Absolutely the worst resort I've stayed. The pictures online are not this location, top shelf alcohol is available for club members only. The beach is not ocean front but a lagoon or bay type of water. The staff removes seaweed each morning to give an appearance that is more appealing. Oh and even though this is adult only, the beach is conveniently located where all the local people have access to the sake small portion of beach. So many children. Children are everywhere. The food is OK at best. If you have a compliant or concern, the staff simply does not care. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you are looking for an adult only gateway.

We just got back from our week at Breathless Cancun Soul. The property is beautiful, but what really stood out was the staff. Daniel, Alex, and Samantha from the entertainment team were friendly, welcoming, and made the days by the pool enjoyable. They brought great energy and helped create a fun atmosphere. Angel was our server at Fish Nets and gave us excellent service — always attentive and kind. Karla at the coffee shop greeted me every morning with a smile and knew my order within two days - a small gesture that meant a lot. We spent our last evening eating sushi at Silk City. The views at the top of the resort were spectacular. Julio made our dinner experience memorable with thoughtful service and attention to detail. We also booked spa treatments during our stay, and they were definitely worth it. The staff was professional, the space was clean and peaceful, and the treatments were well done. Overall, the service across the board was excellent. We felt taken care of and are already thinking of going back.

My friends and I went on a group trip, it was 4 couples. We were so excited for this trip only to figure out very quickly this wasn’t going to be the best experience. The hospitality overall was not great. We waited for 2 hours for our room, and someone told us that a check in person would come grab us, no one ever came. No one ever showed us to our room, gave us a tour, or showed us anything. The bar servers at the Wink bar in the lobby were HORRIBLE, even after we’d tip. 3 different nights we tried to sit for dinner as a group and was told our wait would be 2 hours and then another time we got there at 8:45 and they closed at 10, and was told 45 minutes, and then one night we walked up to get sat and they lady asked how many and we said 8 and she instantly said oh we’re closing so i can’t seat you. We watched people walk up after us and instantly getting sat. They didn’t close until 10pm and it was only 8:45. If they were closing why even ask how many people in our party. It felt like no restaurants wanted to accommodate our group party. You can only get shots at one bar which is in the lobby. No swim up pools gave out shots, and when you asked for a shot the bar tenders were so mad. Never happy. There wasn’t much of a night life, no cool shows. Staff really weren’t involved with our group at all. My friends and I are frequent travelers and have said this resort was by far the worst for hospitality, we ended up leaving the resort every night after these experiences for food and drinks because of the experiences we had, which was upsetting considering the amount of money we paid for this all inclusive.

3/5 ⭐️ — Beautiful property, but service needs work The resort is physically impressive—modern design, spacious rooms, and a beautiful rooftop pool. However, the service experience didn’t match the setting. Check-in was slow and disorganized. I was told to check in with the receptionist upstairs, but no one approached me—I had to go to them. They also push a timeshare pitch called Unlimited Vacation, asking for around $3,700 for a long-term subscription. I avoided it because I was already familiar with it from other resorts. The sushi restaurant upstairs was underwhelming. It took a long time to get food, with only one chef and one host handling everything. The rooftop pool is a highlight, and security does a good job making sure only guests re-enter after beach outings. That said, the nightclub is mostly filled with guys, and the overall vibe is geared more toward couples than solo travelers. Staff service was hit or miss—some were friendly, but several employees, especially male staff, came off as rude or unhelpful. Be sure to double-check room types—what they call an “ocean view” might actually be a partial view. Upgrades also take time to process, and the layout with multiple elevators can be confusing. Lastly, many restaurants close early (by 9–10 PM), so plan meals accordingly. Overall, a visually appealing resort with potential—but lacking the service and hospitality you'd expect at this level. They rush you out once you're checked out
