This place is very modern w/good vibes. A majority of the staff are friendly & helpful. Samuel was super down to earth & kept my group fed w/continuous cocktails. I loved the fact that a majority of the restaurants did not require reservations. The only wish was that the pool area gave shots.

Thank from room 7309 October 8th - 13th The only thing I was sad about is that it was our 17th Anniversary and I put that on the reservation but nothing came of it, possibly because I booked through american advantage vacations. 😔

I CANNOT say enough good things about this place! Angel, Erik, Maria, Andres and the entire staff are absolutely incredible. My trip was a 1000/10 thanks to the amazing staff. They truly made my first all-inclusive experience one to remember. Everyone who works there is so kind & would greet us everyday. The food was delicious and the events were so fun every night. If you’re looking for a relaxing & fun vacation - this is the spot!! I will DEFINITELY be back again soon :)

This was our first all inclusive so we don't have anything to compare it to, but we had an amazing experience!! There's never a dull moment at the xhale pool! The staff there was top notch. Erik, Milly, Edwin, Roger and Alan are so fun and will take great care of you. Also, Manuel and Luisein at the buffet.

This is my second time to this location. This time I was definitely a bit disappointed with the property (Beach, food and noise) Maybe it is because I am comparing to other nicer properties (secrets) but this one just fell short. The service was good, which is why I gave it 3 stars! Everyone was super nice, friendly, helpful, happy and kind, which was great. The spa service was really nice as well, we love the hydrotherapy. But the food & drinks were very disappointing. We didn't really enjoy any of our meals and the options felt VERY limited. Sometimes the food took over an hour to get, and did not taste great. They have limited options for gluten free, or people with dietary restrictions and none of the drinks really taste "fresh" they don't have fresh squeezed juice, and they didn't have fresh passionfruit margaritas which for a Mexican property was weird. The French restaurant was the best, we did have a nice experience there. But the steakhouse was pretty bad, and the sushi was terrible. The options in the buffet were also not great. It was cool that they did have a little taco stand late night which was a nice touch. The UVC members lounge is SO small and the "snack" options were the same every day and kind of gross. The bartenders were super nice but it just didn't feel up to standard for being an owner. The BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT is the beach. It is not usable, the water is brown and you're not even allowed to get in it. The sargassm seaweed is bad and it smells and you can smell it throughout the property (which is small). We were very sad we didn't even get to stick a toe in the ocean. The pools are nice and fun, they have activities, but if you want the ocean do not come here. Also, this is a party property. We were here on a bachelorette which is why we chose it and we did have fun with the music and the club. There is no type of "quiet hour" or anything there. Saturday night music pumping from the pool until 1a.m. which okay, I guess it's the weekend. But then Sunday night we wanted to get some rest before our early flight and couldn't because the people below us were BLARING their music and screaming until 2 a.m. We called the front to make a complaint and they didn't do anything about it, so don't come here if you're tryin to sleep well. We had a good time, but we won't be coming back to this property.
