HUGE THANK YOU! We arrived and were greeted by the lovely Anderson at the reception. He was so friendly and welcoming; we felt right at home! The service overall is just so warm and caring. The pools are fantastic, and the bartenders are top-notch. The walk to the beach is beautiful; you can take stunning photos at every corner. On our first day, it took us almost an hour to reach the beach because we kept stopping to admire the view! Even though our stay was short, we want to say thank you. We’ll definitely be back 10,000 percent! A huge shoutout to the ladies at reception, Fanelis and Pamela, who always helped us with any questions and gave such great advice. When you have staff like them, the boss can only be happy! Thank you for the wonderful time at this hotel. And to the entertainment team, the bartenders, and housekeeping—you all make this hotel amazing! THANK YOU LIA ❤️

This is our second year coming to this resort. The people are by far the best part of this resort. The resort is beautiful and clean and the rooms are lovely but the people are what really makes this resort shine. The staff that work in the piano bar are outstanding. They are always smiling and always try to anticipate your needs, they are truly lovely. Flor, Katherine and Lesly are such lovely ladies. At the Thalassa restaurant our servers were so amazing! Anyuli decorated the table for us for our anniversary and Valentines day. He is so thoughtful and tried to make sure our dining experiences were wonderful and they were. Ana was so sweet and kind and took great care of us as soon as she saw us. It definitely made us feel very welcomed and very special. All of the staff really did do their best to make our trip memorable and special. Thank you to all of you. Hopefully we'll see you next year!

We had a great time! hansel was the man for entertainment and kept the crowd involved (it was mostly older folks). Honest review, first time here and it was not as bad as some of the reviews said. Food was hit or miss at the restaurants. Grand Caribe Buffet was good for lunch but dinner was no good. Pools, property, and beach was stunning. Just make sure you tip well and you’ll get the best service. Vendors are a bit obnoxious so just learn to say no (their prices are outrageous for souvenirs so try to negotiate if you’re interested). BRUSH UP ON YOUR SPANISH. Not many Americans as it’s mostly europeans and spanish speaking people otherwise you’ll struggle to communicate with most staff. It’s a big property so there is a lot of time spent walking which is a downside but if you catch staff on a golf cart they’ll give you a ride. Make sure to plan out your days before arrival or you’ll walk in circles the first day or two trying to figure out what to do and study the property map or keep it handy. The staff was very kind and we had a great time along with the bavaro adventure park and runners monkey land excursion experiences which made it more fun. Overall I would come back and just want to say forget all the bad reviews. And if you can GO WITH THE PRIVILEGED PACKAGE because it’s updated and they do a great job keeping up with the room cleaning.

Bloved was our favorite dining establishment i the whole resort. I discovered some delicious Dominican food, as well as some familiar dishes. All was served promptly. The staff are all happy, kind and very accommodating. Yanelis was excellent. We returned on our last night, specifically to have her care for our table. Great food, great fun, excellent people! Sorry about the photo... dessert was too good to wait!
