This was by far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed! The hotel itself is old and mold infected. The elevator in building 2 wasn’t working had to use the mold infested stairs. The pool closes at 6pm during summer hours. The bars don’t open until 9am, there’s only 1 pool for the entire resort. There wasn’t much entertainment during the day. The buffet is completely open birds were flying in and eating off the food. All the liquor is bottom self. You have to be a time share member to get a decent liquor. The restaurant wouldn’t let you try more than 1 meal even though it was supposed to be all-inclusive. The quality of the rooms are so poor, floors are so dirty. Mold around shower. Hallways are dirty the entire property needs to be shut down! Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. All together it’s ran down! Staff was amazing and very accommodating to try and make it a pleasant stay but if I could give this place a -10 I would.

The hospitality at this resort was top notch. Anything we needed, any staff member was ready to help. The convenience store actually has things you may need for a very reasonable price, and it’s open late. Same with the gift shop. The food actually exceeded my expectations for resort food. To top it off, my boyfriend and I had an amazing ocean view room and couldn’t get enough of the views. The stunning private beach is right on the resort which is extremely convenient. The cleaning ladies did a fantastic job with cleanliness as well. We will definitely be back !!

We had a really good time, The rooms are very very basic, and needs a good face-lift, air con is so noisy we had to turn it off at night. That being said, it was clean!! Beds and pillows comfy. Food is really nice!! we are used to Caribbean food daily and it didn't disappoint. Staff are friendly and helpful. Best of all the little island in the sea 🌊.

My 2nd stay here. Last year was on the heals of hurricane so I allowed for some things however this year was no better. Service was slow, servers were rude & food was hit or miss. The room itself wasn't bad but the bathroom was terrible. Mold & cracks around the toilet and 🛁 & it was so small you could barely turn around. Housekeeper was rude but gave my husband all smiles & had no problem telling me she wouldn't be there on our checkout day as if she expected she should get a tip before we left. I noticed other female servers were rude to me but had no problem accommodating my husband which I thought was funny because I was doing the tipping. You only received quick service at the bar if you were young & showing a lot of skin. My group stays there annually when we come for our missions trip, otherwise I personally would not be returning. It is also still over run with cats that are encouraged when guests feed them. One staffer admitted they allow them because they eliminate the rats & lizards 🦎 I'd like to highlight ✨️ the few who helped to make the stay more enjoyable: Beyorine @Bar Glenbert-Mgr. Wayne - Bellman always had a smile GREAT Servers: Sandi Mavis & Kejorie. Kejorie is a jewel 💎, friendly, great service & always a smile. You need more servers like these 3. 👍🏾

I went on a team girl's trip and I enjoyed my stay. Lloyd at the pool bar was amazing. The staff overall were friendly and very approachable. Our Bellman Christopher gave our group a grand tour of the grounds. It is a beautiful hotel. However I was disappointed that all the restaurants were booked and we only got to eat at the buffet. The buffet had many great selections. However the desserts tasted pretty awful. Please work on that. There were no towels available and I had to just get dried in the sun which we didn't mind but still we needed a few towels. The drink options are endless however I think the bartenders need more training in making the perfect drinks. They did take our advice on how to make what we wanted and that was great. Overall the customer service was wonderful.
