Me and my two friends went here for five days and we had an absolute blast! We had so much fun at the pool with two of the workers on the entertainment team David and Kevin. They did a great job getting everyone involved and making great conversation with the guest, all the games were so much fun. The bartenders and staff were all very kind and welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable and had a great time. The food was very good and so was the club. I love the After Dark club the most the karaoke, is it lots of fun. If you do come here you should definitely give it a try and sing a song , we had a very smooth trip. We didn’t have any problems. The room was very comfortable. Room service came at a good time and the view is absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely come back here again I love how there’s two separate pools, a party pool and the more calm pool. Thank you!

The resort isn't close to anything. Which I prefer but if you want to go explore this is an additional challenge. The food is great but the buffet is only open for dinner twice a week. No shots available in the pool bars but you can get as many as you want at all the other bars. It is smaller than most resorts but overall a good experience.

The resort is beautiful and clean. Staff was wonderful, always willing to help and service with a smile. However the food was mediocre. The drinks were not top shelf liquor and every time we went to one of the bars to asked for a shot their response was “We don’t do shots”….. 🤔 Which was very surprising to us!!! I have been to quite a few all inclusive resorts and never ever have been told this. If they convince you to go to check out their more luxurious upscale resort “SECRETS” don’t do it unless you’re seriously considering purchasing their timeshare. They offered us up to $400 to attend a 90 minute meeting. Will try their best to convince you that it’s not a timeshare and it’s no pressure. It was PRESSURE, PRESSURE, PRESSURE!!! Once we revealed we were not interested in purchasing anything, our salesman manager became irritate, disrespectful and so condescending that I literally had to remove myself from the table to calm down and refrain from grabbing her by her neck.😡

The moment we arrived, there was no shortage of staff to attend to our needs. We easily upgraded our room to a swim-out which was well worth the money. The accommodations were on par with other all inclusive resorts we’ve visited.
I hope you’re in the mood to party, because this place was lively and vibrant into the evening. Both pools feature hot tubs and an endless pool view of the ocean. The swim-up bar in both pools made relaxing and vibing in the water one of our most enjoyable experiences.
The French and Italian restaurants were our favorite. The cuisine was delectable. The sea bass at the French restaurant, Coquette, melts in your mouth.
The only downside was the shower water only got to room temperature on our last day.
I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family who are considering traveling to Cancun.

Our journey at the Breathless Spoon restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. Over the course of our six-day sojourn, we had the pleasure of interacting with the restaurant's host team members, Mario and Cesar. Their warm welcome made us feel like we were part of an extended family.
Their spirit of hospitality was evident in their every action - from serving drinks and food to remembering our names. It's not every day that you come across such dedicated and personable individuals like Cesar and Mario. Their presence truly enriched our dining experience.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have made such wonderful connections during our stay. The anticipation of reuniting with them adds to the excitement of our return visit. Cesar and Mario are indeed invaluable assets to the Breathless team, embodying the essence of exceptional customer service. Their commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests is truly commendable!
