I cant find any negative point for this hotel. Breakfast and Dinner are very rich in variety and for Buffet Dining very high quality. Staying here means being a 2 Minute walk away from the beach and depending on the room having a nice view of the ocean. The 3 outdoor pools (including 2 lesser known rooftop pools and the main Pool right next to the entrance) were always clean and well maintained during our stay. We visited during July so Main Holiday Season and still always found a nice place around the pool and for breakfast and dining. The staff is super kind and very hard working to always keep the tables clean and ready for the next quest. Would totally recommend a stay if you find yourself looking for a clean and well organized hotel near a nice and small beach.

We had a lovely two weeks here. And it was great from the first moment to the last. We arrived at arround 23:45 and were warmly welcomed by Thomas the Night Portier, he was super nice and the hotel prepared a small dinner for us. The rooms are nice, the air condition is a bit old, but works fine, there are many pools, the sea is directly in front of the door and all the persons who worked in the hotel are extremly helpful and super nice. Our absoulute highlight was the breakfast and dinner buffet. I never had such a great food selection, allways fresh, a live cook and lots of different products. I would absolutley recommend the stay here, we would defintley come back here and we say thank you so much!

Lovely spot. Very quiet and not super touristy! However a lot of the staff approached us in German… Spanish or English is fine but it was getting very repetitive and we’re not from Germany:) Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. The main minus we had was that our room was in a separate building and we had to walk for breakfast, main pool area and dinner. Parking was difficult at times as it’s on a main road but it seemed pretty safe during the 6 days we were staying! We went during a busy period but it was possible to find at the end:)

Beware of booking “junior” club/suite rooms. They are in a completely different building 2 streets away further from the beach (not as nice). All the amenities are located in the real hotel. This is not made clear when booking. After learning the difference and asking for a different room, they can only accommodate if I payed a room change fee for 20 euros. Room itself is nice, as is the real hotel. Just a disappointing experience.

One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a hotel. Here are the details: First, upon arrival, we requested additional towels, but we were told only 2 towels per room were provided and no extras could be given. Secondly, on the second night of our three-night stay, the hotel had a water issue, preventing us from showering for nearly 12 hours. After a day at the beach and walking around, we couldn’t go to a restaurant in the evening because we couldn’t shower. The hotel informed us a technician would fix the problem, but he came, saw that he couldn’t fix it, and left without informing anyone. After calling the reception multiple times, the only response I got was that it wasn’t the receptionist’s fault. Lastly, I requested a refund for the third night after discussing it with the management, and they agreed. I left the hotel and waited for the refund to be processed. After a week with no refund, I called the hotel to check the status. They confirmed they would process it, but another week later, still nothing. I am now on my eighth call trying to get the refund, but it’s still unresolved. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way. The hotel’s reservation/refund manager has not been helpful at all. Once again, I will spend more time on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this issue. I would recommend avoiding this establishment.
