Disappointing there was no specific area for entertainment apart from pool bar. Felt like we were sitting in a corridor. Clean, very white , almost clinical though. No warmth, some staff a bit offhand ( end of season blues maybe). We were half board but no drinks other than water included at dinner. No coffees juices etc. Restaurant manager embarrassed my husband on our first night when he'd taken a squash drink. He felt humiliated. So no option but to pay for upgrade to get a coffee at dinner. We've had buffet style before but this felt like school dinners.Food looked very inviting but a bit bland. Not a lot of options for vegetarians at dinner. Location was good. We'd just had a cruise so perhaps we were spoiled by the service and food. Would go back to Alcudia but certainly a different hotel.

I recently stayed at AluaSoul Alcudia Bay for my summer holiday with my family and it absolutely did NOT disappoint! We stayed for 5 days and did all inclusive. I wish we’d have stayed a little longer to take advantage of all of the wonderful amenities and activities more but we did have a fab 5 days non the less (and managed to squeeze a lot in with time to sunbathe left over). Everything from the cleanliness and quality of the hotel rooms to the food was fantastic! I have been to a few hotels and done half-board before and the food offered was sub-par but this was fab!! Lots of variety and each night my family and I were shocked with the quality - brilliant! Lovely pool and lovely seating area too and outside bar just beside it! The most important aspect to mention, though, is the staff. Every single interaction with staff members was so lovely. Everyone is incredibly helpful and smiley - they made the experience that much better! I have to give special mention to Davide and Gian Luca (the entertainment team), who would chat personally with every guest whilst (and between) leading the super fun activities! Despite how busy they were, they always made time for the guests - they never stopped. It was so lovely to get to know them and feel so involved in the sort of little community that was created at the hotel whilst we were there! Excuse the mammoth message - I can’t recommend this place enough! :)

We had the absolute best time at this hotel. Our holiday has been perfect thanks to the amazing staff. Everybody was really friendly, big shout out to Davide who was a fantastic entertainer. He was never forceful when it came to activities, always full of enthusiasm and friendly with everyone. He seemed to remember everyone's name! All of the staff were helpful and approachable, always service with a smile. The room was lovely, always tidied and cleaned daily by the great domestic staff. All inclusive was brilliant, lots of choice at mealtimes to suit everyone. Lots of drinks to choose from at the pool bar. Overall I can't say enough about how great our experience was. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone!

Had a wonderful time here with my partner for 10 days.. Davide was amazing all day every day for the entertainment, upbeat from morning until evening but not pushy. Quizzes, bingo, karaoke, sangria making and more are some of the evening entertainment. The hotel is very clean and tidy and staff are there constantly to make sure your plates are removed and drinks are full and they have a cocktail of the day which was always great! Plenty to eat in the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and tea including snacks twice a day every day and depending on your length of stay a free night in the restaurant which again was fabulous! Plenty of sunbeds in the sun and shade/Parasols and two pools, one big and one small. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach if that, 25 minutes to the port with a fair few bars of you have a good wonder round and only €7 to the old town including market on Sundays.

Great hotel only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 25 minutes walk from the old town. Good rooms which are clean and have decent air con. All staff are amazing. They're very friendly and will help you with anything. The entertainers in particular: Davide and Gian Luca are brilliant and provide entertainment all day including archery, water polo, table tennis and darts. The food was also very nice with enough choices. Thanks for a great stay!
