The first time I met her, she recommended the tea, and it was absolutely wonderful. On my next visit, she suggested a dessert, which was also outstanding. Although my stay was not exactly as I had hoped – as I encountered some issues in the room , which affected the celebration I had planned for my husband’s birthday – the exceptional service provided by Mr. Firat Yilmaz, Chief Concierge, truly made a remarkable difference. His professionalism, refined manners, and genuine dedication to ensuring our satisfaction turned a disappointing situation into one filled with grace and care. He went above and beyond to make sure we did not leave unhappy, and for that I am sincerely grateful. It is individuals like Mr. Firat who elevate the true value of a hotel and leave guests with unforgettable impressions, making us want to return with confidence despite any circumstances.

Thank You, Arslan – Exceptional Hospitality! We had some major issues during our stay, but the way Arslan, the duty manager on Saturday, handled everything was truly commendable. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and willingness to listen and improve made a significant difference. We shared our feedback with him in detail, and he received it with grace and a genuine commitment to making things better. The resort itself is beautiful, but there’s definitely room for improvement — particularly at the spa reception and restaurant, where more training is needed to meet the expected standards. Special thanks also to Ali from room service and the lady who took our breakfast order — both were outstanding and made us feel well cared for. Despite the challenges, we chose to stay longer and would return again — all because of Arslan, who went above and beyond. Thank you once again!
