If you’re looking for a place to go for a celebration, this is a fun atmosphere! I enjoyed the resort in general, but it was the people working there that made it so pleasant. Ernesto is the best and really makes everyone feel welcomed. He always went out of his way to make sure my friends and I were having a good time. We loved him. Mardo at breakfast was the most joyful person I’ve ever met and his smile was so contagious. These two really made the whole experience for us. Thank you both!! The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the food. I really enjoyed the breakfast options, but my other meals weren’t very memorable. It would be really helpful to have more vegetarian options when ordering through the app.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everyone was so kind to us, especially Robinson and a gentleman at the pool bar whose name I sadly can’t recall, possibly Luis or Jesús. He always made sure my drinks came in the cutest glasses, and they were absolutely delicious. The food was excellent, and our suite was perfect, clean, spacious, and with a breathtaking balcony view. We booked the Xhale Club (the VIP option), and I 100% recommend it. It gives you access to a rooftop pool on the 30th floor and a VIP lounge, where the staff treat you with so much kindness and attention to detail. The beach is gorgeous with calm waters and no waves. Overall, the service was flawless, and I truly wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them all properly.

My husband and I stayed here with two other couples . The resort is beautiful ! The service is excellent and the food is.. omg the food is delish! I loved the breakfast bar in morning. Lots of selection with different juices . Fish net was a great restaurant and Fransico our server had great customer service and our bartender Kevin made yummy drinks . Lots to do on the resort from karokee , pool parties with DJ’s and night club on site. The only thing I wished was better is the ocean. More clear water would be nice ! Overall is was a great place !

Just got back home from my vacation at Breathless and I'm already ready to return. That's just how much fun I had. The resort is clean, the room are amazing. The customer service was absolutely awesome. Sebastian the tour rep didnt just set you up for the tours he answered all the questions. Estanban we thank you for setting up the birthday cabana for my sister and it's not often that we come to an island and meet someone from our area. He also setup up our dinner arrangements at the breathtaking Spin City. I don't remember our waiter and chef's name but the were equally as awesome. Sophie was our tour guide and she didnt make us feel pressured to buy anything. She was so easy to speak to and while we couldn't commit to anything. They still gave us our $200 voucher to use and it definitely helped. Let me not forget The abyss swim up bar the baretender there was great too. I could go on and on about this resort so it's needless to say I highly recommend and definitely plan to come again!! Thank you Breathless for making my sissy 50th birthday a birthday never to forget!!!

What a wonderful stay we just completed over the Labor Day weekend. Food was excellent. Location is close to Cancun airport. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate in every way. We did the Exhale Club level service and would do it again- 100%. Shout out to our pool waiters Roger and Edwin. Left us in need of anything. Our pool concierge Vincent was fabulous and anticipated our needs before we even asked. Highly recommend this resort and staff.
