I recently stayed at Cap Vermell Mallorca and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, and the hotel restaurants offered delicious meals with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. However, I felt that the pool was a bit small and could be larger to accommodate more guests comfortably. Despite this, everything else was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

This hotel is incredibly beautiful! Really great food options. Lots of kids though, so main pool can be loud and splashy. However, there is an adult pool so you can escape it. Rooms are large and incredible views. Would stay here again.

Beautiful resort set away from the more touristy areas of Mallorca. Really attentive service and staff were always happy to help. Amazing food on offer at the on site restaurants and also a nice breakfast variety. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms - everything felt very private. We did only stay here for 3 nights. If staying much longer than this, then you might need to venture further afield to get some more dining options (it seems the Asian restaurant on site opens later in season…)

On the last day of our stay, my car was obliterated by a bus in the parking lot of the hotel. The blasted manager didn't have the decency to give me a heads-up when it all went down. Instead, that spineless excuse for a professional just flippantly mentioned it in passing like it was nothing. And the sorry excuses for hotel staff? Useless! They didn't lift a finger, didn't even bother getting that bus driver's contact. All I got was a lousy "everything will be fine." Well, guess what? Everything was NOT fine! Our vacation was utterly ruined, tainted by the stench of their indifference and incompetence. I had half a mind to consider a return visit before this calamity, but now? Forget it! This dump of a hotel doesn't deserve a penny of your money. They'll flash a fake smile when they want your cash, but when it comes to dealing with the mess they allowed to happen on their property? Pure, unadulterated apathy. Despicable!
