We had a fantastic stay here from the 18th to the 22nd of April. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless and cleaned regularly, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The food was exactly what you’d hope for from an all-inclusive – plenty of variety at every meal, with something to suit everyone’s taste. We also loved that there were snacks available throughout the day, perfect for keeping us going between meals. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! Just want to add a huge thanks to the entertainment team that were there during our stay ; Alejandro, Tamara, Alba, Shannon, Pablo, Marko, Marina ( apologies if I have any of your names wrong ) we loved you guys, even down to watching you rehearse. You were all incredible, friendly and do such an incredible job. We appreciated all the effort you put in to perform such great shows for everyone.

Great location, excellent staff and excellent value for money. Rooms are large and plentiful - they are to meet basic needs rather than pile on the luxury but there are 3 pools and plenty of loungers and outdoor seating which even when really busy there was still somewhere for everyone. An option today for drinks if you aren’t all inclusive and always met with a smile. Cocktails were amazing! We had a 1 bed apartment and the rooms were comfortable, spotless and stacked with all the basics and storage, including a full kitchenette and a proper under the counter style fridge. Supermarket literally round the corner behind 2 STUNNING restaurants (Nevada is perfection). Food here is great! Our check out was 11am and our flight was only at 11pm, they let us pay to keep our luggage in a secure locker so we could enjoy our last day. If anything we can say the area and the hotel grounds are honestly spotless. Looks like it’s been spruced up and not left to get tired. We will definitely return. Have realistic expectations and you will not be disappointed. :)

An incredible holiday resort! Paid for all inclusive and it was worth it. 3 beautiful pools and our room was lovely too. A big shout out to Georgia on the reception desk who helped us with any issues or queries we had. Daniel and Shannon from the entertainment team were lovely as well. Our last night we watched the Bollywood show that the team put in which was a great show to watch! You can tell the team took great care and effort to put on a great performance for everyone. My only feedback would be based on the size of the resort only having one restaurant at peak times in the year would be crazy. It started to get busier near the end of the week and that showed a little glimpse at what it would be like in summer. The buffet restaurant was nice, with places to sit outside as well. Seemed to be a nice variety of options each day. But I think this resort would benefit from an extra restaurant buffet space or expanding the current one.

Family of 4. 2 adults. 2 kids. Self catering. Absolutely brilliant holiday and the hotel is very family friendly. Rooms could do with a little tlc, nothing major just like new shower heads, kettle, etc. The location is perfect! 5 min walk to the center and beach. Lovely reception staff, cleaners, bar, and entertainment. Would highly recommend.

We’ve stayed 5 days at the hotel in easter time. Reception: We had a very poor experience, no information provided by reception, had to ask for all inclusive wristbands, they didn’t mention no details about anything - we had to ask where our room is, what time dinner is served, definitely understaffed hotel and also one hour standing in a queue to check in! The food: was not tasty at all, the main issue was- it was not salty at all, the same dishes served every day. Fancy small rubbish bin put on each table to clean after yourself 😅 why not! rooms: very good size with private balcony which was lovely but very old, not cleaned during our 5 days stay at all!!! I’ve sent two emails to reception asking for cleaning- then only our bed has been made and rubbish removed; the bathroom was not cleaned at all, floor not washed/ broomed - disgusting! Fridge- old and dirty. (Photos attached) Water: the water in a tap is extremely salty, you cannot use it for brushing your teeth, you can’t even use it for a tea. We haven’t been informed by reception about that as well. Extra costs: lots of additional charges for reusable caps in a bar, Billard in the garden, lockers etc. The location was good, worth renting a car to travel around, a few nice small beaches around. Hotel definitely not recommended, absolutely not 4 start, poor 3!
