Lovely, lovely people. The cleaners, receptionists, gardeners, masseuses, the exercise instructor, all of them were an absolute pleasure. And of course rooms and grounds were impeccably maintained. Rooms overlooking the ocean are highly recommended🌴🐠 We were sad to go on our last day but look forward to returning!

We had a pool access room which was very good. It was clean. The pool was huge. It had a water slide for the kiddies and our grandkids loved it. However service i.e. at breakfast was poor. It was hard to get a smile from the staff. I think they were under staffed when we were there. However one staff member came up and talked to me and was so lovely and friendly. Her name was Morn. Also the floors were very slippery. Very noisy in the corridors too.

rooms are clean but prices on the resort are "touristy". You pay approximately what you would in Canada/US. Breakfast buffet is good, but as you may expect, many birds roaming around on cutlery and plates. There are dead wasps in their "simple syrup" bottles. I don't mind that much... But kind of low standards for what I'm paying. The beach is nice and has a beautiful view.

The location was definitely great, but the overall experience was disappointing. Even though we booked months in advance and made several requests for two connected rooms with a sea or pool view, none of our requests were considered. The service was just okay, nothing special. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the taste and quality weren’t great — not something we looked forward to. We also had a small accident during our stay, and when we told the reception, they just asked us to go to a clinic and said they couldn’t help. We expected a bit more care and support in that situation. Overall, the location is the best part, but the service and response to guest needs really need improvement.

Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi is a fantastic getaway located at the serene end of Ao Nang Beach. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with its sleek low-rise buildings, vibrant pool access rooms, and family-friendly amenities. The two large swimming pools with a waterslide are a hit with both kids and adults alike. A special shoutout to the reception team! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their warm smiles and helpful nature made our stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay in Krabi.
