We had an amazing stay at Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located by the beach, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ice at Sand Beach Club, always smiling, funny, hardworking, and extremely kind. He made every visit enjoyable and gave us outstanding service every single time. We also want to thank Jay at Coco Pool Bar, who was always so sweet, professional, and polite. He consistently made us feel welcome and taken care of. The staff at this resort genuinely go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and happy. Thank you for making our vacation so special, we will definitely come back!

Genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff were absolutely useless, didn’t help with anything at all. We spent 2 hours waiting to check in, we had to sit there jet lagged whilst we watch kids swim. If you want staff to help you in any way other than the basics, don’t waste your time. We asked for towels and toothbrushes during our stay, but we had to wait hours to receive them. When booking the hotel, it mentioned early check in or late check out, trust me when i say that is all a facade, be grateful if they even check you in at 3pm, they immediately told me none of this “complimentary stuff” is available… At that point, why even mention it? Room was decent and pool looks nice. Other than that, this is a 2 star hotel at best, save your money for elsewhere.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Centara Ao Nang. The location is convenient and surrounded by beautiful limestone mountains, giving a true Ao Nang atmosphere. The pool area is spacious and relaxing, perfect for chilling or taking photos. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable especially the bed. The bathroom was also spacious with nice lighting throughout the room. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful during the stay, especially Khun Raya who was incredibly friendly and made the experience feel even more warm and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great balance between comfort, atmosphere, and value for money. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ao Nang. 🌴✨

While we did not stay here, we did experience an amazing Valentine's dinner set here at the beach. The price was a bit high, but we got a table right on the beach, very romantic. The staff was super attentive, and the food was great. It really shows what a great hotel Centara is. The fire show was absolutely one of the best I have seen.

Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi provides a convenient and pleasant stay with an ideal location that is easy to find. It is situated directly on the beach and along the high street, offering excellent accessibility to local amenities. However, there are areas that require improvement. For guests with dietary requirements, the vegan options at breakfast are currently limited. While communication in English can occasionally be difficult, the staff are primarily Thai speakers, which is understandable given the location. A significant concern during our stay was the tour and travel desk. We found the service to be lacking a customer-friendly approach. Specifically, if you plan to book snorkeling activities through them, I strongly recommend bringing your own equipment. During our tours to Phi Phi and Hong Island, the provided gear was either broken or insufficient for the number of guests. When we brought this to the attention of the desk staff, the response was a simple apology without any effort to rectify the situation. In summary, the stay was positive due to the excellent location and general comfort of the hotel. However, the customer service and tour management could be significantly enhanced if the staff were more welcoming and focused on the needs of the guests
