Incredible luxury hotel in Mallorca. Rooms are gorgeous and the details are very well thought out. Food was also surprisingly really good - breakfast was fantastic and all the restaurants were superb. Staff service was wonderful and super nice of them to upgrade our room. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences.

I recently stayed at Cap Vermell Mallorca and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, and the hotel restaurants offered delicious meals with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. However, I felt that the pool was a bit small and could be larger to accommodate more guests comfortably. Despite this, everything else was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

Beautiful location, but service can’t be worse. I actually thought they go out of their way to disappoint you! If you you, please go with zero expectations for service. I had requested a particular room and I was assured a few times over the phone and via email that my request was taken care of. Upon arrival, I was completely dismissed and somehow they found a way to unsent the confirmation email they had sent me about my request. We arrived at 9 am and our room was not ready until 7 pm and they came up with a bunch of lies regarding the reason, turns out they had it rented out to someone else for the day. And no one seemed to care about how wrong any of that was. I am not sure how they got their 5 stars, but if you have traveled any, you would give it more than 2!

Beautiful resort set away from the more touristy areas of Mallorca. Really attentive service and staff were always happy to help. Amazing food on offer at the on site restaurants and also a nice breakfast variety. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms - everything felt very private. We did only stay here for 3 nights. If staying much longer than this, then you might need to venture further afield to get some more dining options (it seems the Asian restaurant on site opens later in season…)

This hotel is incredibly beautiful! Really great food options. Lots of kids though, so main pool can be loud and splashy. However, there is an adult pool so you can escape it. Rooms are large and incredible views. Would stay here again.
