be back!
