Fantastic hotel with private beach, every aspect of the hotel confirmed in reviews. The hotel staff is competent and always helpful. Giorgos bartender of one of the bars extremely polite and extremely helpful when choosing the right drink. The meal service was fantastic as the ghosts sneaked between the holidaymakers, the food itself fresh and the diverse each day different. I'll be back sometime one summer.

Lovely week at the Blue Sea.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Drinks were ok, nothing to complain about, but we've had better.
We thought the food was excellent, lots of choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Great location close to the beach.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable holiday.

Staff were great and really helpful.
I ended up getting food poisoning and being out of the game for two of the seven days I had. Overall the food was decent however having spoke to a lot of people they have came forth and said they also got food poisoning at various times.
I wish they had more baby related things as there isn't much here for your small ones.
There is also some random service charge at the start prior to entering which is like 7 euros a day, so 49 for myself, thrown off with it.
Every night there is entertainment, cool for those that enjoy it and go regularly, however I did feel like it was too loud, making it hard to sleep, this is most nights and on till around 1030 to 11pm. Bit of a pain, especially with a small one trying to get some rest for another day.

We arrived at 01:30am to be told we didn’t have a room, and the rude man on reception kept telling us that we didn’t have a room. We had to prove it? He was so arrogant. Anyway, he took us to a room with no aircon and it was boiling, the room was also dirty with half empty bottles of water in it, so we swapped again but got made to feel like an idiot in the process 🤔 We then settled for the night with air conditioning and a clean room (happy days) However, We had a loud bang on the door at 3am to the same reception man laughing (I’m half asleep at this point , confused) saying he’s “found our room” so I said we will go in the morning which was understandable being 3am.
That morning we got taken across the busy main road to a different hotel if that’s what you want to call it.. apparently the same hotel. We went in to the garden / pool area and we got shown to a box room (annexe) which wasn’t even part of the hotel. I then explained this is not ok? I got upset as I felt like we’d been treated as if we weren’t paying guests.
We’ve been moved across the road to the other hotel. I’m
Honestly fed up and deflated at this point and wanted to go home where I actually felt safe.
5 room swaps later and we got moved to a family room which a nice lady moved us ( guest relations officer)
THEN we received a letter through the door saying we all had to share this room (my dad and two fully grown woman) obviously that was not going to happen. My dad was furious as they were trying to move him out of his room now too. This then got sorted and we had an apology but this is not normal?
The food was repetitive and mostly served cold as well. Not sure what amazing experiences other people have had, but ours was not it. The hotel is mostly dated and the bathrooms are falling apart.
