Only reason I’m giving this place four stars is for the food aspect. I found the food kind of lack luster BUT the service was impeccable! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms were spotless and absolutely stunning. Beds were also super comfy. Lastly I loved how large the resort was! I got lost quite a few times but the staff was always around to help guide me to where I needed to go! Would definitely go back! Just wish the food service and quality of food was a bit better!

Would like to start this review with the positives. The food at this resort is excellent. We have been to couple resorts in this area over the years and the food here was excellent. The service for food and drinks was great. More so for the food and especially around dinner time. The rooms were excellent. Definitely the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in over all the Mexico trips. Double rain head shower with the glass surround was a nice touch. Okay now the negative. If you are coming for rest and relaxation this is NOT the resort for you. There is club music going all day long which during the day we would expect at an all inclusive. But at night the resort is very small and building sections 1-4 are all built around the main bar/stage area. The first night we slept there it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub in our room. It was horrible. My wife and I like to go out for dinner and have an early nights and go to bed and catch up on some rest & relaxation. So the next morning we had to beg to have our room changed to a different part of the resort. The only option they wanted to give us was $900 upgrade to stay in a better area or the resort which infuriated me. We were already staying in the ocean front (preferred) section of the resort. We Spoke to a couple people staying there and they said building 7 was quiet after 5 when they shut the pool bar down. They were right. We changed rooms and downgraded with no refund from our room so that we could get a decent nights sleep. For context, my wife and I don’t have kids so we wanted to try an adults only resort thinking that we wouldn’t hear kids screaming all day and getting splashed while hanging around the pool. If you are coming with a group of friends and looking to party I would say this is the place to go. If your coming to for rest and relaxation with your spouse I would not recommend coming here. Also if you are a light sleeper or value your sleep. Overall I will say the stay was good but I wish I did a little more research before booking. Didn’t see any reviews about it being a loud resort after 5 that’s why I wrote this review hoping I will help another couple booking there next trip.

Our stay at Breathless All-Inclusive was beyond amazing, and we can’t say enough good things about the incredible staff who made our bachelorette celebration unforgettable! First, a huge thank you to America, who worked so hard to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for our group. From coordinating thoughtful details to making sure we had special events planned just for us, she went above and beyond every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having the best possible experience — and thanks to her, we absolutely did. At breakfast, we were lucky enough to be welcomed by Oscar, who was warm, attentive, and made our morning feel so special (good bites restaurant) - MUST GO. He made sure we had everything we needed and created such a joyful, relaxed vibe that kicked off our day in the best way. The restaurant itself was beautiful, with a delicious breakfast spread and stunning views — but it was Oscar’s energy and kindness that really made it shine. And we can’t forget about Victor, who took incredible care of us at the pool. He was always checking in, making sure we were comfortable, and adding so much fun and positivity to our pool days. His attention to detail and friendly nature made us feel truly taken care of. From start to finish, the team at Breathless made this trip so memorable. We came to celebrate our bride-to-be, and thanks to America, Oscar, and Victor, we left with memories we’ll be talking about for years to come.

We stayed at Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for a week in April. It is a beautiful resort. The people, restaurants, and amenities are outstanding. The only disappointing thing was the beach which is covered in seaweed and the ocean is not accessible. This, however, is not the fault of the resort. It is common all along the coast. There are a few things I want to address. First every one of the restaurants are outstanding, the food is superb. The servers working in the restaurants are friendly, pleasant, courteous and work very hard at making your experience as wonderful as possible. I did not write down everyone’s name, unfortunately, but they were all terrific. The buffet restaurant The Spoon, which is where we went for breakfast and lunch. The food was superb. The people, Pascual, Wilberth, Rafael and Francisco, along with everyone else were wonderful. They always made sure we had everything we needed, were very friendly and courteous, and made our day enjoyable. We went to the bar, BarkWink, which is right next to The Spoon, every day for drinks. The people were wonderful, Guillermo, Yesi, Carlos, Orvelin, Christian, Sonia, Yessica, Alfredo, Isabel and everyone else always made sure our drinks were full, had wonderful personalities, very friendly, and made our stay extra special. Antonio Luna Arucen was also a bartender at BarWink. He made the best margaritas we have ever had. We went there just to see him every day, he is the best bartender, friendly, takes pride in his job, always smiling, happy and very thorough in taking care, and multi-tasking. He took care of all the drinks for BarWink and Spoon. Our favorite bartender. The pools were both nice. However, the pool by our room, was very loud, the music was not to our liking, so we stayed at the other pool all day. The service there was outstanding and all the servers were outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about the service and restaurants. I hope we will return there very soon. Thank you everyone for making our vacation an excellent one full of wonderful memories.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at Breathless Cancun Resort left me with no choice. I have to share how terribly this resort treated me. First off, they aggressively push you to attend a timeshare-like presentation. I’ve never felt so bullied and pressured in my life. After I declined to sign up, they made me feel poor and like my refusal wasn’t acceptable. It was extremely uncomfortable and made me regret even stepping foot on the property. Then there was the issue with the taxi service. A driver named Jose (car 163) charged me $254 USD for a mere 20-minute ride. I was shocked by the overcharge and felt completely taken advantage of. The service at the bars was equally disappointing. The bartenders were rude, almost as if I was bothering them by ordering a drink. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. When I checked out, I found an unexpected charge for a cleaning fee. Come to find out, someone had urinated outside and used my room number to charge the cleaning fee. When I explained that it wasn’t me, the staff insisted I was lying and that I had to pay the fine. After refusing to pay and pointing out how unfair this was, the staff called their manager. When I asked to see the documentation, it showed someone else’s name, but my room number. They still tried to pressure me into paying, claiming I’d miss my ride to the airport if I didn’t. I had to call corporate to resolve the issue and get the fine removed. I will never return to this resort. They attempted to scam me, took no accountability for their mistakes, and treated me poorly throughout my stay. If you're considering this resort, be cautious – they’ve lost my trust, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next vacation. I do not recommend this resort to anyone.
