Overall, the resort is well kept, elegant, and very pleasant, with a calm and classy atmosphere throughout the property. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool area is truly impressive. Many staff members were friendly and professional, though the service sometimes felt more commercial than guest-focused. While most interactions were pleasant, a few staff members appeared less welcoming. The fitness room could benefit from a more substantial upgrade, especially given the resort’s high-end positioning. Dining at the resort’s restaurant, L’Ocean, was mixed. Breakfast was enjoyable overall; however, the selection was fairly limited for guests with dairy allergies or lactose intolerance, which was surprising at this level. On several occasions, the soft-boiled eggs were undercooked, with the egg white still runny, which may not suit all guests. On one occasion, my meal order was incorrect, and when the correct dish was eventually served, the accompanying salad was not fresh. While mistakes can happen, this was disappointing given expectations around food quality and attention to detail. However, the New Year’s dinner was truly stunning, with a wide variety of options and beautifully presented dishes that felt more like works of art. This experience stood out as a highlight and showed the level of quality the resort is clearly capable of delivering. Internet connectivity was inconsistent during my stay. At times the connection was very weak or unavailable altogether, which was unexpected for a resort of this standard. As Koh Samui’s tap water is not drinkable and the climate is very hot, it was disappointing that there were no complimentary water stations available for guests. Bottled water was sold at a relatively high price and only offered in plastic bottles, with no glass alternatives available in the restaurants. Given the heat, relying solely on plastic bottles was somewhat concerning. More thoughtful and sustainable water options would better align with the resort’s otherwise polished experience.

Lovely hotel, traditional, friendly, attentive and a 10 minute walk to Fisherman's Village. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and we have had a superb and relaxing stay. The grounds are spotless, the gardens pruned; nothing is out of place. The staff from Lobby, gardens, pool and restaurant couldnt do anything more to look after you, and all with a smile. The staff are a credit to this hotel. The pool temperature is warm and inviting, the sun loungers are comfortable, and the beach is accessible within a few steps. Breakfast, lunch and evening food is delicious. Happy hours reduce the price of cocktails and beer by 30%. The room we stayed in was spotless and exactly like the photos on their website. The room temperature can be adjusted via an electronic panel at the bedside, as well as other convenient thing such as lighting and do not disturb for housekeeping. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel, I highly recommend it

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless from top to bottom — you can tell they take real pride in keeping everything clean and fresh. The staff were wonderful: warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was a standout each morning — delicious, generous, and a perfect way to start the day. The gardens are stunning! The pool is large and clean. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here for a couple days before heading to the south of the Island and were blown away by the hospitality. The staff here are incredible. The architecture is also stunning, we really appreciated the traditional Thai vibe of everything. Sadly it had just been raining so we couldn’t swim in the ocean but had a great time hanging by the pool. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Do not miss dinner at the Thai restaurant, it was a highlight during our time at the resort, we loved the live music at the entry of the restaurant. We cannot wait to come back and stay here! Thank you to the lovely staff for an incredible stay!

We already miss this amazing place 🥹 Their service is exceptional, the feeling that there is a team that really cares about you having fun and enjoying yourself and the whole place and their level of service is different. They have never served me and my wife at this level. The room was huge and amazing and very clean and tidy and the breakfast was breathtaking with the view of the pool and the sea. The whole team always wanted us to feel comfortable and they made sure to solve any problem we had and for us it was perfect and we really loved the place and in general we miss Koh Samui very much!!!
