We stayed here in a plunge pool villa. Room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Large shower and large tub in bathroom with double sinks. Our plunge pool was too cool for our taste but it had been raining a lot and not much sun. Staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the resort which is the only complaint I would have--it was mediocre. There are many good restaurants nearby to walk to. The beach is nice and walkable. We used the kayaks provided on two occasions. Would definitely recommend this resort.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. From the minute we arrived in Koh Samui we were made to feel welcomed by the hotel. They picked us up from the airport in a hotel mini van which had plenty of room and took us direct to the hotel which took about 20 mins. On arrival we were greeted warmly by staff who talked us through the necessary paperwork and provided us with a refreshment. We were then shown to our room and provided a description of all room amenities. The room itself was very beautiful and well decorated. Everything worked and the TV even had Netflix, prime etc so you have the ability to sign into your apps if you want. Useful when traveling with kids and might want some chill time. If I had one small gripe it would be that the pillows were very soft, but I never asked the staff for anything else so I am unclear if they have alternative pillows. The staff are very helpful and helped to sort several taxis out for us including a round the island tour taxi which was very enjoyable. It was more convenient as we didn't have to worry about money and it was all added to our overall bill. The restaurant is lovely and right at the pool / beach. Food is plentiful and again nicely presented and tastes delicious. The pool is lovely and relaxing with towels provided and we always found a bed to rest on. The hotel is right on the beach and is easily accessible to town for further restaurants, bars and shops. We had an excellent stay and didn't want to leave. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for couples and families and can't wait to return in the future. The staff are amazing and friendly and really make the resort feel special.

The service at the hotel was fairly good. Chasing after staff to get a drink around the pool was a slight issue. Towel boys were very proactive. Maybe a bit too proactive as they did seem to want to use as many towels as possible. Breakfast was standard resort fare. Nothing exceptional. The position of the hotel on bophut beach was good. The room we had was Deluxe Room with outdoor spa. The room was fairly tired. Needed an update desperately. Wouldn't have gone near the spa. The room was clean, just extremely dated. The toilet was the most bizarre part. It was basically in the bedroom. The toilet door had a gap of about 30cm (1 foot) at the bottom and top between the floor and the roof. It was a half door. All smells and noises to be kindly shared with your significant other. The bathroom setup was really awkward. Bit hard to say it was worth the money they were charging. Close walk to the (extremely weird) fisherman's village.

The stay here in Bophut Resort and Spa was a dream! The rooms are very large and spacious, making it ideal for couples and families. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous, and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The entire resort is very clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of hot dishes, which is something I personally value. It is located next to Fisherman‘s village (a night market really nice to walk) and easily accessible on foot. For a relaxing and peaceful stay, Bophut Resort and Spa is my top choice. I will definitely come back!

This is our third visit to this amazing resort. We were greeted by Khan Nick with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a colourful sarong and a bowl of fresh fruit, and taken to our fabulous garden villa where the bed was decorated with stunning flowers welcoming us back. We were treated like royalty by everyone from Mai who laid out beach towels on sunbeds, the cleaners who valeted our room every day, Khan Eck and his fabulous staff in the beach side restaurant, the friendly and efficient reception staff to the lad who came to our room every evening to light the mosquito repellent candles and lay out our slippers by the bed. It is beautifully located on a stunning, quiet beach just 10 minutes walk away from the bustling Fishermans Village where we dined out on street food, cocktails from the pop-bars and hassled with street vendors. Cannot wait to come back.
