One, if not, the best family holiday we had. Our 11 and 14 year old made a bunch of friends on day 2 and I barely saw them after that. They had the time of their lives. The food was absolutely stunning! Lovely family hotel. We have so many fond memories from our time. Epic!

My recent stay at Hotel Bon Sol in Mallorca was overall quite disappointing, particularly considering the price paid. Here are my thoughts: **Accommodation and Service:** - The hotel itself feels a bit dated and is in need of a refresh. For a hotel of this calibre, I expected better service, such as assistance with bags to and from the room, concierge recommendation and other basic services, which was not provided. **Breakfast Experience:** - The breakfast experience was frustrating. Each morning, there was a long queue, sometimes up to 30 minutes, just to get eggs cooked. This wait made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. I suggest implementing a system where staff take and deliver orders to improve the overall guest experience. **Pool and Leisure Areas:** - The lack of available staff around the pool and leisure areas was noticeable. There was only ever one bartender at the pool bar, leading to slow service and long waits. Ideally, guests should be served more quickly, and staff should be more proactive in offering to take orders and deliver drinks and snacks poolside. **Value for Money:** - In my opinion, the stay was not worth the money. The issues with service and facilities significantly detracted from the experience and natural beauty of the property. **Positive Notes:** - On a positive note, the staff who were working were friendly and helpful. Additionally, it was a nice touch to have food provided for our late check-in. In summary, while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for the price paid. Improvements in service and facilities are needed to provide better value for money.

This family owned hotel resort has to be one of the most elegant and unique places that we've encountered . The bus is easy to catch into town. The car rental across the street is good value. The tunnels and elevators in the hotel need to be learned. The breakfast is perfect. Two pools and the private beach are glorious.
