I had my wedding at this wonderful hotel 17th Feb 26. It was amazing more than I could have asked for. The staff were fantastic and I had no stress the whole day. Both Dave and I were blown away with the location and the decorations. The meal was so delicious and romantic again the staff were so attentive and friendly. We then spent 5 wonderful days enjoying the resort and the hotel facilities. Thank you to Pond and her team who made our wedding and stay in Krabi so unforgettable. If you want a stress free wedding that is set in a wonderful location then this hotel ticks all the boxes.

This hotel is a very good place to stay during the visit to Ao Nang Beach. My wife and I spent two nights here, with our two small children. We stayed in the Family Residence King which was a good fit for a couple with two children. There are two pools — one on the beach, which is very nice as the beach itself is not so inviting for swimming, and another one between the hotel buildings with two water slides which the kids loved. The breakfast was amazing, and it was one of the best breakfasts we have had during our trip. A wide variety of Asian and local food. A great selection of fresh and tasty fruits in a nice location by the pool. For dinner, we went by foot to the main street and tried out different local restaurants each evening. Overall it's a great hotel with an excellent service!

While we did not stay here, we did experience an amazing Valentine's dinner set here at the beach. The price was a bit high, but we got a table right on the beach, very romantic. The staff was super attentive, and the food was great. It really shows what a great hotel Centara is. The fire show was absolutely one of the best I have seen.

Great location, beautiful sunsets – just be mindful of resort pricing We recently stayed at this resort and loved the location right on Ao Nang Beach – it’s a stunning spot to watch the sunsets each evening. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that some of the on-site services are priced at typical resort levels and are quite expensive compared to what’s available just outside the property. Fortunately, everything you need is within a short walk and much more reasonably priced. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily recommend it – just don’t be afraid to step outside the resort for better value.

Service and Quality Concerns 5/2/2026 Dear Central Tara Ao Nang Krabi Resort Management Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort, for which I paid approximately XX,000 THB. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the expectations associated with this price point, particularly in terms of room quality, breakfast service, and staff responsiveness. The room standard felt very basic and did not reflect the value of the rate charged. During breakfast, two coffee machines were out of order, which significantly affected the guest experience. More importantly, the staff did not appear responsive or proactive in addressing issues. It was unclear whether there was a language barrier, as there was little to no reaction or assistance when concerns were raised. My husband does not mind paying for premium experiences, but we do expect quality, attentiveness, and service standards that match the price. Regrettably, this stay did not feel worth the amount paid. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve service quality for future guests. I would also appreciate hearing how the management plans to address these concerns.
