Just got home from a 5 night stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were lovely but I would like to start with the fact that only 2/5 nights we got fresh bath towels and our room cleaned, which surely isn’t normal? We were out of the room from 9am until at-least 4pm daily so there is no reason why our room should have been missed. The all inclusive food was shocking. Breakfast was not much choice at all, the only fruit they served wad oranges and grapefruit, and the beans, egg and sausage were cold aswell. Overall the room was clean and pool was good.

Staying here currently. The hotel is located in a good spot if you are visiting Torremolinos. Not too close the beach and bars but a short walk around 10-15 mins. In terms of the hotel itself, it's very clean and tidy and the rooms are lovely and spacious with a nice balcony facing the sea. The pool is great and there are enough sun loungers around. The noise in this hotel is horrendous, the Spanish people next door, did not shut up to 1am every morning. Then there were groups of Brits abroad men above us banging and shouting. To top it off you had the guy outside cutting the grass at 7am. If you value your sleep this is not the hotel for you. The big let down is the food, it's bad. Breakfast was stone cold and the selection at dinner 7.30pm (yes you read that time right) is really poor. I noted others reviewed this months ago about the food, but nothing seems to have been done about it by the hotel. Makes me wonder if they actually read the comments. The dining experience is pretty soulless experience and feels like a school canteen. Overall this hotel is 3+. With some improvements it could be 4 by following : Improve the dining area and food. Make it more special for guests and make it earlier. People like to go out for the evening. Avoid letting groups of young people book. They make the place look rough and noisy. Welcome your guests with a glass of bubbly. Nobody minds waiting then to check in. Replace some of the broken sun loungers. Assign a member of staff to check on guests. Supply a kettle for tea and coffee (most 4 star hotels do) Water pressure is non existent and it's like a drip. Overall a good hotel with hard working staff, a few adjustments and this would be perfect. I 🏖️🛏️

Currently away for a 4 day trip, for the price we paid (around £330 for 2 all inclusive) I couldn't fault it. It's not luxury but it has lovely clean rooms, quick friendly service a massive pool with plenty of sun loungers and a short walk to the beach which has loads of bars and restaurants for everyone. The food here does let it down, I'm not a particularly fussy person but the food is minimal and not to a great quality. Mostly just reused ingredients from the previous day I.e if there were hot dogs for lunch then theirs hot dog stew for dinner. We chose to eat out most dinner and lunch times so for that reason I would come back here but just bed and breakfast.

A really lovely hotel, super clean with lovely gardens, pool and outside space, food and drinks were good too. So much better than we were expecting from some of the reviews we had seen online, There was a noisey group of guests one evening and the staff dealt with it as soon as they were asked. We would definitely go there again.

Spent a couple of days with a group of friends here. The rooms were newly refurbished with new air con. Had a slight problem which was quickly dealt with. The drinks service was good but the all inclusive food option was the main disappointment for this hotel. We mainly ate out due to the quality of the food. Would visit again as a base for a weekend but would not recommend the all inclusive food option.
