We’ve been staying at this hotel for more than three years, and I’ve even recommended it to my brothers and sisters. The rooms are generally good, and we’ve always enjoyed our experience. However, during our recent 2-night stay with my brother, we faced some issues. In the middle of the night, we started sweating because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t adjust the temperature, and since it was already late, we just tried to continue sleeping as best we could. Another concern was with the reception team. There were two staff members at the front desk, and one of our friends, who was a second guest, wasn’t allowed to get a key card. My friend was told she could go up but only with someone from reception, which was confusing and felt unnecessary. I didn’t really understand the reason behind that policy. On a positive note, we want to thank Ms. Marie and Ms. Eve for accommodating us during breakfast, and also Jibon—he’s a very nice guy. Special thanks to Ms. Marie for allowing us to still have breakfast even though we were 5 minutes late. Thank you for the hospitality.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Canopy Hotel! Everything was exceptional—from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special shoutout to Neon Restaurant, which was the true highlight of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible team behind it. Huge thanks to the amazing leader Marie, and to Yanoor, Gibbon, Eve, Sabina, , Patrick, and all the kitchen and service staff for their warm hospitality, genuine smiles, and attentive service. A special appreciation goes to the talented chefs led by the amazing Chef Kisha—your passion and creativity truly made each meal memorable. Thank you all for making my experience so special. I can’t wait to return again soon!

We had dinner at Skafos restaurant and everything was perfect. From the location floating on the water , the cozy atmosphere which is great for a date night or to enjoy a calm setting to the chill music is. the food is really good. All Mediterranean flavors in the dishes are on point! I recommend the steaks (the angus one was mouthwatering) , chicken & paella. The service was as great, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. This is a really nice hotel, I have been here more than 3 times because it is really indeed a great hotel to stay in , especially if you are on a budget. The rooms are decorated really well, everything is nice and clean. The view from the rooftop bar is really wonderful and a great place to be in. They have a vide variety of breakfast options and they taste great as well. Eve and Ankit were really helpful and friendly, Appreciate them a a lot. Huge regards to Jibon as well, we was really friendly and assisted me very well. Hope to be back soon inshallah

Modern hotel with a beautiful waterfront location. A great pool on the 7th floor. Super comfortable beds and bottled water in your room daily. A delicious breakfast with a great selection of hot and cold dishes. Udara will make you any egg you want for breakfast! And Ankit is a very friendly and attentive server, so you'll never be short of anything in the morning :)
