Lovely hotel with a great location next to the sea. Food is amazing, great variety, very fresh, lots of vegetables and fruits. Friendly and professional staff in the reception as well as in the restaurant. In my opinion a really good 4 star hotel.

Bull Costa Canaria boasts a fantastic location. Almost the entire property, is wheelchair-accessible through ramps or lifts. The beautiful and serene San Agustín beach, with its long promenade, is nearby, and the garden features stunning large palm trees and other exotic plants. The beach promenade is accessible through a door with a code in the fence by the boulevard.
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, with well-maintained pools and spa.
We booked a sea-view room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was remarkably quiet at night - no noise from neighbors, whether next door or upstairs. The beds were large and comfortable, ample storage space (wardrobe, drawers), and a small refrigerator next to the desk. The bathroom was spacious, with good water pressure and hot water, complimentary toiletries, and a large balcony with comfortable chairs. You can choose when you want your towels to be changed. Beach towels are available at the spa against a deposit. An odd aspect was the single step to the bathroom. While we got used to it, we did bump our toes on it during the first few nights, especially in the dark.
Other drawbacks of the room include:
* No coffee maker, kettle, or microwave in the room.
* The hairdryer is in the bedroom instead of the bathroom.
* On the 2nd floor, the sea view is limited due to the massive palm trees - not an issue for us, but other guests who booked sea view rooms were disappointed.
* If your room is above the Salon Bar, you'll hear the entertainment until 11:00 PM and can sing along to Sweet Caroline and Don’t Leave Me This Way. We didn't mind, but if you prefer quieter evenings, be advised to request a room at the western end of the complex.
The hotel restaurant offers a large buffet with themed nights (e.g., sushi on Thursdays, Mexican on Wednesdays), catering well to omnivores, pescetarians, and vegetarians. However, the selection for vegans like us lacked variety in plant-based proteins, mostly limited to (often cold) beans. Including tofu, tempeh, seitan, falafel, hummus, and more pea or chickpea-based options would enhance the protein choices for vegan guests. Soy and almond milk are available in the morning.
The hotel is adults-only, providing a serene environment without splashing or noisy children in the pool or restaurants/bars. The guests during our stay were mainly moderately active seniors from Germany and the UK. The entertainment is diverse, offering activities like yoga, bingo, aquafit, and shuffleboard, as well as more exotic options like archery, air rifle, and mölkky. Every evening features a show and/or live music.
Drawbacks:
Upon arrival, guests receive a colored bracelet indicating whether they booked half-board or all-inclusive, along with a tag with their name and a tie-wrap to be attached to one of the pool loungers for the entire stay. The loungers, however, are closely packed, and the fixed umbrellas between each pair limit movement. If someone opens their umbrella or the sun changes position, you may end up in the shade, whether you want it or not.
For dinner, there are two shifts (6:00-7:30 PM and 7:30-9:00 PM), and we were assigned the second shift upon check-in. For us, accustomed to eating at 7:00 PM, and with the time zone delay of an hour from the European mainland, this felt very late. Additionally, many vegetable and potato-based dishes tend to become soggy or limp by that time, and pasta may dry out.
Other notable drawbacks include:
* Uncomfortable chairs at the pool bar for individuals with wider hips.
* Limited vegan lunch options at the pool bar, with grilled vegetables or fries being the only vegan choices - even the salads contain animal products.
* No poolside wait service; if you want a drink or snack, you need to go to the bar yourself.
Despite these minor drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this location and would definitely recommend it to those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and varied entertainment in a beautiful surrounding.

I recommend 100%
This is a beautiful green hotel with well trained employees. You will feel similar to being on a cruise since they always have a smile, are willing to help, high standards, quality food, large variety of options in the buffet, night shows, daily scheduled activities, etcetera.

Lovely hotel great food excellent choice, room good and cleaned every day. Entertainment OK. Spa excellent fitness centre excellent. Would have been a 5 star review but reception staff not very friendly and ignored a slight issue we had with our room. We asked them to sort a problem (no bath towels left after used ones taken and we had to ask them again 8 hours later to sort it.) Also we were a party of 2 couples, when both couples checked out and said thank you and goodbye there was no response whatsoever from the receptionist: no smile, no thank you or no greeting of farewell. Rude last act after staying at an hotel does not encourage customers to return.
