Borei Angkor is located just 1.2 km from the Siem Reap River. The staff here is exceptionally courteous—they greet you every time you leave the hotel and again when you return from your excursions. Their service truly feels next level. The entire property is spotless, including the room we stayed in. The bedding was very comfortable, and overall the stay was extremely relaxing. Considering it’s a 5-star hotel, I found the breakfast to be just okay, but everyone’s preferences are different. Mudita Spa was outstanding—the service there was amazing. Overall, great staff, great service, and a truly wonderful stay.

Great experience staying at the hotel Nov 2025 - luxurious without being pretentious. Good location, convenience store next door and Tuk Tuk into town very cheap ($1 US if book via Grab or if negotiation with drivers out front $1-2). Check in and out was very smooth. Breakfast buffet is amazing - great egg station, mix of Asian and western options all perfectly prepared. Pool area is lovely - was never packed out and great place to relax. The rooms were spacious plenty of room for luggage. Although the hotel is not modern in its style it's beautiful and rooms spotless. Has all the extras including toiletries, lots of hanging space and balcony. We tried both Ox Club and all day dining restaurant . The Ox Club was amazing - fine dining, food was beautiful, great friendly service and pleasant aesthetic. We tried the all day restaurant and the pool side food (as the weather was bad) and the food was okay - on the pricey side similar to most hotel restaurants. Note the quoted price on menu doesn't include tax or service charge so it's 17% higher. Drink prices standard for hotel -from $3 a beer. The friendly staff are what make the hotel stand out - the concierge checked in multiple times and arranged a Tuk Tuk tour and even called ahead to book us table at a restaurant in town when we told them where we planned to go. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I loved the hotel from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Colonial style, with Cambodian architecture, the vegetation transports you to some exotic jungle location. The facilities are wonderful, as are the meals, breakfasts and dinners. The staff are always smiling, ready to help and make you feel cared for at all times. 100% recommended.

We stayed at Borei Hotel with our two teenage children, in two connecting rooms, and everything flowed perfectly. The staff – especially the head of reception – were elegant, professional, and incredibly kind, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant Indochina-French inspired décor, perfectly located for both excursions and city life. One of its restaurants, the French-style one, is truly an ode to exquisiteness and good taste in its mise en place. A genuine oasis of peace and comfort without pretension.

Great location! Easy access to old market, pub street, night market, museum, pagodas and Temples… Staff are super nice, polite, welcoming and speak well in multiple languages including English. Greets you every-time you arrive back at the hotel and walks you through the lobby. Staff always ensures you are well taken care of!
