From start to finish, everything was perfect. Staffs were the best part of the stay. We went first week of April and got upgraded to a Honeymoon suite. We had a private entrance that is conveniently next to the entrance to the reception area. The plunge pool and front balcony had a beautiful view of the sea. The suite was the perfect size and we couldn't ask for more. I recommend doing the in suite breakfast and have it in your balcony. Delicious breakfast, they even sent us boxes breakfast one day when we had to leave at 7:30 am for our scuba diving. Although I went with my friend, it was our own kind of honeymoon. The staffs truly pampered us. Special thank you to Desi, Glota, Eleni, Elena, and Christos who were always available to give us the best experience and what it's like to have a luxurious Greek experience. I hope to be back again soon!

My husband and I stayed at Canaves Oia Suites for our wedding and honeymoon in October of this year, and our stay was nothing less than perfect. The room and views were luxurious, breakfast was incredible with so many options, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. The hotel has so many picture perfect spots. We married on the Panorama Balcony, and Melanie, the event coordinator, orchestrated everything so perfectly. We also had a private dinner from Petra, and our server George was so kind and personable! It was everything with dreamed of and then some. If we could give this 10 stars we would. We will most certainly be back!

We just returned from a vacation that included a stay at the Canaves Oia Suites. This is a beautiful hotel, with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Everyone contributed to a high level of professionalism, with the front desk staff truly going above and beyond at all times. The food at the included breakfast is terrific. Whatever room you are booked into provides a beautiful view, day or evening. The extra amenities, including the Spa, are pricey and you need to expect that if you stay here. The location is right on the promenade walk, but is still very private. If you stay here you will not be disappointed, particularly at sunset time.

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. And do not recommend. We paid $2500/night for 2 bedrooms, peak August time. last year We got a dark room with very limited ocean view from living room. The master bathroom sink and shower overflowed, they sent someone from facility to fix, the sink got fixed but the shower never resolved.. We showered standing in the stinky backflow dirty water the whole stay. For more than 2k a night, we expected an amazing experience, we didn't get that.. When we checked out, i expressed my dissatisfaction, reception didn't even look up to acknowledge and apologize for the inconvenience. However the breakfast crew was great, and the view from the pool was beautiful, but not enough for us to go back and spend beaucoup money...no thank you... **This is in respond to the hotel reply, my last name is Vo we arrived Aug 3 2023, we stayed in the 2 bedrooms suite/room... my review is based on my precise experience, no more no less..if you try to say this is not your hotel then again you are avoiding addressing the issues we experienced and that only makes you look bad further. if you do look up the record, you will see other problems like the patio umbrella was broken when we arrived, and we had to call to get it repaired... its funny how no one look after the basic stuff here, and we had to be the guest to report all the problems..

If I could give 10 stars I would! What a lovely stay and what a beautiful hotel. To start, when you enter you automatically feel in a dream with the views and the decoration even the lobby is peaceful and beautiful. Santorini was my dream trip and staying here made it perfect. My husband and I were received at the front desk by Joanna and she was just perfect. She took care of us the entire stays, gave us recommendations, showed us the property and even arrange beautiful dinners for us. Joanna is the type of person I wish to see at every hotel. The room was to die for, amazing views, comfortable bed. We were so in love with our room that we ate the breakfast (which is delicious) everyday in our room.
