My wife and I recently stayed here for 5 days and it was one of the most amazing experience. Every single staff member starting with the concierge was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pools were clean and the drinks were amazing. Every single server and bartender was very attentive and ready to help us with every request. The food at the buffet was 10/10, everything was fresh and made same day. We didn’t do any excursions because it was more of a relaxing vacation for us but id definitely recommend and come back again.

I wasn't sure how it would be due to the last couple of bad reviews and almost even canceled for a different resort, but I took the chance and was the best decision. I would 100% be back. The hotel is very pretty, big, luxurious and the food is delicious. Normally at resorts the food is standard but here it is pretty good. Different kinds of foods for all tastes, the drinks are great and the staff was amazing. They have 2 big pools. One for the ones that like to party and a bigger one for the ones that like to relax. The music is from 3:30 to 6pm so I'm not sure about the complaints for loud music at night. At least me, and my guests had a great time.

Wilson, Joaquin and the Rock were all great during our stay! They made sure our drinks were full, stomachs were satisfied, and fun was had! They made the trip some much more fun everyday we saw them. They also remembered us after meeting one time. The hotel was lovely and very inclusive. Everyone was very welcoming and energetic. This was the perfect place to spend my 25th birthday!

We had stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed it. We had a personal butler Emilio who help make the check in and check out process smooth make restaurant reservations and send us daily activities and events to plan for. There was always something to do and the staff cleaning team management was all on point. We look forward to coming back for another honeymoon. The food from the restaurants were surprisingly good, steak house and Mexican food was the best. Check out the spa too!

I didn't want to write this negative review but they have certainly earned it. Our stay at Breathless was the absolute worst ever. It is not up to Hyatt standards at all. This is not a 5 star resort. It is a 2.5 at best. The property is very dated which I didn't mind too much BUT: They barely clean the beach up leaving all the seaweed rotting away. If you are looking for a beach vacation, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT RESORT!! Neighboring resorts clean up their beaches and Breathless' response was "its natural" "we can't control it". Well you can certainly control cleaning it up like the neighboring resorts. We ended up spending our time at neighboring resorts and lost out on being able to order food and drinks on the beach. What did I upgrade to Xhale for? Avoid at all costs. And if you already booked, switch resorts!!
