Mustafa at the reception is exceptional—his warm welcome and attentiveness made us feel instantly at home. Chef Omar and his entire team in the kitchen are simply outstanding, creating culinary masterpieces that fulfill every wish. The hotel itself is perfection: stunning design, immaculate cleanliness, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. We’ve fallen in love with this place and can proudly say we are now loyal regulars. Thank you, Casa Cook, for giving us the perfect getaway every time. We can’t wait to come back!

A great hotel, simple and yet so detailed. The service is excellent and can be reached at any time. The food is varied and is prepared with a lot of love, especially in the morning. If you like swimming in the sea, you won't miss out here, but the pool areas are even nicer. Overall, highly recommended!

We spend 5 days at Casa Cook El Gouna and it is was one of the best vacations we had. The place is an oasis and perfect from top to tail. The rooms are amazing, clean an in modern earthy style. We stayed at a stunningly beautiful Suite with private pool. We never experienced such kind and welcoming service, from the arrival down to the restaurant. Extraordinary food, service via WhatsApp, a great app that allowed to engage in low touch if wanted. Thank you team Casa Cook El Gouna for such an incredible experience. We will be back soon.
