I have just finished my stay in Centara Ao Nang and I highly recommend it. The location is right on the beach, on the quieter side. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff are very polite, always ready to help and hardworking. The food in the beach restaurant is very good and all the staff there very professional. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on the beach was a dream. I want to thank Amy in the Front Desk for her help an gor being a good professional. Thank you all!

We are absolutely in love with this resort! It’s the perfect getaway for our family of two adults and a 5-year-old. Our kid enjoying the kids’ club and all the activities. The service here is top-notch, with the staff being incredibly polite, respectful, and attentive. The pools are wonderful, and all the facilities are spotless. The food at the restaurant was good, though could be improved. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi provides a convenient and pleasant stay with an ideal location that is easy to find. It is situated directly on the beach and along the high street, offering excellent accessibility to local amenities. However, there are areas that require improvement. For guests with dietary requirements, the vegan options at breakfast are currently limited. While communication in English can occasionally be difficult, the staff are primarily Thai speakers, which is understandable given the location. A significant concern during our stay was the tour and travel desk. We found the service to be lacking a customer-friendly approach. Specifically, if you plan to book snorkeling activities through them, I strongly recommend bringing your own equipment. During our tours to Phi Phi and Hong Island, the provided gear was either broken or insufficient for the number of guests. When we brought this to the attention of the desk staff, the response was a simple apology without any effort to rectify the situation. In summary, the stay was positive due to the excellent location and general comfort of the hotel. However, the customer service and tour management could be significantly enhanced if the staff were more welcoming and focused on the needs of the guests

Excellent location — the hotel opens right onto the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants just behind, and Ao Nang Walking Street is only a short stroll away. Very convenient for exploring and enjoying the local vibe. The pools are fantastic, especially for kids with fun slides and clean surroundings. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, though our block (6) was a bit of a walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is decent but caters more to international tastes — typical Indian food lovers might find it less appealing, though multi-cuisine eaters will enjoy the spread. Do note that the hotel collects a caution deposit of THB 3000 at check-in, which is refunded during checkout. Overall, a great stay for families and those looking for a beachfront hotel with easy access to everything Ao Nang has to offer.

We recently stayed at Centara Beach Resort in Ao Nang and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. After a long day of traveling, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing cold drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in was seamless and easy, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of three. The resort facilities were fantastic, with two great pool areas – one for children with a fun waterslide, and an adults’ pool overlooking the beach that was perfect for relaxing. Our daughter especially loved spending time at the kids club where she made new friends and enjoyed the activities on offer. Breakfast was included in our stay and offered a generous variety of food each morning. The only small downside was the coffee, but we discovered a charming café nearby called Truce Café, which became our go-to spot for our morning cup. The location of the resort was ideal – right by the beach, yet close enough to walk to plenty of restaurants and bars in Ao Nang. Throughout our week-long stay, the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend Centara Beach Resort to friends and family looking for a great holiday in Ao Nang.
