Myself and my husband and booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon and our stay was incredible! The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements during our stay. The room was beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean - we would most definitely stay again! Tina (I believe this is her name) in the Signature lounge made us feel very comfortable and always communicated with the kitchen to ensure we were fed new and tasty dishes!

After an enjoyable previous stay during 2024, my wife and I once again visited the Caravelle Saigon during the first half of November 2025. Once again we were treated to a first rate experience. Everything that we loved about the hotel was once again evident. We cannot fault the room facilities or staff all of which were excellent. A special mention would have to be made to both Uyen and Oanh in the Signature Lounge who couldn't have done anymore ensuring that we were looked after. Many thanks

Look,undeniably historical, well appointed, rooms aluttke small, suitcase "rack" can't take one fully open suitcase, room very tight for two people, perfect location, staff amazing, very accommodating, good bathroom facilities, downside, what should be a good breakfast is largely cold, 8am or 6.15 same, also big Xmas function in the lobby with no warning to guests. Would like to see room sizes on upper floors, we were on 10 on a luxury escapes deal, would we stay again?? Possibly with more research, very historical hotel, saigon saigon bar is iconic and would go there even if not staying

Unfortunately, what stands out about my four-night stay at The Caravelle Hotel are the fairly major plumbing issues. I emailed with the hotel before my trip and specifically said I did not want a room with plumbing issues and that as my last email was not responded to. I noticed a fair amount of water coming up from the floor in the toilet area and also in the shower area that was not from the shower. After it was reported to the hotel, they said it was fixed and I noticed one or two things they did to fix it. It was not a problem after they fixed it. Several of the phone operators, but not all were rude. The doorman named Minh was a jerk and a young-looking maid was not nice. The customer relations employees tried to make things right and the front desk staff were fine.

super clean and beautiful hotel! the Housekeeper especially made us feel right at home - her name is Linh and she always left our room spotless and in tip top shape! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Ho Chi Minh looking for a clean and safe hotel
