We have been here twice now and are due to go again in December. The staff are great and very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is lovely, it's clean and tidy and in good location with the beach either side. It's good value for money. We always upgrade to the top room with balcony and sea view. Reef restaurant serves great food at great prices. Love it here and recommend.

Day passes to use the facilities available in the low season. Friendly service. Lovely little tourist shop with random opening times and tour booking service. Access to 2 quiet beautiful beaches.

Nice hotel. Front Desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful - the location is excellent. It is an easy walk to Massy to get groceries, a number of restaurants, and into Oistins. There are nice beaches a stones throw away, and the pool was nice. They do charge you for changing out your beach towel (nominal). They also have coin-operated guest laundry and an activities desk onsite. The restaurant makes delicious fish cakes. We would stay here again but would upgrade to an ocean view in the future.

I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a hotel ever. This 3⭐️hotel would be 1⭐️in Europe. Read some reviews about welcome drink upon arrival, well it didn’t exist in our case. The room need a proper refurbishment , I felt like a time traveler who stuck in the 70’s cheap motel. Room cleaning quite poor, they didn’t change the bedding during our 6 night stay... not even once. Coffee mug left on tv stand without being washed. No vacuum, sweeping just only once, when we arrived back early afternoon and the cleaner was still there, so she had to do😂. Balcony chair was so dirty I couldn’t sit outside , not even once. I was killing at least 15 small cockroaches in the bathroom…nightmare. I was reading 5*reviews and I can’t believe my eyes. No way that reviews are genuine. Overall only 2 positive things: bed was comfy, and the AC was working properly, nothing else. I don’t recommend this hotel!!!

Had the best stay at the hotel with my wife and son Harvey, thanks to all the staff, so friendly and helpful. Met plenty of guests who have been going to the Butterfly for decades. Loved it, and Harvey was a real hit it’s you all. Thankyou for you amazing hospitality xx
