I was 13 when I went here and the pools and slides are lovely, the rooms are lovely but the staff (male staff in particular) were horrid. They kept asking for my number (grown men over 35) and my social media accounts and one man in particular asked my mum how much she wanted for me. We kept getting pestered around the pool by people trying to sell us stuff, the food was okay but I wouldn’t go here if you’re a picky eater, the rooms were definitely very nice.

Firstly, me and my family were skeptical of coming to this hotel because of the reviews.. There were many negative comments and feedback given from their personal experiences... After me and my family went, I can proudly say this was a surreal experience! The staff were excellent and so was the catering. I asked about it and they told me there was new management fro the start of December 2024 and I can already see the improvements they have made from their service quality to their customer service.. The food was excellent, I had younger children with me and we all ate well and enjoyed the meals. The water park was excellent and an amazing activity to do. They went out of their way to make sure we were safe all the time, both inside and outside of the hotel. I recommend everyone to go here at least once!! Beautiful area, family inclusive, safe!! Thank you to everyone who made our trip memorable

Good hotel that's being renovated. They do their best, if you leave early there's a lunch packet available. Nice pools two who are heated until April 1.

amazing hotel!! staff and entertainment were all fab!! the pool was amazing and the room service was excellent! the food was very nice and every meal was inclusive for our large family! any requests we had were immediately seen to. EVERYONE needs to go here at least once for a luxurious experience!! thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us.. couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was a really disappointing place to spend my holiday . First of all, the restaurant was crowded. You should wait on the line to have your food . One of the staff was unprofessional at all. The room wasn't clean 😕 and the dishes in the restaurant were the same . I booked a sea view room, but I get side view, and that is not acceptable at all. After I spent 5 days, the manager changed my room to another one with a sea view . The good thing was the view only. Aqua Park was open only for 5 hours a day with many people from the next hotel. You should wait for 5 minutes or more to ride one of the slides. The noise from the next hotel was horrible. The barbecue was near to the pool, and that was dangerous for kids. The barbecue's smell in the room was bad . I am really unhappy about it 😕 . I thought it would be the perfect time for me and my family, but it wasn't.
