Discard all the 5-star reviews mentioning 360 video as it's a marketing scam to increase 5-star reviews for the hotel!!! - You can do this 360 'experience' for free but you need to give them a 5-star review (and the lady watches as you post it!). I didn't find this hotel to meet our 4-star expectations, and was the worst Labranda we've been to. Though the grounds are really nice, general maintenance throughout is needed (which you'd expect a 4-star to fix immediately such as door at the men's loos in the lobby couldn't be open/closed properly, broken parasols by the pool). Pools are nice but besides the kids pool they weren't heated. Room - spacious and clean but some simple maintenance is necessary, e.g., our front door were very difficult to lock. Toiletries - only hand soap (also in the shower), no shower gel or shampoo. Food - bit of a hit and miss, buffet is definitely on the smaller side but besides few lunches, we always found something nice to eat. Plus is that every day there is fresh fish or sea food. But some dishes were very bland, the biggest disappointment was their paella which you'd expect to be good given it's the national dish. Restaurant is nice with a pretty terrace but definitely needs a floor manager - food mislabelled all the time, if food dropped on the floor then it would be there the whole lunch/dinner. As we were there with a 7 month old baby, we asked for a soft boiled single veggie every night with no salt - on day 3 they just gave me the soup that was for everyone so after that we didn't bother and rather gave her some fruit. Bar/drinks - drinks were definitely a plus of the hotel, we found them to be of good quality. San Miguel on tap, original Cola, Fanta etc. They also have whiskey cream and sparkling wine. But beer taps/drinks post mix not always working, you had to ask a few times before they fixed it. The lobby bar wasn't open for two days at all (with no sign or apology for this). Staff - generally friendly and nice, but communication between them is really bad and some receptionists weren't very friendly. Animation - the worst we've ever seen. There was nothing for 2 days at all, and the other days there's just one guy. The programme is very poor - honestly not even sure what was happening during the day, felt like not much, usually just some board/card game in the afternoon. Kid's disco in the evening was way too early and majority of kids were still having dinner. The evening programme was usually live music or 'disco' - quite bad every time (so we ended up sitting in the lobby bar when it was open). Location - quite a distance from beaches and shops and the walk to get to the sea side isn't nice as it's by a busy road, but there is a shortcut through a gravel road. It's a good location to do the hike to Montana Roja.

Still staying here for next three nights. I have to say the hotel is very basic no facilities for kids. Mini disco was cancelled and replaced with some bingo game. The worst part is the food , seriously guys please add something for vegetarians. It is shocking that there was absolutely nothing vegetarians can eat today. Kids have to just eat bread and sleep tonight. Had pasta at least for last three nights and tonight there is not even that. Have to spend again to get some food from nearby restaurant now. Seriously seriously avoid this hotel if you are a vegan or Vegetarians. Evening entertainment is just live music , if you are expecting to have some fun activities please be prepared there is nothing here.

We were allocated a ground floor apartment in block of flats on arrival instead of a bungalow. This was changed after complaining at reception. The cleaning person was very sloppy and I had to ask another cleaner to wash the floor and supply toilet rolls etc. 501 was our bungalow. We could see the staff in the restaurant were doing their best it was children’s parents lack of discipline making their work difficult. Dining on the terrace was lovely. Tricky to get to the beach but certainly an experience!

Just returned from a 7day vist. All inclusive with 1x 2bed suit and 2x one bed suits. Can't fault any of the staff All friendly and very attentive. Most speak English or try (its dont hurt for holiday makers to know some basic Spanish either 😝) Day one noticed our fridge in room was only warm. Told reception and was replaced with a brand new one few hours later, In the room little bits like shower leaked slightly but nothing abnormal for a few year old room used all year round. Bedding and room itself was clean and the house keepers cleaned daily. Food was good and was themed every day so had a mixture (always had a chips and pizza option for people who didn't fancy the theme) im rather fussy but always found food to eat. Pool bar also serves things like toasty, burgers etc The pool itself was clean tidy, little chilly but was nice on hot days. Wasn't really any sunbed wars and we manged to get 4beds most of the times (did have one afternoon was full but just walked from room in swimming costumes and placed towels on edge) did notice a couple of times there were beds reserved with towels at 8am and the people didnt turn up till 4pm! Only a short walk from beach and lots of little supermarkets near by. Wifi dont work any where other than reception area, the signal is there all over the resort but can't get ip address or connect to Internet (definitely a connection problem to the repeater router somewhere) our phones have unlimited data for roaming so didnt actually effect us but may do others. Would definitely recommend 👍

Hotel Mediocre There’s something missing with this resort, and it falls well short of 4-star standards. After a long journey, our rooms weren’t ready for hours, and the reception staff were unhelpful — not a great start. The hotel needs general maintenance, especially around the pool where split fibreglass could easily cause injury. The kids’ football pitch is hard concrete, cracked, and covered in gravel — children ended up with grazes after slipping. It’s surrounded by high stone walls, nothing like the safe AstroTurf pitches found in nearby hotels. The food lacked variety and flavour, and the resort overall feels tired and understaffed. Our room backed onto the pool bar, making it impossible to sleep before 10:15 p.m., and with the entertainment manager off sick, there were no children’s activities all week. There’s also no gym and no on-site shop, despite what you might expect from a resort of this rating. We’ve stayed in far better 4-stars locally — this one’s barely a 3-star. Book elsewhere
