My husband and I just got home from our honeymoon stay at Bucuti and Tara, and we couldn’t have loved it more! We loved how helpful the hotel staff were, from the second we arrived they were there to answer questions and make sure our stay was amazing. Everyone was so kind to us and always said hi when we walked by. Our room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the hotel amenities such as free reusable water bottles, complimentary champagne, and a washer a dryer available to use for free. Breakfast was so nice each morning and the servers went above and beyond. We liked the assortment of wellness shots and juices, and the omelette station. The beach chairs were soo comfortable, and we loved the umbrella reservation system. Some days we forgot to reserve an umbrella at 5 pm, but even when we reserved one hours later, we still got one pretty close to the front. We loved the happy hour on mocktails and smoothies and got one every day between 3-4. We appreciated that Bucuti and Tara is transparent with who they cater to and doesn’t try to please everyone- we were looking for a quiet and relaxing experience away from crowds and big groups. This resort was perfect for the quiet and relaxing honeymoon we were looking for, while still being able to venture out to explore the island and try other experiences and restaurants. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, and then it is super easy to get a taxi to explore other parts of the island. The reviews for Bucuti and Tara speak for themselves, and I can see why people return- we will definitely be coming back!!

I went to BT resort back in September 2024 with my brother. Not the typical couples romance-focused audience for this highly recommended resort but we wanted adults-only peace and quiet and this place worked out! Overall it was a fantastic stay. Rooms were clean. Bedding comfortable. Their section of the beach was clean and pristine. Absolutely stunning water, too. Reserving the beach lounge chairs/umbrellas at 5PM the evening before via their website/app was seamless and stress free. There were resort servers ready to take snack and drink orders. Always got a friendly impression from staff. A few gripes about the resort: 1. They really only have the one restaurant onsite which servers overpriced mediocre to “pretty good” food. You’ll definitely want to plan to taxi out to the various busy downtown areas for more variety. Feel like they should have more options at different price scales and cuisine types. 2. I only wish they had even bigger umbrellas that could somehow be tiled in a particular direction. The summer sun is very intense and as it moved across the sky, the umbrella’s shadow moved such that you had to move a pair of lounge chairs to either side of the umbrella. But this isn’t particular to BT.

First of all, we meant to write this months ago. My wife and I stayed here in November. All that I can say is if you want to have the best time away, this is the place. The rooms were wonderful, along with an included breakfast. There is no fighting for beach chairs as there is enough for every guest. Everyone there is so friendly and attentive to your any needs. We booked this coming November before we even left!! 5 stars

This resort was exceptional. The rooms were very clean. The sheets on the bed were white and pristine. The bed was very comfortable. This resort is on the beach steps away from the water. The private beach chairs were comfortable and the environment was so calm and welcoming. The service on the beach was made so easy and the workers were so professional and kind. This resort is truly a gem. They make everything so accessible and easy from being able to bring groceries to your room to having someone call you a cab right outside the resort doors. They really lived up to Aruba being one happy island.

Pros: beach access, room cleaning, staff, breakfast, and gym Cons: our room was next to the ice machine so it was constantly noisy (recommend to avoid these rooms if you can when booking), only one restaurant and menu was limited; given this the items/taste should have been higher quality. Also the mocktails weren’t good (tried every single one) … recommend elevating that for non drinkers.
