Spent a couple of days with a group of friends here. The rooms were newly refurbished with new air con. Had a slight problem which was quickly dealt with. The drinks service was good but the all inclusive food option was the main disappointment for this hotel. We mainly ate out due to the quality of the food. Would visit again as a base for a weekend but would not recommend the all inclusive food option.

This hotel is not a 4* hotel as claimed. We arrived at 9am and only gave us a room at 3pm. There is no parking available nearby and parking costs 15€ per night, we had to pay because we already had paid for the car and no parking spot available freely for guests. We weren’t informed about this before. Check-in took 45min to make because there was only 1 person at the reception and the people before us were also checking in but asked for informations so the receptionist saw a line and instead of asking them to come back later made us wait. After that we arrive at our room and after waiting long hours to have a room there isn’t a phone and neither towels in the room. We had to go to the reception 3 times in order to give us a phone because we couldn’t phone them. Relating to gluten and lactose free food the hotel is more or less prepared, they have bread and corn flakes, milk but there wasn’t yogurt which is basic for a 4* hotel. The staff working during breakfast was great. We had Half board and the first day the manager told us that drinks except water were paid, 1,80€ per glass is not acceptable. Meaning if you want to drink more than 1 glass you will pay everytime you fill it up. That wasn’t written anywhere in our reservation or website and is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel so we believe this is a scam. Last day before we checked out we didn’t have housekeeping without any explanation, we had to call and ask for towels. No amenities like tooth brush or tooth paste, shower cap and body lotion. You can hear everything from other rooms and people are not respectful as they make noise during the night. All these situations and the hotel will be reported to the competent entities. I had never been in a hotel like this, you should learn from other 4* hotels as you clearly aren’t one.

Service is literally the only thing that lets this place down. Front staff won't acknowledge you exist until they are ready to deal with you... 5 minutes of looking for something or clicking on the computer without so much as a "I will be with you in one moment". Especially grating if someone ignores the queue and walks to the desk next to them and the staff helps them first (still without acknowledging you exist). However, apart from that, lovely place and location *edit, I have to say that I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel and I'm going to be honest and reduce the star rating I gave as the customer facing staff have continued to prove that they really don't like doing their jobs, the cleaners etc are absolutely top class and very polite, but pretty much everyone behind a bar or desk struggles with basic manners

I was in the apartments and the one we had was wonderful.It had a lovely kitchen with breakfast bar, (fully equipped) large shower/ toilet ,very comfortable beds and beautiful balcony. The main road was slightly noisy at night but as long as you closed the shutter fully it drowned the noise out a lot.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Complex was kept beautifully clean! Good selection of food and drinks
