The hotel is nice enough but omg the service. The staff are kind but I never in my life have made a 9pm dinner res and not been able to get WATER by 10pm. The kitchen was so backed up out of control like even eating at the bar wasn’t faster and the snack bar thing closed by 10. They took outside reservations for Valentine’s Day like non guests who prepaid online ate fine but apparently hotel guests get no priority including with a reservation lol. It basically was implied we wouldn’t be eating til like midnight so we left and went to the McDonald’s across the street. This hotel could be so much better if they had more staff. I waited for over an hour for lunch takeout for 2 on a random Monday at the pool bar. They reply to all the reviews saying they appreciate it and take it seriously but truly could just use new management or something. Curious why Hilton no longer owns this hotel and imagine it was a much more premium experience when it was. Gorgeous location very kind staff but the service is just so dang slow. I want to lay at the beach not sit waiting around for food for hours and hours! Also they don’t give you any toiletries like not a shower cap or a q tip haha. For a $50/day resort fee do better !

An above average experience in what could be a once in a lifetime time experience. Pros: Location, Building Amenities like gym, cafe, restaurants, access to beach etc Cons: A 125+ year old hotel functioning like its still stuck in the past. Needs major technological upgrades, better coffee machine in the room, dryers, toiletries. The first 2/3 days of my stay, I was not even given a key because their “system” was down. I had to take someone with me everywhere I needed to go like a child, so they can use their key to access. On day 2, around midnight, without any prior notice, all water was shut for hours, causing major issues for guests. The staff was mostly really pleasant to deal with. My highlight of the trip was Ms. Aliyah at the Trading Company Cafe in the hotel, she was unbelievably warm, kind and welcoming. She truly made me feel home and welcomed. She is a great barista but above all a good person who is very customer experience centric. So thank you for that.

I recently visited for Sunday brunch at mahogany club and I was surprisingly impressed. The valet was welcoming and professional . My server Dinero and bartender Marvin delivered top quality service while being friendly and engaging. The food options were really good and tasty. I wished there was an omelette station but it was okay nonetheless. I also loved the entertainment of Joel this singer omg his voice is heavenly made me not want to leave. I enjoyed my first time experience dining here and excited to try the other spots the Hilton has to offer.

Hotel is beautiful, lots of character being an old hotel… renovated nicely, the poolside + service was amazing. Listen your on island time… be patient and relax, the staff was extremely friendly, hard working and we had the best time. Highly suggested for a return visit. Location was amazing too!

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful resort. The grounds, rooms, beach and pool area were great. The staff were so kind and sweet. Shout out to Cindy as she and her team took great care of us every morning ❤️
