The hotel is located only a minutes walk from the town which is amazing. the rooms and the hotel itself is cleanly and the entertainment is good at night. It’s very quiet during the day and at night. the staff are mostly friendly however some staff in the kitchen weren’t the nicest and didn’t take complaints about raw food well. The food is very limited and most times we went to the buffet the food wasn’t replenished and you could tell it had been out all day, we had to eat out most nights even though we paid for the all inclusive package but overall it was a nice hotel.

Very happy overall for the price we paid. The room was quite basic but nice and fulfilled all our needs. The only issue were the two twin beds as opposed to a double bed. Me and my girlfriend would constantly be pushing the beds back together. The beds themselves could have been softer too but were comfortable enough. Food was fine - at least there is a lot of it and plenty of choice so we never went hungry. Only went out once for dinner during our stay. I'd say the highlight was the activities the animation team put together - special shout-out to Arthur and his colleague can't remember her name but they were really good fun. Played water polo with a few other guests and a few rounds of intense darts were played. It got very competitive but everyone was so friendly and respectful. Great fun! The absolute highlight goes out toJoanna the masseuse! She was such a natural! Best massage I had ever had - the 45 minutes just flew by. Felt so relaxed afterwards. 100% worth the extra cash. If you come here please show Joanna your love and book a massage. My girlfriend and I adored her. She alone has boosted my score from a 3 to a 4 star review. 10/10 Joanna well done! You are the only reason my girlfriend and I would come back! Freddie & Georgie

Arrival and greeted with cava which was a nice touch . Room 501 was very dated and in need of update we had a flood in room from above apartment which was dealt with straight away and we where moved to another room which was much nicer . Sabina who worked the bar was very friendly and made our holiday . Entertainment was good in evenings . Never problem with sunbeds but lots being reserved . Spa was good and if you don’t have room cleaned you can have a special cocktail or a sauna instead we enjoyed both . It’s not the best hotel in the world but for what you pay its value for money . But needs the rooms to be updated

3rd time we have stayed in Fuerteventura, our first time in Corralejo & overall we did have a nice time. First impressions of the room was that it was a bit tired looking but it was OK. The door was slightly broken & looked like someone had tried to break in previously. The beds are not very comfortable they're very hard, and the pull out bed was awful to sleep on. Some of the staff were lovely I'm not sure why but quite a few weren't very friendly and never smiled almost bordering on being rude. I don't know if that is to do with the tensions in the Canaries in general with tourists but it didn't make us feel very welcome at times. There was a note in the room regarding not reserving sunbeds and for the first few days this was great and no early morning scrabble but soon enough everyone started getting up early with towels to the point we couldn't be bothered fighting for a bed so we went to the beach quite a few days and missed our lunch at the hotel (we had the all inclusive package) The restaurant at times was busy and the staff worked really hard to try and replenish things quickly but often rang out of glasses, cutlery etc. The food however was very nice, lots of choice and always something for everyone. There was various theme nights BBQ, chinese, mexican, etc and the profiteroles are very popular! We found the location to be quite central not too far from some lovely shops, bars restaurants and only about 10 mins walk to the beaches nearby. The 2 pools are also lovely, a lively one with activities and music then there was a quiet one so you are able to choose. Our holiday fell over halloween, it was lovely how the animation team asked various holiday makers if they'd be happy for the children to knock on their doors and the hotel would provide the sweets. The town had a great parade and really went to town with decorating the main street. It was a lovley atmosphere with some fabulous costumes and marching band. So overall a mixed bag really.

I would love to give this hotel a 5* rating. The hotel is ideally located close to the shops and restaurants, but lovely and quiet around the pool and gardens. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the 2 hard-working entertainment members. The reason for the missing * is the mediocre food that gets served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm sure most of it comes out for every meal. The food is lukewarm at best and there are no covers preventing flies from walking all over it. If you're all-inclusive, my suggestion would be to make use of the free drinks, but eat out at the far superior restaurants locally. There are literally hundreds.
