The service has been excellent since our arrival, with a beautiful, clean room that had a pleasant fragrance. The location is perfect for strolling along the creek and visiting the shops to find lovely gifts for the family. The staff welcome you back warmly, and the dinner at Chapters is fantastic! We just wanted to extend our sincere thanks for the wonderful service Amishia provided during our visit to Chapters. Your professional and friendly manner made us feel truly welcome and added a special touch to our evening. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who clearly takes pride in what they do. My stay at Canopy Hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very professional, especially Ms. Sarah who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and offers a truly luxurious experience. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights for celebrating birthday. It’s a small cozy place. Love the location, they do provide web checkin which was nice we get to choose the room ourselves. The room we chose wasn’t that great for view. The room was nice and cute. I couldn’t use the pool because it was super crowded most of the time.. love how they have several places for drinks, smoothies and snacks. They also provided a small cake as a birthday present which was yummy. Overall good experience.

Our stay at the hotel was a truly Instagrammable experience the aesthetics, decor, and views were absolutely picture-perfect! Right from the start, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, making us feel instantly at ease. One of the most marvellous highlights of our stay was the food at Skafos. A huge shoutout to Miss Rin for her warm and attentive service - she truly made our dining experience special. And Yang Anashi was simply outclass; an unforgettable dish! Compliments to Chef Salmon and Chef Daman for crafting such flavorful and memorable meals. We'll be dreaming about that food for a long time. That said, there are three areas that need serious attention: Room Privacy - The windows are not tinted, which means zero privacy during the day. Even the grocery shop outside had a full view into our room. This was very uncomfortable and needs immediate fixing. Checkout Experience - Unfortunately, the checkout handled by an Egyptian staff member was disappointing and left a sour end to our stay. The attitude and approach lacked professionalism and definitely requires customer service training. Room Scent Issue - Once the diffuser stops, the room develops an unpleasant smell. Some form of consistent air freshening or ventilation improvement is needed.

Loved the hammock in the premium room with the creek view. Beddings are super comfy, bathroom is a luxury. Service at its finest. Reception were always very helpful and welcoming. Sakib from room service provides you with all requests, water coffee and the friendliest! He converse with guests and genuinely care to make your stay comfortable. Hoping for staff to be continually motivated so that they can service guests at the highest level possible.
