This is a lovely resort. The rooms and main building are very clean and have excellent amenities. The pool area is fantastic. Note that as of January 2026, damage from a recent typhoon has limited direct beach access--one can still get to the water, but outdoor lounging is really limited to the pool deck. The service is outstanding and there is a free shuttle to take you to the Ancient City. There are a number of excellent local restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely hotel. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The rooms are all ocean facing, the swimming pool is large and inviting. The pool area lawns spill on to the beach. At the time of our visit the beaches had been severely damaged by the recent typhoon, to make up for us not being able to use the beach we were given several lovely vouchers including for meals and spa treatments. The staff are lovely and welcome you like long lost family. There is a free shuttle to the Old Town or you can use a Grab taxi for the 11 minute drive. We highly recommend this hotel.

was my first time visiting the Hoi An area. I had such a peaceful stay at the Hoi An Boutique Resort. The staff were all incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was also great, but most of all, I loved the swimming pool! The length and depth were perfect for an adult, and the surrounding palm trees created a beautiful atmosphere. I really hope to be back soon!

The hotel is located in an area not too far from the old town. Great spacious rooms and facilities are awesome as well. Great pool, and breakfast options. Staff are really kind and helpful. I would stay again if I visited Hoi An again.

Clean. Good sized, tastefully decorated rooms. Comfortable bed. Breakfast spread is excellent. Pool and beach very nice. Get up at 0500 and walk along the beach. Sunrise is around 530 - great time to see locals playing and exercising to start their day - beautiful sunrise over the Cham islands. Beach is safe and clean. Nobody hassles you - in fact these are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people in all of Asia. Xin Chao (hello) and smiles all round. Room service is good quality food. Prices are very reasonable. Turn down service is great. Guests - 99% Caucasian. Many middled aged couples or middle aged couples with children mostly early teens. Civilised atmosphere. Gym isn’t great - just two treadmills, a bike and some dumbbells and a bench - a better gym would be my number one request. Didn’t try the spa. Staff all very friendly and polite. Short ride by Grab (get the app!) into town - cheaper than the hotel shuttle and gets you wherever you want or need to be - literally a couple of bucks. Overall great - would recommend and return. 45 mins to Da Nang airport. Hotel transfer pricing is very very reasonable. Thank you to all of the staff.
