Hansel is a breath of fresh air who provides excellent entertainment. We look forward to his games/events every afternoon so much that I’ve memorised his 4pm dance! Sandra in Tao Cat was a great host. She ensured we always had a full glass of water, bought over another cocktail when ours were low and asked to take our photos. She is a fantastic member of staff. - the whole resort is pretty incredible. Great restaurants, clean facilities, attentive staff, and an overall amazing place.

We arrived a few days ago and so far have had an amazing experience. Our room is fantastic, well equipped and has everything you could need. The staff are so friendly and can’t help any more, very happy to help with anything we need. We have eaten at Thalassa, Mamma Mia, Sorrento and Bloved. Bloved is amazing for lunch, Anderson Cooper and Ezequier y raynielis provided great service. Very friendly and attentive. We are looking forward to the next 10 days of our stay!

This is a great resort to enjoy a well deserved vacation. The resort is quiet and very relaxing. I want to start this review with the check in and check out processes. They went perfectly, many thanks to Ana from the reception. The rooms are spatious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Everyday, the housekeepers take care of every detail. There is a minibar which is filled when needed (it contains Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Sprite and a beer). Also the hotel offers you many bottles of fresh water to stay hydrated. Most of the restaurants are great, there is a big variety of international dishes. I liked that most of them are a la carte, but there is also a buffet option. I highly recommend to try the breakfast at BLoved, the lunch at Thalassa and the dinner at Tao Cat. The beach side has a quiet ambient with few entertaining events, so you can really relax. It is beautiful, the coconut trees are mesmerizing. The only inconvenient is that the beach does not have that turquoise water, which is specific for the caribbean countries. However, you can book a trip to Saona Island and Palmilla to enjoy the Caribbean Sea.

After a lot of research and looking at dozens of resorts we decided to book here. We got the swim out room, on the adults only side. the resort is extremely clean, staff is amazing!!! They are attentive friendly and very responsive to requests. We had access to both sides of the resorts so we had plenty of food options. I’ve been to other all inclusive resorts where they water down alcohol drinks definitely did not seem to be the case here. Food overall was decent and the choices were definitely not lacking if you can’t find something you like here you are definitely the problem. Room service was included as well which was a plus but room service food was nearly as good as the restaurant food. Pools were clean and well attended and I’m sure if it’s just when we came but was not over crowded which was lovely. Negatives: the mattress is extremely firm. And not really a negative but be aware you need to make reservations for dinner so you just kinda have to plan or figure out what time you want to eat every night and what kind of food and make sure you plan accordingly. The spa was 10/10 experience as well. I wish I could give 10 stars for the staff some of the best I’ve encountered at a resort.

The staff here has really taken good care of us. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the super friendly Jose to all the amazing bartenders like Ashley and restaurant waiters, the experience was top-notch. This vacation wouldn't have been the same without the amazing entertainment team, so a big shout-out to Juan, Dileiny, and Hancel! Thanks everyone for the last couple of days. I really hope I can come back!
