Had a pleasure of staying in this beautiful property for 3 nights. Location is great, nice beach, I loved everything. Service is great- Il Cafe food is amazing! Specifically wanted to highlight the manager Arslan, great person, very attentive, provided with Wow amenities which surprised me a lot, helped with all requests I had, the main pleasure was to receive a departure gift Candles by Arslan. Definitely will be back and will recommend the Resort to everyone.

Such an elegant and beautifully designed hotel., every corner feels luxurious. We loved their fresh gelato ice cream, it’s incredibly good, smooth, and full of flavor. The festive setup made the experience even more special. A perfect spot for a sweet treat in a stunning atmosphere!

The place is very beautiful and I highly recommend it. I didn’t stay here this time, but I’ll definitely stay next time. I tried the hot chocolate it’s only for winter! I also had the raspberry tart, which was delicious too.

Don't know how such high class resort employee such low class staff. Their staff residing at Alramth 47 are devoid of any manners neither have any grooming. The whole night they move furniture and disturb other neighbours. Various complaints have been done even to the housing manager yet no action. Owners of such resort should spend sometime grooming their staff and teach them basic manners. And at least keep them in some proper bachelor accomodation in their own premises, so other ca t suffer. Wonder how come such staff survive in the hospitality industry?
