Our first time in Miami Beach, we had a few questions, and William, answered them with knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the perfect place to stay. The location was ideal for our event, and the valet service was impeccable. Alejandro and Philip from the front desk, Everyone we encountered was welcoming and friendly as we stepped into this beautiful, historic renovated hotel. The atmosphere was sophisticated and clean, and the room design was fantastic. We also appreciated the water bottles, beach chairs, towels, and coffee station. It was truly a stress-free vacation. We were grateful to the team for keeping everything spotless and smooth, especially considering it was a busy weekend. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you!

The staff and location are amazing. They are super friendly and you can do a lot aroundeither by walking or with a quick drive. There's no free parking, and you have two obvious choices if you are driving: - Pay $45 daily flat rate to use their valet service (unlimited in/out) - Use the public garage around the corner (1 min walking). If your plan is to do long runs (up to 2-3 in/out per day) it's a better option as you pay per hour and up to $20 for a daily rate, but no in/out. The breakfast is included, but it's on the restaurant that operates on the hall/front, which doesn't belong to the hotel, so you are given an à la carte menu to choose 1 out of 5-6 choices. Although the food was good, you cannot mix hot food with fruits/cereal without paying extra, and for people who prefer to eat more at breakfast, you may find the portions small (IMHO it was ok-ish). The rooms are fine in terms of space and style (considering the location and price), but there's 2 major points that made our stay much worse, which almost made us checkout and try to find another place: - AC: The AC was inconsistent between the hotel aisles and rooms, and even between the rooms, as we stayed with friends that were in another room. In the rooms it was warmer than in the aisles with no option to control the temperature, as it's a central system. During the first night I even woke up sweating a few times, so the next morning we complained and they sent someone to check it, but they said there was nothing that could be done to that room (2nd floor), so we exchanged rooms to one that was a bit colder (1st floor, close to the hall), solving the temperature issue. - Noise: Now on the new room we had a new issue, there's no soundproofing (less evident on the 2nd floor, but also complained by our friends staying at the 2nd floor), and everything happening at the hall was like it was happening at our bed. As I mentioned earlier, a restaurant operates on the hall, and there was too much noise with plates/cups/cutlery and people chatting, which made our next 2 nights horrible to fall sleep, making the last night when you need to wake up early to catch an early flight even worse. I believe if the hotel improved the ventilation system and soundproofing on the bedrooms, it would certainly be a highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel carries the charm of another era—yes, it’s old, but in the best possible way. It has that timeless, historic soul you don’t find in modern buildings. Everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully kept, which makes the vintage atmosphere feel intentional rather than outdated. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, but Philip at the reception deserves special mention. He went above and beyond, always ready to help with a smile, and honestly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. People like that leave a lasting impression. And then there’s the location—this is where the hotel really wins. Sitting right on Ocean Drive, you’re literally just steps away from the beach. Wake up, walk out, and you’re already there. It doesn’t get more convenient than that. On top of that, parking is surprisingly easy for such a prime spot. There’s public parking right behind the hotel, with direct access through the back door, which makes coming and going effortless. All in all, it’s a place with character, comfort, and an unbeatable location. If you appreciate a bit of history, a clean and welcoming environment, and top-notch service, this hotel delivers exactly that.

Great stay for a 3 star hotel! Room was clean and room service was provided, free water and coffee 24/7 at lobby, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Emmanuel was excellent and working very hard every day I saw him. Phillip was also great along with all others I didn’t get names from but everyone was amazing. The Beach chairs were a nice addition to our stay as well, will surely be back! Thank you everyone for a great unexpected experience, I really went in with zero confidence due to location and star rating of hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised 🥰🎉

I chose this place because of its location, price and reviews. Our room was small but spotless. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Juan Carlos handled my call as we navigated toward the hotel and he provided a parking suggestion that worked out great. Juan Carlos welcomed us with warmth when we arrived and gave us some dining suggestions. Lester was our waiter at breakfast, very helpful. So hard not to smile as a large iguana walked in between tables and startled some folks. He skeddadled when a lady screamed, lol. Philip checked us out with sincere appreciation for our stay. Whoever is here next week is going to get to experience quite the beach party as they are setting up stages a mile long on the beach. And what a beautiful beach!
