The friendliness of the staff was exceptional; they were always ready to help in every way. Simply amazing.
The beach, the food, and the pool were all fantastic. One suggestion for the pool would be to use fresh water instead of saltwater. Additionally, as we don't eat pork, our food options were somewhat limited, but we always found something delicious to try.
I cannot wait to visit again!

We were so happy to stay at Carmel Greco hotel resort for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived on the campus, we were greeted by several smiling faces and an excellent service staff. The check-in process was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. Although they were clean, they were slightly outdated. The pool was immaculate, large resort style salt water, and the beach was well maintained with soft sand rather than the rocks seen at some other beaches on the island. The food we experienced at dinner was the best meal we had on our whole vacation and the breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety of offerings. As honeymooners we were treated very well with some special surprises and made to feel very special. The staff were very personable, knowing us by room number and all. We would love to come back and enjoy this beautiful resort again!

Lovely beach resort near to Rethymno. Suitable for couples and families. Absolutely great service and food level is also rather high. It is suitable for people seeking for some privacy- around 60 rooms is not so busy and let guests to have calm and restful stay. Price level is quite high compared to Greece prices in general but definitely worth it.

The Caramel Grecotel is an ideal place for a romantic or family vacation. We have already come 3 times and it is always a great pleasure. the quality of the hotel is impeccable, the food, the staff, the very good atmosphere as well as the kids club are the reasons why we love this hotel. absoloutly first class just spent a week at this hotel, staff are very attentive and are always willing to help and advise, our whole trip was about relaxation and this hotel delivered consistently from the initial welcome drinks up to our final goodbyes never any hastle getting sunbeds which were top quality with clean towels laid out at end of each bed on the beach and around the pool. food 5/5 nicley presented and plenty of variation we only had bed and breakfast board so eat out some evenings to give us variety but if you didn't want to do this you would never get board of the food, don't normally do revisits but without a doubt would return here
