The hotel is great overall, but some rooms are small, with no balcony and a very cramped bathroom. But everything else is great, including the beach, the food locations, the availability and helpfulness of the staff. Would definitely go again if presented the opportunity.

Good family hotel, equipped with all comforts! Exceptional proximity to the sea, with direct access from the hotel. Modern rooms but with a very small bathroom, only negative point. Special mention for Panajiota kind, always helpful and precise and to the "Man of crepes" (exceptional service of the hotel) precise, professional and gentle! Nice animation, but could do better especially with children’s activities (we love baby dance activity. Thanks to them we had a wonderful holiday!

Lovely hotel right on Faliraki beach. Great all inclusive food and drinks. Good main restaurant with 2 outside areas and plenty of seating. Lovely beach restaurant with wonderful views. 2 pools lots of sunbeds and on the beach too. Lots of seating areas for the evening.

Beautiful hotel, I would highly recommend. The only negative thing I have to say is that the housekeepers do not knock. They just open the door. You are not given 'do not disturb signs' you have to ask for these at reception. Even with the sign, we still had a housekeeper come in without knocking

The hotel was nice, and pools lovely. Food was limited in the restaurants however we really enjoyed the crepes everyday from the lovely man serving them called Michael. Always had a smile on his face and worked so hard, he was a great asset to the holiday! We miss him
