A stylish, chic hotel with lovely staff. I was most impressed by the rooms, which had a modern but classical touch. The view of the music hall at night was beautiful. I also appreciated the water refill station on every floor — a sustainable alternative to the plastic water bottles which one finds in the hotel pantry these days.
My airport transfer was handled smoothly, and the hotel staff were very accommodating — I switched my timings back and forth a few times and they handled the changes with no complaints.
If there was a slight imperfection — and I'm nitpicking here — the breakfast area was a little small and I had trouble finding a table for myself; but the staff spotted me fairly quickly and seated me outside at the cafe, which I found a little less busy and a lot more conducive for dining alone.

This place is such a great hotel! Very nice and clean! I love the details in the room and the bathrooms are so cute! We had a great view of the pool! The staff is great and attentive when I called in for more towels and comforter. I love the little cafes and restaurants in the building. The seafood buffet was phenomenal!

Great location. Average F&B, nice rooms, great bathrooms. Generally let down by poor service and lack of attention to detail by the staff. Staff are kind of distracted, slow and generally look like they don’t want to be there. Hard to get management attention when there are issues to resolve. Try the Park Hyatt across the road… we had a much better experience there.

I recently stayed at the Caravelle Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for five days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The customer service was exceptional.
However, the exercise room is in dire need of an equipment overhaul. Most of the machines are outdated, and some of them are not in working condition. I was surprised to find such a subpar fitness facility in a five-star hotel, particularly one that is renowned as one of the top hotels in the country.
Overall, while the accommodation and service were excellent, the fitness center’s condition needs immediate attention to match the hotel’s otherwise high standards.
