Lovely hotel. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The rooms are all ocean facing, the swimming pool is large and inviting. The pool area lawns spill on to the beach. At the time of our visit the beaches had been severely damaged by the recent typhoon, to make up for us not being able to use the beach we were given several lovely vouchers including for meals and spa treatments. The staff are lovely and welcome you like long lost family. There is a free shuttle to the Old Town or you can use a Grab taxi for the 11 minute drive. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely resort. The rooms and main building are very clean and have excellent amenities. The pool area is fantastic. Note that as of January 2026, damage from a recent typhoon has limited direct beach access--one can still get to the water, but outdoor lounging is really limited to the pool deck. The service is outstanding and there is a free shuttle to take you to the Ancient City. There are a number of excellent local restaurants within walking distance.

Exceptional hotel in beautiful grounds with easy beach access and truly deserving of it's 5* rating We completed eight nights here based on a friend's recommendation as they stayed last year and we were so sorry to leave! Situated on a stunning beach the hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus into and back from the hustle and hustle of HoiAn (15-20min journey) though Grab Taxis are very cheap. All of the rooms, pool and gardens have WiFi access and the rooms are really well equipped with complimentary water and are suitable for any duration of stay....though if you need anything you "just need to ask" Outside of the hotel you have three or four restaurants and a mini market, whilst the beach has a number of small bars if you fancy staying local and trying something different..though the food in the hotel restaurant was good. "Happy Hour" around either the beach bar or the pool bar is great value and if you get chance say hi to Mr Hieu 😎 Based on our stay and experience I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will be doing so to family and friends

was my first time visiting the Hoi An area. I had such a peaceful stay at the Hoi An Boutique Resort. The staff were all incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast was also great, but most of all, I loved the swimming pool! The length and depth were perfect for an adult, and the surrounding palm trees created a beautiful atmosphere. I really hope to be back soon!

Amazing hotel with great service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and offered advice. There is hotel transit to town which makes travel much easier. Great location.
