Beautiful location, quite close to the walking street and beach facing. The staff are friendly and service is incredible. There is always a happy hour on either of the bar and food is great. The pool bar is fantastic as it faces the sea. So you can have a beer to the sound of waves crashing in and relax. They organized the bike for us as well. It made us roam around easier and stop where ever we wanted.

Awesome location, touching the beach. Don't miss out going for a jog or walk along the beach in the mornings. (The water covers the entire beach during high tide) The property includes a gym, and awesome breakfast spread, a Starbucks and classes you could opt for. Rooms are very comfortable (we chose the pool facing rooms; great if you have kids). The only minor downside is very little space for storage of your clothes. You'd have to live off your suitcase. Otherwise, an amazing property from which you can walk to the promenade for lots of food and shopping options.

The hotel service is so good. The service staff is very good. They took care of me with the small details in the breakfast room, Trainee “Soh” gave very good advice. Since I am vegetarian, this trainee also recommended foods that I can eat. She is very nice and kind. As for the food, everything is diverse and delicious. The rooms are spotless. The surrounding atmosphere is very good. Wake up refreshed, perfect for relaxation.

It was a very impressive vacation in the provinces. Because I met lovely people. Both in the hotel and around the hotel The front desk has very good service. Spacious swimming pool The breakfast room is very delicious. Lovely staff, Nas staff, everyone provides good service. Standing to welcome you with a smile all the time. The housekeeper speaks sweetly, I really like it.

What a lovely resort. Very big resort right across from the beach. They have 2 large swimming pools (one main pool at the front of the property with 2 water slides and the other at the back of the property overlooking the beach). The property was immaculately clean and even offered a recycling program 👍 Personally I felt it a little too large and you certainly need to be by the pool early to get a chair/lounge - although staff are very good at removing towels from chairs if a guest hasn’t been back there for an hour - which was great as it freed up the lounges for others!!! Our room was spectacular, we had our own plunge pool which overlooked the pool and beach at the rear of the property. The room was very comfortable, large and clean. The bed was king size and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! We didn’t have very much interaction with the staff, but when we did we found them to be accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was massive - you think of it, it was there!!!! The only issue we had is that it finished a little early (10.30 am), which when you like a sleep in, makes it quite rushed to get there in time. The hotel has an app where you can order room service, extra housekeeping etc. The only issues we had was that the housekeeper kept taking the power card from the power box thing in our room and our beach towels (this happened on a couple of occasions) and room service finishes at 10.30pm. There are a lot of families that stay here so if you’re after a kid free resort - look elsewhere OR do what we did and get a plunge pool room - we didn’t even use the main pools!!!
