My family had the most amazing holiday here! We stayed in one of the family residences & it was just perfect. We loved the pools & our kids especially loved the water slides. The kids club & animation team were excellent & our kids enjoyed all of the daily activities & entertainment. Everyone who works in the resort is very friendly & exceptionally hardworking We couldn’t fault our stay & would definitely love to come back in the future.

Only thing is the staff need to learn more English, they need better communication skills, more training, more knowledge in customer service and better leadership. Other than that, the hotel is amazing! Absolutely great location. Decently good food. Great vibe, they had a live band almost every night which I found really enjoyable. We had an awesome room. The resort is also very kid friendly, with a kids play room and slides by the pool. They have a gym and the best spa we have ever been too.

What a lovely resort. Very big resort right across from the beach. They have 2 large swimming pools (one main pool at the front of the property with 2 water slides and the other at the back of the property overlooking the beach). The property was immaculately clean and even offered a recycling program 👍 Personally I felt it a little too large and you certainly need to be by the pool early to get a chair/lounge - although staff are very good at removing towels from chairs if a guest hasn’t been back there for an hour - which was great as it freed up the lounges for others!!! Our room was spectacular, we had our own plunge pool which overlooked the pool and beach at the rear of the property. The room was very comfortable, large and clean. The bed was king size and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! We didn’t have very much interaction with the staff, but when we did we found them to be accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was massive - you think of it, it was there!!!! The only issue we had is that it finished a little early (10.30 am), which when you like a sleep in, makes it quite rushed to get there in time. The hotel has an app where you can order room service, extra housekeeping etc. The only issues we had was that the housekeeper kept taking the power card from the power box thing in our room and our beach towels (this happened on a couple of occasions) and room service finishes at 10.30pm. There are a lot of families that stay here so if you’re after a kid free resort - look elsewhere OR do what we did and get a plunge pool room - we didn’t even use the main pools!!!

Honestly there is nothing we can fault about this hotel. We travelled with our 3 young kids and there is so much for them to do just at the hotel. From the kids club, the pool activities, pizza making, pool slides and atmosphere. All the staff were welcoming and friendly especially the ladies in the kids club. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our last day's in Thailand relaxing.

Family friendly with lots of activities. My kid visited the kids club and pool daily, some activities like batik painting require additional top up for the material but it’s inexpensive and worth it. Special shout out to Nana and Mai from the kids club whom kept my kid entertained. Breakfast is not bad. Room is spacious but bad noise insulation, I can literally hear my neighbours blowing their hair dry every morning. Short walk to the main stretch with plenty of restaurant and cafes
