Just spent a week at Breathless. Most of our time was spent at the xhale roof top pool. The bartenders , Julio, Jhony, and Sergio were amazing! As well as the gentleman who worked at the towel room, (sorry I don’t know his name) Food was decent. Silk on the rooftop had the best food for breakfast and dinner. Was not able to eat at the Mexican restaurant due to it only being open on Mondays, which seems odd considering we were in Mexico. Didn’t really use the beach but it is a public beach so is usually busy. They try to get you to join the unlimited vacation club, but didn’t push when we told them we weren’t interested. As much we enjoyed our stay, not sure we would go back. We have been to better resorts that offer more.

Oh my! Having the best food experiences of your life in an all-inclusive resort in Mexico is unheard of! There are lots of different options, all in very modern and fine dining locations. The clean pools and rooms are great, and the little cafes have the best matcha lattes and drinks. The staff is friendly and kind, and the room had new stuff! Overall, for the price, you get top-notch!

Amazing resort with luxury vibes and incredible service! This was our second time staying at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa, and this visit was even more special since it was during our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! The grounds are stunning, the beaches are lush, and the overall atmosphere is vibrant and elevated. The pools are beautiful — though I do wish they were slightly heated — and the bars are lively with great energy. The only small downside is that the drinks do taste a bit watered down (I’m almost certain they dilute their liquor), but that aside, everything else was top-tier. The restaurants were exceptional — truly some of the best I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The food was delicious, the presentation was stunning, and the service felt almost Michelin-level, which is rare in an all-inclusive setting. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional. The resort has a fun, adult-oriented vibe with a party atmosphere — live entertainment every night, great DJs, and even a nightclub on-site. It’s perfect if you want something upscale but lively. The only annoying part was being constantly approached by the VIP Services team pretending to offer help when they were really trying to pitch the vacation club. It became a bit much — especially during our honeymoon when we just wanted to relax. Other than that, everything was amazing. The views, the vibe, the service — all of it. We’d definitely return again and highly recommend Breathless Cancun Soul to anyone looking for a fun, luxurious, adults-only getaway with incredible energy and style.

Check was very slow, we waited over an hour just to get checked in. We arrived at 1:00, our luggage was delivered that night, after multiple calls. The restaurants are very slow and the hostess was very rude at every restaurant. What was an hour wait for our group was 2 hours and we were split up. The alcohol is bottom shelf. Bring your own bottle if you are a drinker. They ran out of draft beer the first day we were at the pool. Room service was 1-2 hours no matter when you called. We have been to multiple resorts that were so much nicer, for less money. The overall trip was terrible! We will not be back

I was invited to this resort for a tour and to discuss the vacation plans they offer, and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I visited with my mother and sister and clearly informed the staff from the very start that we always travel together as a group. After a few hours of showing us around and getting to hearing about the vacation packages they offer we politely declined. But even after declining their offers a countless number of times, the sales team continued pressuring us and refused to take no for an answer. So much so, they even offered my family a discount if they signed paperwork stating that I would be excluded from any vacation benefits or future trips with them. Beyond unacceptable. The whole ordeal lasted OVER three hours. One salesperson, Atenas, repeatedly tried to provoke me by saying I looked angry and upset simply for declining the offer — another said they would take us to his house since we must be too poor to afford the vacation package. Completely inappropriate behavior. I would have left sooner, however they charge a deposit for the tour and consultation and would only return the money if we completed the whole thing. Essentially holding my money hostage while they used every sales tactic in the book to strongarm us into buying a vacation package. I left the resort feeling completely humiliated and disrespected. I will never stay at this resort and will gladly choose from the many other places that treat people with basic respect. Which is unfortunate since the facility and location are both stunning. Management needs to seriously address their sales team.
