Overall this is decent accomodation for the price. All the staff we met are friendly and helpful. The room (310) was spacious and had a good balcony to relax on. The linen is clean and I slept very well. The bathroom is generally ok but tired. The condition of the bath is very poor. They could do with getting rid of the bath and having it tiled as a shower only. We stayed as Bed & Breakfast. Again, I realise we didn't splash out on the cost of the holiday but the cooked food for breakfast was cheap, bland and barely luke warm. Location, if you don't mind walking or getting a taxi everywhere you're ok. We found a commercial centre around 10 minutes walk away that had great bars and restaurants. To walk to the main centre was a further 15 minutes ish.

The hotel welcome was excellent, with warm, friendly and always helpful staff. The housekeeping team did a remarkable job: the rooms were clean, well maintained and carefully looked after every day. The animation/entertainment team was dynamic and friendly, creating a great atmosphere throughout the stay. The meals were good, although there could have been a wider selection of specialties. The bar staff was truly wonderful: the whole team was pleasant, friendly, helpful and very kind. You immediately feel welcome, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. A real pleasure to spend time there, thank you all! A very nice experience overall, thanks to the entire hotel team!

I just had a 5 days all inclusive in this Hotel and have to say I have mixed feelings, in General the hotel is really good, BUT.. there's a lot to improve. We initially booked this hotel as we loved what the pools looked like, however they were a big let down! They were insanely COLD! Which made it basically impossible to use them. (They were much colder than the sea water and it was November time) so that was a big let down cause we didn't use them, they also charge to use the spa and the indoor jacuzzi, which I thought it was included in the all inclusive. Internet, there's no WiFi in the rooms or communal areas apart than the main reception, once you're past reception there's not even signal to use your own Data so the whole time we had to keep going to reception to check our phones. Ideally they need to solve this ASAP The entertainment was absolutely awful, in sure if it's because it's November, however, the hotel was busy. There should be more, budget for the entertainment. The all inclusive drinks, well, they were ok, however I hated that you're extremely limited and that cocktail of the day rule, I tried the cocktail of the day everyday and they were terrible, HOWEVER, the staff at the bar was incredibly nice and helpful so they will try offer something else that adjust to the all inclusive rules. (Big shout out to all the Bar staff who were excellent) Food, now, for we paid I wasn't expecting much from the restaurant, however they really surprised us! Everyday the food was to die for, and the amount of selections and options were extremely good. The amount of variety on the salads was really good too, in general the Food was really really good, well done to the kitchen team for the great food and the logistics at the restaurant. The location was really good too, there are bus stops close by, so you can get around easily and be in Grandes Playas in less than 10mins. I would definitely be back, but please sort out the freezing pools!

On arrival to this hotel we were greeted very politely with a member of staff who spoken great English. We stayed for a number of 5 days and it was lovely for the time being. A big problem with this hotel is the cockroaches. We saw 2 cockroaches one on the floor in the restaurant and another eating scrambled egg on the counter in the restaurant. And the worst one was I had awoken to one perched on my shoulder which gave me quite the fright. We went to reception which they proceeded to give us a repellent spray; unfortunately since it was on the bed we just had to end up removing the pest by ourselves. The drinks and food are okay here. They did one night which was sushi and Chinese style dishes which were superbly made. But the other nights were rather repetitive and a bit underwhelming to be honest. The bathroom in our room was not up to the greatest condition. Moulding in the shower which is understandable but still not very pleasant. Staff were extremely friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The pools shall I say were absolutely freezing. There are 4 pools, one very shallow, a kids one with slides, and 2 main pools. All was absolutely freezing unfortunately. And most commonly, you have to get out early for a sun lounger. The location of the hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The town centre is about 20-30 minute walk or less than 10 minutes in a taxi which for us came up to a total price of €7 euros. The hotel does have a shop for any sort of essentials you may have forgotten or ran out of. And also sells food/snacks and drinks.

Hotel was good, food let’s say: lunch and dinner really good, breakfast- every day the same (English breakfast of somone really like it) Staff and hotel service were great! Really friendly people, restaurant clean just a bit busy sometimes. Really nice pools. 4stars for room because our air con was not working, WiFi it’s really poor connection, so if you would like to check your phone evening time the best idea is go to reception. And seriously bad point for hotel “towel reservation of sunbeds”. One day I just want try to have a look and yes, 6am towels on sunbeds🤣💪 So if you would like to lay and relax close to pool… you know what to do 💪😆 Otherwise great hotel! Highly recommend ;)
