This is our first stay at Canopy Hilton. The location is not immediately by the bustling city but it is within walking distance to the metro station. In the area here there is a cool souk (market) and some wonderful food choices too. There is also a convenience store downstairs. The service of the hotel is top notch, and the breakfast is reasonably priced with good choices of food. The customer service is friendly and attentive. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

We have stayed in this property for 1 night in May 2024 while transiting through Dubai. It’s a clean and modern hotel close to the Dubai airport. Location was good with several food options near the hotel. We had 1 night and we went out for dinner to an Indian restaurant which was about 5 mins taxi from the hotel. Breakfast spread was good with some great hot and cold options. The chef personally came and spoke with us during breakfast. She offered us to pack some lunch since we were about to leave the same afternoon. We didn’t want to carry any lunch and so she sent a box cookie to our room. Thank you so much for that!! Overall, a pleasant experience for us staying in this hotel.

All staff were polite and friendly and would happily help us with anything we needed like keeping our bags for the day for us after check out until the evening. The location is perfect as it overlooks the creek which is wonderful for a late afternoon or evening walk when temperatures cool down. The rooftop pool and bar are beautiful and it was very quiet and peaceful relaxing in the pool which overlooks the outskirts of the city and the creek. The room was very clean and also had a lovely city view. All facilities were of a high quality and we will definitely come and stay here whenever we visit Dubai.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and frequently stay at this hotel. The staff is very familiar with the membership rules and always very welcoming, even during busy times. The front desk employees, in particular, provide exceptional service—thank you! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the bed is very comfortable, and I love the scent of the bath amenities—they smell wonderful. The rooftop pool and bar are also great.
