The water villa was just amazing. It is huge, the facilities and the everything else in the room was very comfortable. Our room was upgraded to one with a pool which was a nice bonus. We wish we could spend more than just 2 nights in the villa. The resort is also beautiful, has lots of options and things to do for guests. The house reef is beautiful for snorkeling. The spa services are excellent too. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The only cons I can think of are the food could be more authentic in taste but there is a lot of variety so there is something for everyone. The desserts are very nice though! The seaplane ride was beautiful, but the return flight was delayed by over an hour. However, they dropped us just in time for our flight back. Overall, a very memorable stay. Highly recommended!

It's like your own swimming pool in the ocean, but much more spectacular, ah yes, and the water is warm also, believe me when I say, you don't want to get out of the water :)))
Hotel Rooms perfect, bed is comfortable and the sheets also.
Food taste was perfect with an variety that is hard to see in 5 Stars Resorts.
The cocktails very good. Margaritas 100% perfect.
The service was also good.
The staff is very polite and everyone says hello to you even if they don't know you or your room... They do the maximum to make you feel comfortable.
Big thanks to Asoka who helped us a lot in our demands, Mostafa who's kitchen is one of the most tasty I have ever eaten in a Resort, Sterling who's dolphin cruise I recommend 100%, Alexander from the main bar who served us wonderful cocktails all the time, Mahmoud for his implication in activities and the fire show, and Shruti from the restaurant who is so cool and explained us a lot about her culture. Big thanks to all of you and your colleagues 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 !! We had a great time!!

Brennia Kottefaru itself is a stunning island, however I feel as though it needs a few small tweaks to make it into a paradise destination I’d want to return to.
We booked five nights in an overwater villa, when we arrived we were told that the villa had been upgraded but on checking the photos on our booking it was the exact villa we’d booked.
The only difference we could see was we’d been moved from the quiet end of the island with the good snorkelling to opposite the landing strip for the sea planes. They started at 6am every day, landed multiple times throughout the day and were incredibly noisy.
The room itself was nice enough although the bathroom had seen better days. The tiles were chipped and grout was missing in many places. The drain cover was off in the shower and there was clearly a blockage going by the smell and as the shower water drained the sinks gurgled.
Raj who made up our room twice a day was always lovely to chat to and happy to get us what we needed, it’s a shame the rest of the staff weren’t as accommodating.
Each time we went for dinner or breakfast it felt as though it was an effort for drinks to be bought to our table and plates to be cleared. It just generally felt as though we were in the way.
The sous chef Mohamed and the Italian chef who’s name I forget were the only exceptions, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
We found that although there seemed to be a lot of food in the buffet, it was always very similar and not really to our liking so we found ourselves eating pasta every night.
We were on half board and although there was tea, coffee and sugar in the room it seemed an issue to get sweeteners too even though they were available at the restaurant.
This is the 8th Maldivian Island we’ve visited and in comparison to the others within a similar price bracket it’s our least favourite and we wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

Really nice resort, we had water pool villa. Everything was great, small shortcomings of the bathroom, but it didn't change anything about our stay. Directly from villa we can snorkle, the sea is incredibly beautiful and clear. Staff was really nice and smilling all the time.

This is an affordable option compared to the international brands scattered in Maldives. To experience best of both their villa options, we stayed 2 nights on their water villa with pool and 1 night on their beach villa with pool. Both have the same design both impecable and practical. Its not the fanciest but its chic. Their food selection was not that vast compared to the previous island resort we’ve been but one dish stood out and thats what we ste almost everyday, their live station spicy aglio olio. We would look forward to it all the time. We dis not get a chance to do water activities as the weather was abit rough. The service they provide was also top notch, shout out to Maya. As expected it had the maldives charm of white beach glistening through the blue waters of the sea. Me and my wife got married just a few moths before the pandemic hit. And we did not get to have a proper honeymoon and this one was what consider ours.
