I am from UK. Had only came back home from turkey yesterday. I had booked this hotel for 5 days Me my husband and 2 daughters were very pleased with our stay. The staffs here made us very welcomed. On arrival I wasn't happy with the room provided to us. As we all were grown we were offered a bunked which my both daughters weren't very happy. But they immediately gave us a room on first floor the rooms were big with AC and lovely view. The food was fresh and amazing too.there are 3 swimming pools for all age groups. Beach and matket is walking distance. I do reccomend anyone who wants to book this hotel. Thank you to the both main staff who made our stay pleasant 😊 Thank you

The hotel is HORRIBLE!!! it’s dirty, they don’t change the towels, they don’t change the bedsheets. If you finish the soap or the sugar they will not replace it. The reception never answers at the phone. They charge you money if you use the wifi. This hotel ruined my vacation it’s the most terrific hotel i’ve ever been. THERE ISN’T THE BEACH! the beach is a public one very dirty looks like a dump. Everything is very very dirty! The only positive thing is the position! this hotel is definitely not 4 star but 2!!

Best resort ever. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. We enjoy staying at this hotel and hope to come again next year. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helped us with everything. They also exchanged us for an immediate family room for the standard room at no charge. . Thank you bodrum beach resort

This hotel took two payments from us and will not refund us for our agent booking. They claimed we didn’t have a booking upon arrival and made us pay by cash for one night only when we originally booked two nights as apparently they were full on the second night. The staff are rude and I find it quite amazing how these people can fraudulently do this especially to foreigners. The hotel itself is fine, although the air conditioning unit was leaking water in the bedroom.

the hotel is worth the money. the rooms are clean, cleaned every day. the food is not bad. liked the spa very much. excellent massage, good specialists do. I recommend visiting the spa. I feel refreshed, as if reborn. I recommend visiting Arda👍🏻
