Resort was nice & clean. It’s right on the strip and has a great location (about 30 mins from the airport). The food was ok for a resort. Not a lot of options, but it was decent. THEIR ALCOHOLIC DRINKS WILL MAKE YOU SICK🤢 only drink Rum, everything else is fake! My best friend & I were both terribly sick the first time & I have 2 other friends that stayed there & had the same experience w/ the liquor. The rooms were clean and daily serviced even though the staff cut corners and did not change the pillow case with a new one, just fixed the bed. Everything on the resort closed around 10 PM except the club and bars (around 12-1AM). Altogether, the resort was nice and worth the stay. Customer service could have been better. They tried to have us pay $750 for an extended night due to our flight being canceled. Real money grab, as long as you’re paying & tipping it’s all smiles.

Went for a bachelorette party. For the price, it was pretty average. Was disappointed in how early the pool and hot tub close each day. Everyone was forced the leave the rooftop pool at 3pm for a private event. The food was mid, but drinks are good. Service is great, everyone is very nice. My favorite was the 24 hour coffee shop. Delicious drinks and sweet treats.

Absolutely gorgeous place with fantastic Service and staff. As a travel agent, I have sold this property multiple times to my clients, but never yet had the opportunity to experience it for myself, and it did not disappoint. The property itself is immaculate and you can tell they take pride in ensuring the property is of the best standards. The quality of the food was great with lots of variety and options. The beach is very well maintained with white sands and crystal Clear ocean front. Special shout out to the beach bartender Silvia- she is brilliant. Esteban working inside was always so welcoming, helpful & kind , & the masseuse Abel. Each were so personable, caring and just an overall pleasure to meet. I will for sure be back!! Cheers

READ BEFORE BOOKING! I had a great overall stay at Breathless Soul Cancun. The resort was extremely clean and had a true luxury feel throughout. I loved the variety of food options, the multiple pools, and how safe and well-maintained everything felt. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really enhanced the experience.If I could change two things, it would be the pool temperature and the restaurant wait times. The pools were on the cooler side, and the giant jacuzzi wasn’t very hot, which would have been nice to relax in if the water were warmer. Also, the restaurants often had long waits and didn’t seem able to accommodate the number of guests at the resort, so room service was sometimes the only option. I still truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this resort for its cleanliness, atmosphere, amenities, and excellent staff.

We had the best time! The food was great at all the places! The service was friendly and very helpful. Absolutely loved that there were 3 choices for pools, each with a different vibe. The rooftop top shelf and a quiet vibe, lower rooftop fun, dance, party vibe and the middle one had the activities and a fun vibe. All of them had swim up bars and two of them had food nearby. They also had some fun entertainment to watch or be a part of at night. We had 8 in our group and was able to sit together for dinner all but one time. The only negative we had for the whole place/experience was that the gym was way to small for the property/amount of people.
