The service has been excellent since our arrival, with a beautiful, clean room that had a pleasant fragrance. The location is perfect for strolling along the creek and visiting the shops to find lovely gifts for the family. The staff welcome you back warmly, and the dinner at Chapters is fantastic! We just wanted to extend our sincere thanks for the wonderful service Amishia provided during our visit to Chapters. Your professional and friendly manner made us feel truly welcome and added a special touch to our evening. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who clearly takes pride in what they do. Our experience here was lovely We arrived from an early morning flight and were welcomed and settled into our rooms Everything we needed was there The buffet breakfast is wonderful - plenty of fresh fruit , freshly baked breads and hot foods Jibon was our waiter on several occasions. He made us welcome and looked after us with friendly hospitality and attention. We met him in other parts of the hotel and he always had a smile and some friendly chat with us. Overall this was a lovely hotel experience. The staff are on alert at all times and very helpful and willing to assist Hopefully we will have the opportunity to come visit Dubai again some day.

Stayed for 2 nights for celebrating birthday. It’s a small cozy place. Love the location, they do provide web checkin which was nice we get to choose the room ourselves. The room we chose wasn’t that great for view. The room was nice and cute. I couldn’t use the pool because it was super crowded most of the time.. love how they have several places for drinks, smoothies and snacks. They also provided a small cake as a birthday present which was yummy. Overall good experience.

Our stay at the hotel was a truly Instagrammable experience the aesthetics, decor, and views were absolutely picture-perfect! Right from the start, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, making us feel instantly at ease. One of the most marvellous highlights of our stay was the food at Skafos. A huge shoutout to Miss Rin for her warm and attentive service - she truly made our dining experience special. And Yang Anashi was simply outclass; an unforgettable dish! Compliments to Chef Salmon and Chef Daman for crafting such flavorful and memorable meals. We'll be dreaming about that food for a long time. That said, there are three areas that need serious attention: Room Privacy - The windows are not tinted, which means zero privacy during the day. Even the grocery shop outside had a full view into our room. This was very uncomfortable and needs immediate fixing. Checkout Experience - Unfortunately, the checkout handled by an Egyptian staff member was disappointing and left a sour end to our stay. The attitude and approach lacked professionalism and definitely requires customer service training. Room Scent Issue - Once the diffuser stops, the room develops an unpleasant smell. Some form of consistent air freshening or ventilation improvement is needed.

Good day We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from the 1-10th July. It was an amazing experience. The hotel has a fresh and trendy vibe. The location is incredible...right on the Dubai Creek within walking or golf carting distance from the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood..where you feel transported to a distant time. The rooms are comfortable n clean. Breakfast was delicious everyday. The best part...the exceptional staff. Always smiling, willing to assist. They really made our holiday memorable. Please forgive us for not remembering or mentioning everyone's names but it's your smiling faces that will bring us back here next time.
