My partner and I have had an amazing time at this resort! It’s been very smooth sailing since the moment we stepped in! The place is beautiful! Extremely clean! The food is amazing. Our favourite restaurant was Bloved. Lucy and was friendly and greeted us every time. As a traveller with dietary restrictions this resort is an amazing place to be because every single menu had the common allergen symbol right next to the dish so you would know what you can and cannot eat. 15/10 recommend this resort!

Room service doesn't exist after 11pm. Some staff need some retraining on guest services. Alot of the staff are great here at the adult side. Jeffery at the Bloved bar was excellent. The food was good at the restaurants, Rodeo was excellent. Privilege upgrade wasn't what we expected. I don't think it was worth the extra money that we spent. We could have paid extra tips and received the same services and saved alot of money.

I loved my stay at the Catalonia Roayal. Anderson at the reception was very informative and made the check in very smooth. Leonel and Ashly at the pool bar were amazing. Jay and Elizabeth at the Bloved restaurant were really good. Our room keeper, Dominga, was very helpful and nice qith us. Thanks to all the crews members. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

The food here is amazing, literally nothing we took was bad. We had breakfast here almost every day and it always hit. The dinner was very nice too, even the fancier stuff like a lobster bisque. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you stay at the Catalonia Royal! All of the staff were polite, and always around to do whatever you need. Nilsa in particular was wonderful, very attentive and an amazing server.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. The service was truly exceptional — our servers, Lucy, Lenin and Enrique, were especially kind and professional, making us feel very welcome. It’s clear that they care deeply about both food quality and hospitality.
